They're HORRIBLE! Product received is NOTHING like what's pictured. You won't be able to return or get your money back. Worst quality product that I have EVER received.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CRAP! There's a lot of crap out there... and these are among the worst!

Horrible materials used to make a horrible product and you get ZERO customer service when you want to return an item for a refund. They simply will not respond to you.

I've bought before from sketchy companies before and got less than great service and quality products from them. This though, is THE worst I've ever dealt with. Products received are NOTHING like what's pictured. You won't be able to return or get your money back. Worst quality products and customer experience that I have EVER received.

Wotoba does have some cool embroidered items, but many are photographed to appear embroidered. Their descriptions are not always accurate. If you should buy the wrong size, you may as well give the item away. You will need to send 3 to 4 emails to get a response, then they will offer 15% to 25% refund instead of sending your item to China, I ordered a belt that was supposed to be 47" long, it was 35". Their mistake. No offer to send the correct size. I will probably never order from this company again. Too many problems. They should just say, no returns because that is about what is the truth.

... with nice-sounding combinations of words like noracora, berrylook, annie cloth, floryday, airydress, luvyle, letlazy, new chic, chicboho, uoozee, morechoo, petal prim, adoryme, and others. The list keeps growing as I do more research, and as the days pass they just change names. My clothes and shoes went right into the trash they were so ugly and of a quality below inferior. Also sizes were way off; nothing fit, which is moot anyway because I wouldn't be caught dead in anything I bought. 2 month delivery but after the 3rd piece came in I didn't even care if the 4th one did. Returns and refunds difficult or impossible. All pop up on reputable websites (including site jabber!) - all scams. Why are these scams allowed to continue?

If I had only investigated. Purchased coat; estimated delivery was 7-10 days. What they meant was 20-25 days; the item was supposed to have embroidered designs on it - nope - screened on and done very poorly. Indicated it was shipping from California, but by way of China. Return of $50 item would cost over $75 to ship back. The construction of the item was poorly sewn with two seams already splitting; sizing - a 3x would fit a size 10-12; cheap polyester fabric, not cotton as described... it was so embarrassingly cheap and poorly constructed I would be too embarrassed to donate it.
Eventually returned to address in original package - Kentucky, for $11. Assuming I won't be refunded, but it's a lesson for me and hopefully you too. DONT DO IT!

I ordered from this company, the product was fine but to large. I contacted them to initiate an exchange. The item was shipped from San Francisco but must be returned to China with buyer responsible for shipping and handling as well as custom fees. The process was a complete run around.

I had ordered back in the very beginning of Oct. 2019, and still have yet to have my order completed. Also I ordered some boots and the color was NOT at all what was shown. They were supposed to be light blue, but when I got them they were teal! Also their sizing chart is way off! Those boots need to be stretched, and I ordered a size larger to fit thicker socks. Even bare foot I still need to have them stretched. Also I ordered 2 teddy bear hoodies and the pockets were sewn shut! Never order from Wotoba! I'm still awaiting 2 skirts they said would only take a couple more days back on November 28th. They still have not shipped!

They advertise beautiful sweaters with embroidery, gorgeous wool skirts with chiffon underskirts. What you get is felted cotton polyester with the knitted design printed on cheap material. Total crap. They will not refund because they claim the return shipping is too expensive. Look at the pics closely... it's a joke. What I ordered was a knee length wool skirt with beautiful red and green embroidery with a red chiffon underskirt. What I received is an ankle length cotton polyester nightmare.

This company is a huge scam, you can't cancel your order even within hrs of placing it, and the clothes you receive look nothing like the photos they lifted from other legit companies catalogs. The items I received are made from wierd, slick, thin, fabrics that look so synthetic I would seriously be afraid of standing anywhere near a candle or a fireplace for fear of the fabric going up in flames. And don't expect any embroidery; there won't be any, only an ugly design printed on hideous fabric. I rarely treat my self, but I did this time, and now I'm paying the price for not doing my homework first. This scam artist of a company has no shame, no humanity, and apparently no conscience.

This company advertises in Facebook and uses images stolen from elsewhere online. The items are beautiful and Bohemian style, and in the photos the quality looks great for the price. If you get suckered in to ordering, you will get a cheap screen printed copy on low cost materials. Not worth your time OR money! Beware that they use other company names with the same stolen photos. I've blocked and reported them dozens of times to Facebook to no avail. I'm done ordering anything from a Facebook ad!

SCAM ALERT! I would have given this company NO stars if I could! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The clothing looks so nice, but when you receive it, it is the cheapest items that look NOTHING like what you ordered. They REFUSE to answer my emails! Then they finally answer but say, owe, it is over the 7 days you have to notify us of a defect. If they had answered my numerous emails it wouldn't have been! Then the purse I ordered had NO purse handle, they refused to refund me or take the item back. The scarf I ordered had a large tear in it & the didn't consider this a defect! This company is pathetic! I lost over $100. It is a shame! I even refused one of the items so it was returned to them. They still have as of yet refunded me for it! I have never written a review on any company but feel I must with this pathetic SCAM of a so called company!
