I ordered a few things from Wotoba.com and Comfyfree.com on November 2019. It is January 25 2020 and I still have not received my order. I just get the run around when emailing them. Their websites have removed my order tracking pages. I bet these two sites are related.
These thieves have ruined it for all chinese companies, for me.

Wotoba.com dishonestly represented their products! And when I tried to return the items they kept telling me I had contacted the wrong department. Then when I disputed through PayPal, i was told i had to send the item back first and I had to pay the 23.50 to send it back to China! So that's what i did. PayPal then later said my package was stuck at the port in San Francisco and undeliverable for some reason. Therefore since the company did not receive the returned item, I would not get my money back. Thank you Wotoba, and thank you PayPal FOR NOTHING!' So shame on PayPal for supporting these rip-off artists who apparently make it impossible to return items by giving a sham return address! Below are two photos. 1. The ad with a model wearing the hat 2. The other photo of the cheap ugly hat i received.

Wotoba lacks transparency in that it is based in China and any returns must pay the high postage fee to get a refund on the item... UNLESS you accept the %15 refund on the original cost of the item. On an unwearable, poor quality coat, I received $5 refund. On a sweater that was not in stock {finally found this out when questioned why I had not received it}, I was refunded $4 less than my payment. Inquiries required multiple emails which insisted on repeating information already sent. Orders arrived weeks later and in spurts. Learned my lesson. I cannot wear or gift any item they sent and would not recommend anyone buy from WOTOBA. If the prices seem too good to be true, there's a reason. My $200 paid for a valuable lesson in online buying: read reviews other than those on the company's website.

You will see a picture of an item and it will be beautiful, charming, adorable. You'll buy it. 3-4 weeks later it arrives and you will feel like a fool because you have been scammed. The items are cheap knock offs. A purse was bought for $40 and it is not like the picture but junk. This should be illegal.

I regret not checking reviews before I threw away 200USD.
The clothes are not as advertised and are complete garbage with a toxic smell.
It took weeks for them to arrive and it is impossible to return them.
They have not refunded me for the items that were not delivered despite the many, many emails to their customer service. I would give them a negative star if it were possible.

I ordered some boots, a scarf and dress. The boots were cheaply made but I accept responsibility for that because I thought they were a good price. The dress is huge and much larger than the sizing on the web site. They sent me a completely wrong scarf and in the wrong color. When contacting customer service, they demand that you prove your claim by sending photographs and package information. Their customer service responses are mostly "canned" text and do nothing to help resolve a situation. They later offered me to keep the dress for 15% refund, then 25% then 40% discount (even though it is unusable for me, so I will donate it to charity). But then they never credited me the 40% discount. The scarf they sent was wrong and they refuse to send me the one I ordered until I sent the wrong one back to China at a cost that is 4X the cost of the scarf. I finally opened a complaint with PayPay and hope to get a partial refund. Their merchandise is cheaply made, poor quality and not anything like what is shown on the website. Please don't waste your time and money by ordering from them. They cheat and scam customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET! OMG! The pictures of the items they show you are not anywhere near what you get. Thin flimsy materials. The appliques are not sewn in around the item, just straight stitched thru the middle.The quality of the goods is a joke. They substitute another color or size if they are out of the color or size you order. Their return policy blows. The cost of returning items is astronomical for the customer. The items took over a month to arrive, one at a time and only 2 out of 3 ever arrived. I had the good sense to contact my credit card company after I contacted Wotoba 4 times by email with no satisfactory communication from them trying to get a return authorization form and mailing label to return the items. My credit card company refunded my ENTIRE purchase price and I got to keep the shoddy quality, wrong color, and size too small items. BUYER BEWARE!

Very flimsy cheap junk nothing like their pictures. Do not buy from them. Their customer service is horrible. One example is a hat I ordered. They don't admit it's nothing like the picture and insist I return it to China at my cost. I bet you could find that hat at a dollar store. See photos for the difference in what received vs ordered.

Do not buy from Wotoba!

Please do not buy from Wotoba! They represent products beautifully on website, but some products are shoddy and not at all like photos! Not even close. Shipping is not 10-20 days as stated. Still waiting to receive three of four shipments. No response from customer service. I am not able to use tracking links given. I wish I had read reviews of company BEFORE I ordered from them.

Wait almost two months to get four products from Wotoba, three of the items arriving. The bag is a paint polyester fabric, the boots leather imitation, and this shirt, well... still waiting for other shirt. NEVER BUY IN WOTOBA!

They steal images and try to reproduce the item, this is done without a care in the world. Their legacy Wotoba will be without any honor, morals, pride or dignity at all.

They do not GIVE A CRAP about you or what you think about them. I do not blame this on China, I blame this on Wotoba and who ever owns it, ugly people they know who they are may they never forget what they are doing. There is always time to make a change and do the right thing. Think About IT!

Waited 60 days for my item, never came, guess it was too difficult to reproduce. Had to harass them to get my money back. They do not deserve a 1 rating.

You will get nothing close to the picture they show! The pictures they are using are from the different products! Your items will not be anything close to the picture. Do not wast money! They are not very careful following the orders. After 2 months I'm still waiting for 2 out of 4 Items and the one I got is just a waste. After all there is no surprises, for that kind of prices you can't get anything of good quality!

WOTOBA is a scam

The refund policy - not stated on their website - is a 15% refund since it is so costly to ship to China. Not sure what I am going to do with the boots that are too big. AND two items advertised do not look like what I received. I a have contacted BBB and I hope you all do the same.

I am still waiting for an item ordered over a month ago. Each of the 4 items that did ship were shipped individually and the items were not as pictured and the coat was the wrong size. I have requested a full refund on 2 items and the best they would do was a 25% refund and I get to keep the cheap clothes. Normally I buy my clothing in stores but I fell for advertising I saw on Instagram for this company since the clothes looked great and were reasonably priced. Don't be a victim of Wotoba's false advertising like I was.
