FRAUD COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER! They will send you some junk that looks like it was handmade in a sweatshop. You will never get your money back or be able to return the junk! These are the items I received. Nothing like the items advertised.

I ordered about 12 items in early October and so far have only received 3 things which are horrible. I keep writing them to find out when the remainder of my order will arrive and get tracking numbers that don't exist.

Scam! wotoba.com

This website hasn't been up for long but advertises beautiful clothing on Google. It actually sells terrible, inferior merchandise that only vaguely resembles the photos on the website. Clothes will be made of thin material, have misaligned seams, and/or unfinished or serged hems like a cheap halloween costume bought at a supermarket.

When you ask to cancel for a refund they make you ship the items to China, which you must pay for, but after weeks the tracking never shows it delivered, because the either address initially provided by the seller for returns is fake or the recipient doesnt pick it up at customs. So you can't prove you returned the items and they refuse to refund.

Most people don't bother even shipping it back and eat the loss, so Wotoba makes money from selling them garbage you wouldn't buy at a garage sale.

If you bought using Paypal, you can go through their resolution center to get your purchase price back, (read the procedure carefully, follow it, and expect to wait 2 months) or you can charge back on your credit card, but either way you will be out the shipping cost to return the goods, and the seller will file a claim with the shipping company to get the goods and possibly the shipping fee returned to them, courtesy of your pocketbook.

They openly state on their website and in the shipping documentation that the sending address is not the return address, and they won't tell you the return address until after offering you 15% or 25% discount to keep goods that aren't worth 5% of the price you paid.

If you try to cancel the order even within a few hours after placing it, they will ship at least some of the items anyway, despite the website saying it has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Just don't click online ads at all! For more info on other websites like this Google "chicv international."

BUYER BEWARE

Do not waste your money. You will not get the item you ordered. The design and materials will be different and cheap.
I ordered a felted scarf with felted leaves sewn on it for my mom. You can see from the pics that is clearly is not what they posted on their website.
Simply a waste of money.

Also, all the reviews are 5 stars because real people can't post reviews on their site.

This company is an online scam. I never received one item, and every time I wrote to them about it they sent me a stock response saying they "needed more information." The two items I did receive were plus size, which I did not order, and one was a different fabric altogether. Stay away!

So far 2 items I have recieved, Small womans pants fit my X Large husband! Sweater just arrived. Slippery nylon type material. Looks like a knit sweater in picture advertised. Dont waste your time or money! What an EFIN JOKE!

Never have I seen such a cheaply made article of clothing in my life... and I am 76 yrs old! The $25.00 sweater I had been patiently waiting for, for nearly 6 weeks, arrived an hour ago. The first thing I noticed was that it felt very light in the pkg. When I opened it, I saw a see-thru sweater with a beige spot right in the middle of the white band that goes across the top half of the garment. I tried it on. It is much too tight, even tho I ordered according to their size chart, and I can see my skin thru it! It is a disgusting piece of crap. I will NEVER buy from Wotoba again!
I am going to see if I can get some satisfaction thru PayPal as returning the item is just not worth the trouble or the expense.

100% SCAM SITE

I feel like a total schmuck: I ordered from Wotoba four months ago, and never received my product. Customer service is just an email, and they never responded. Wish I'd never given them my credit card #. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Deceptive arrival time

The merchant was very nice in the beginning but... I placed a order for 2 items and one was shipped about over a month and the other which was a Vintage dress, they stopped communicating with me and just totally shut down. I should have known something was when my Credit Union sent me an alert to verify if I authorized a transaction from them. I will never ever shop from Wotoba ever again. They still have not send my dress since September 24th 2019 till now, November 4th 2019. I pray that they lose their rights to sell across the seas to the US for doing others as well as myself like this. Treat others like you would like to be treated, "Wotoba". They should be on the news media so all people everywhere would know how they operate.

I ordered a sweater and when it arrived, after 5 weeks, it was not what they were showing on their website. They would not pay to ship it back and offered me 15% of my purchase; this was clearly their fault... do NOT order anything from this company... their sizes are really screwed up. If you order a dress that is supposed to be a maxi, I ordered an XL, it was a shirt, not a dress and the lightweight cover up that came with it; was super tight on the arms. Nothing I have ordered here is worth purchasing.

