The coat I ordered arrived and was so disappointing. It is quite shabby and is just a very thin thing, not worth the money. The worse thing is that to get a refund I have to pay the cost of returning it to China! Just not worth the effort as I probably won't see the coat of my money again.
I will never trust any of these online pop-up companies again. Google should be ashamed!

None of products like pictured. Got another item it's ok but not at all like picture. The hat I received is such a joke it's unbelievable
I was lucky to be able to view other customers items and they were correct. This WOTOBA is nothing but a scam. The gloves, scarves, coats are the items I was able to view from the customer. So the best thing if you run across this website you run away after deleting it. WHAT A SCAM. I guess I was lucky and was told to try again later, it's one positive thing this website did for me.
Warning! Don't ever buy anything from this web site "Wotoba.com". The quality is horrible and so the styles... nothing look like in the picture or described. I ordered three items, they shipped only two items with poor material, style is not the same, color is definitely nothing like it shows on the website. There is one item left, every time I check the order status, I get the same message "Preparing for shipment" and it has been two months, I still get the same message.
I contacted them and requested the refund for that item, still no respond yet.
Just save your time and money and energy, don't buy anything from them. Very upsetting!
The picture on line was stolen, it was of a beautiful felt scarf, I received a cheap printed version which is nothing like to real one. I am waiting to see what the other items are like. After I read the reviews I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel the order, but my money was withdrawn and I was told to submit my order number, which I didn't yet have!
The clothes are nothing like the pictures. This is a scam. Stay away! And they say you can cancel within 24 hours, but when I tried to cancel, they said the product was already sent. That's just crazy. Well, the product arrived, and instead of being a medium-weight coat, it was a little thin thing with a bit of a fleece lining. Not at all what the picture looked like or the ad copy that described it as a winter coat. It's a light "jacket," if anything. Stay away from this place.
Rip off- terrible quality even though the photos make their stuff look adorable. Fabric felt like paper. I couldn't get it back in the bag fast enough. Sadly two weeks later and writing them everyday I still can't get a return authorization. No way to call them. And read their privacy policy. No way to opt out. I'm expecting my info to be sold to every two bit company on the planet and god knows about my credit card number. Seriously thinking of cancelling this. This is more than horrible.
Don't do it. It looked cute. So cute, in fact, I paid extra for expedited shipping. Five weeks later, it shows up. I can't even get my arms through the sleeves. And then the option to ship to China, or better yet, they'd send me some fabric so I could make it bigger. For $20! It's supposed to be a coat, but the fabric is more like that of a nightgown. I saw their ad in the Washington Post and have reported them as scam to the Post's customer service. Who knows? Maybe Wotoba will be banned.
Total scam, garbage quality, pictures and products are completely different, refunds are a big headache, even when you cancel your order within a designated time, and the returns has to be shipped back to China at your own expense.
Ok, so I have to admit I never ordered from Wotoba because almost every clothing site that does pop-ups on the internet are scams! I, too, fell for this some time back with TbDress. Most are in China and out of reach for taking action against them. I ALWAYS look at reviews for ANYTHING I buy on the internet even in the U.S. Be diligent and do your homework!
Very disappointed. The picture looked like it was a woven product. Paid $50.00 US plus shipping. All it is, is a picture printed on fuzzy fabric. Probably not worth more than $10.00. I won't be ordering from this site again and will tell everyone I meet about it. Won't try returning it. Not worth the effort. Will try reselling it at a garage sale or market. Maybe I will get some of my money back.
They steal pictures from regular websites like Sundance and then send you something completely different (terrible print on a cheap polyester material instead of advertised cotton embroidery) - from Dubai. They make it impossible to return it. I should have read the warnings before buying anything...
WORST COMPANY EVER! Wotoba is probably owned by the same people who own FastChic. Both are completely scams - product pictures are stolen from legit places, not at all representative of what you get. Never ever ever buy from them!
HORRIBLE! Sizes NOT accurate, shipped wrong color on 1 item, shipping was way late, partial refund given on canceled item, photos ARE NOT ACCURATE representation of products, NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS!
Wasted over $100.
After many attempts to return order I have given up. Perhaps my donation to textile recycling will help. These clothes are not at all what is advertised. Poor quality and zero customer service. They deserve no stars at all!
They are all from China yet use a CA address when shipping the crap they send. Nothing is anywhere close to the beautiful clothes they sell and worse than that PAYPAL will not protect you if you purchase through them. BOTH are terrible... stay with known companies!

YOUR ONLY HOPE IS TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO HELP YOU. DESERVES NO STARS!
I buy 5 shirts for $106.2 arrive: 1 is perfect & the other is WAY off in measurement (not as advertised). The other shirts never show up. Paypal wants pics and looking back, i have no idea why. I supplied pics and links. Wotoba wanted me to ship back both shirts which would cost me $180.
Financially, that makes no sense to me but it does to the seller and some Filipino chick from paypal.
They got my $106 and ive got one shirt.
Looking at the pictures all of you posted to see that you get nothing of whats shown is crazy they are even allowed to be open! I am disgusted. So Happy I came here and read the reviews! If your reading this... take time to look at the photos posted of what you actually get which is not embroidered felt, its cheap polyester, silky print... compared to the photos they post on their website... omg... CRAZY! So ugly!
Do not believe the positive reviews on this website. Unfortunately I did not see the real reveiws before I order from them. To say I was shocked at the junk I received would be an understatement. Not even close to what the pictures look like. Just a super cheap knock off. Read the reviews on Google for a true description of this company. They say you can return an item with no problem, what a joke there is no returning anything to them. Buyer beware!
