Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I ordered gifts for Christmas on 12/4 and nothing arrived in time. Three items arrived 12/28 and are useless. Items were suppose to be plus size clothing but although have label for correct size they are so small that a friend that wears a size 18 could not even get the 3x and 4x on. I contacted the company wanting to return because instructions say you need authorization and I asked for return address and authorization only to get a return email telling me to go to the sight that I already had gone to request authorization. I emailed again and said some instructions said to call if there is a problem but no number is given. The next email I got says you must return item within 15 days which is impossible because they do not send you the authorization or an address to return to. Next I receive info that it goes to China (still no address) and that shipping will take long time and you will have to pay customs charges so "THEY WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOU A 15% CASH REFUND THAT YOU CAN USE TO HAVE MATERIALS ALTERED". You can NOT make something 5 sizes larger! The order form and invoice have no scu number and now they say items must be returned in all original packing but still no address or authorization is provided. Five Christmas gifts have never even been received and although I received emails saying they are on the way and email included a tracking number if you enter the tracking number you get a message no such number exists. I should have checked reviews before ordering and will never make that mistake again. The majority of reviews are awful and the ones that are not bad seem to be written by foreigners (probably employees) because English is not correct. I have gone online and checked reviews from several sources and almost everyone is bad. Pictures online look great but quality and size issues are constant problem. BE WISE AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Five emails later and still no authorization or return address has been provided.

I should have read the other reviews first. I am colossally disappointed in the quality. The photos are extremely deceptive. The shoes they sent are absolute garbage. There is no padding in the shoe interior and the soles are paper thin. I don't know what kind of leather they are supposed to be but it looks fake. And the SMELL! They smell very strong of chemicals. I'm afraid of getting a rash from the toxins or worse.
The blouse is made of a very thin polyester that feels like sand paper. I haven't even gotten my entire order. They seem to be sending one or two items at a time so it makes if much harder to track your purchases.

I tried to get information to return the products and was told I would have to ship them to China. So I checked the shipping charges. It would cost twice my entire order to send just one product back.

I wish I had never ordered this crap.

Yes-- Wotoba is huge scam. My Bank just approved and refunded my Visa card! I first filed a report on Paypal. Nothing, but said to file a dispute report to my Visa card bank (for card that is attached to my PayPal acct). It was a pain, I had to print out receipts and emails to Wotoba and so on, but soo worth it! This is an update of previous UNHAPPY ZERO STARS review. Wotoba is alos Annoe Cloth, Nora Cora, more--all same scam Chinese--all Google Ads everywhere. Complain to Google Ads!

This is my opinion and my experience. I ordered some silver glitter gym shoes from them, the pictures look great but the shoes look very cheap, they don't bend. The shoes are very cheap looking. I order some boot. They are rain boots. The material on the top is very thin and flimsy. I was also reading other reviews about refunds and they stated that they have not been given a refund. I will not order from them again. I will read the reviews before I order anything from the internet. They will reap what they sow. Maybe not right now but when they least expect it. No more orders from me.

I bought items from this company and they were disgusting and nothing like the pictures. I returned the items as per their request and have been waiting for my refund ever since. This refund process started in September 2019 and is still ongoing. The will not give you your refund back they leave the items sitting in customs and refuse to release them for delivery, I had arranged for signature on delivery so I knew when it was delivered and when I followed up with out postal service they advised me that this company will not release the items from customs to avoid paying the refund. They are thieves and scammers and do not follow through on their refund policy. I will be going to my media outlets with this and also PayPal.

I wish I had read the reviews, but I was a sucker for believing the quality of the products. (they look so beautiful). If it is jewelry like bracelets or earrings are ok, cheap but ok. For clothing I agree with the rest of the people, nothing like the pictures and not friendly return policy. On the plus side, this company made me smarter for other line shopping. Too bad they can only get so much when they could have had a lot of business. This company is really the Christmas Grinch.

Buy your items from reputable companies, NOT from Wotoba.com. It's a SCAM run across the contents. Online advertisement is deceiving. Materials, cut, sewing stitches - ALL UNPROFESSIONAL, lowest quality possible to imagine. Return policy is hostile: shipment cost back to China is responsibility of a customer. US MUST deny access to the Internet platforms for Wotoba.com to protect US customers since Chinese merchandizers have never heard of the Consumer Rights protection. It's a SCAM, SCAM SCAM!

Returns are so expensive to return cheap item, shipping is more than the product. Please report fraud at ic3.gov for US. Seller sells items not in stock. Waited 50 days no item but 1/2 order. Description and photo do not match item received.

I ordered 1 pair of shoes and 5 tops. I was charged for all, but one of the items was never sent and I had to fight for over a month to get a refund for that, and the original price was deducted for a restocking fee. Even though they never sent it... The items were all poor quality, with the cut and color not at all as it appeared on the website. I wanted to return everything because the fit was nothing close to what is specified on their sizing chart, but was only offered a partial refund as the return address is in China - it is very expensive - and TIME-CONSUMING - to send items there. If I had known this was a Chinese company, I would never have ordered from them as it is just too much of a hassle to deal with returns when things don't fit right or are not as described. Please - don't be tempted by the low prices - trust me, there is a reason for this. In addition, all of the items came at different times. It appears that they place orders based on what they get online and then some sweat-shop sews it together. PLEASE - be forewarned, buyer beware. This is a crooked company. Their measurement chart bears no resemblence to what they sent. They sent me a grease-stained shirt (damaged in manufacture). They would not refund my purchase price. They will cheat you any way they can. They did not send one of my ordered items. It took me 2 months I'd hounding them to finally get a refund for that one thin that I never received. They are happy to rob you if you let them. They don't count on individuals pushing them hard and going after them on PayPal

IF THERE WAS A LOWER SCORE I'D GIVE THAT. LIKE ALL THE OTHERS. SENT FAKE ITEM (ITEM NOT AS PICTURED) THIS SITE IS A MAJOR SCAM. YOU CAN DO A RETURN (TO CHINA) AT YOUR COST. THEY USE STOLEN PHOTOS (LIKE FROM MACY'S) OF A QUALITY ITEM THEN SEND A VERY CHEAP COPY YOU'D SEE AT K-MART. THEY WILL OFFER A 15% REFUND AT FIRST THEN UP IT TO 25% OR YOU CAN SEND IT BACK TO CHINA AT YOUR COST. GOOGLE NEEDS TO BAN THIS SITE FROM ADVERTISING ON THEIR PLATFORM. COMPLETELY SCAMMING CUSTOMERS.

Definitely be wary of this company. Even though their website does not say so, all of the items come from China.The website boasts fast and easy return. It took many weeks and multiple emails to get return label. Then they state all items need to be returned to China.The cost from the post office to return items to China was $60 with no insurance. Bottom line is that if you purchase from them, the sale is final no returns. All items purchased were of poor quality and sizing.