I totally agree with the other unfortunate victims who purchased from this unethical business. Yes, they are scam artists. I ordered some women's leather booties and waited SEVERALLY weeks for them with no update. When they finally arrived they were several sizes too large, as their size chart is totally inaccurate! They refuse to admit
This, and will not send me a prepaid return label. What an incredibly shady operation! Unfortunately, because they are foreign based I doubt that they can be stopped from continuing to scam unsuspecting customers. Wish you had read these reviews before I ordered from this despicable business! This business deserves a sub zero rating.

Rip-off scam artists

Worst company ever. Their photos of the products are stolen from other legit sites and when the clothes arrive they are nothing like the photo. The quality is terrible. They must be making a lot of money from innocent unsuspecting people. I would never order from them again. Thier customer services insist the product is what you ordered even when you send photos of what you received and what you actually ordered. They say if YOU PAY for the return to China + customs fees they will return your money but their is no guarantee of that and why should you pay when they have defrauded you in the first place. STAY WELL AWAY.

This company will refuse to send you a return label after sending you the clothes that resemble the catalog only in color. They are made from very cheap, materials, super thin fabrics (can see right through them) and yarns. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! These guys are 100 frauds and will not reply to calls or emails that request return labels so you can send their garbage back to them for a refund. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM
Customer service is nonexistent. Clothes look like they were sewn together by children.

The items were made with the cheapest fabric in China and they look extremely cheap. I do not want to wear them even once... but it takes much money to send them to China, so I decided to cancel the items which have not been sent yet but they did not reply to me any more and continue to send them!

Due to this disgusting way to compel us receiving all the items, I checked the return policy then found it really strict.(last picture). They tell us to get the authorization but they never reply to us for it, impossible to get it!
Then I contacted another customer center via Paypal, they say "Return center is located in Guangzhou, China.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
This is what they did not say in their Return policy:(

NEVER MAKE ANY PURCHASE at WOTOBA.
They are Chinese who steal other websites' pictures for using them on their Internet site and let us pay American dollars so that we misunderstand that this is an American company. I can say the value of those products is only 3-4 dollars but we pay 10 times more!

For comparing, I put what we see on their site (1st, 4th, 7th pictures) then 2 of what I received. What a difference especially the 2nd product (4th, 5th and 6th pictures) Horrible! The last one, bag might look good on picture but no, it is just printed vinyl bag;(

NOTHING TO SAY OTHER THAN FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!
Do not let then earn more money in this horrible way!

When you decide you are going to return their garbage clothing, they will refuse to send you the address where to return them. Have been emailing for days back & forth with someone named Amelia but still no address or return shipping label, $200.55 worth of rip off. I wish I would have seen these reviews sooner. Never again! Big time scam!

BEWARE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 scarves and a shirt 27 days ago. Returns are available only under 30 days. The shirt has not arrived, the scarf has not been mailed. I have emailed service and get no response.

The scarf online picture showed a textured, embroidered, 3D look scarf with bright colors. The scarf I received was cheap material, a cheap print, with dull colors.

BUYER BEWARE!
Better to buy from Chinese companies on Amazon where there is accountability and the sellers will be penalized for false advertising, sleazy ethics, and poor service.

Most everything in the ads looks really good but WARNING - what you see is NOT what you get! Do not buy from any of these Chinese companies - they all seem to be connected. The fabrics and colors are nowhere near what you would expect - odd and cheap looking. Returns are difficult and the time limit begins from the day the items were shipped to you which is close to the time you are allowed. I could say a lot more but mainly I hope others take these warnings seriously!

Rigid standards

After purchasing a few items as a new customer I decided one of my items was the wrong size. Too late to stop this order I read the return policy and found that the item I purchased on sale wasn't returnable because IT WAS ON SALE! There was no mention of this fact at any time during the ordering process so now I am worried that I made a very expensive mistake
