I ORDER AND ASKED FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING! INSTEAD OF RECEIVING MY PRODUCT I KEEP GETTING EMAILS. All 4 of my SIMS stopped working despite being in substantial credit. Can no longer log in to my account (linked to phone number). Used "contact us form" to report problem only to be asked - not for the phone numbers (which I supplied, but the ICCID numbers on each SIM. Now when I try to report the ICCD numbers the Web "contact us" form reports "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel". Despite using several servers my end. Phone to Australia number just goes to musical wait (4 minutes and hung up) UK phone the same response (these are international toll calls for me!). Will write it off as a bad debt. Don't use them.

Purchased in April for June trip and could never get device to work with Customer Service. Multiple "chats", emails, on-line inquiries - waste of time. Requested that new device be sent; however was told "have to confirm device is defective". Technical Support was to contact me (today, still waiting for that call). Requested full refund in mid- May since had to rent a device for trip. No response so inquired status update in July; their response: "Thank you for waiting. Your refund request is rejected by the accounting department because the Order is out of refund/return period." What happened to 6-month warranty as posted on website? HORRIBLE PRODUCT; HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I ordered a sim card for a trip but it didn't arrive, I asked for a tracking number that royal mail said doesn't exist and they hadn't even sent the item! I ended up going away without a much needed sim card! They then refused to issue a refund and I had to claim from my credit card company, absolutely awful service, avoid!

I purchased a wordsim sim card and a wifi hotspot to go along with it and it was not working i popped on the website and joined a chat with sam who was extremely helpful and had my issue rectified within 20 minutes

Short story: This company works on a complete farce.
Long story: Switched to this before undertaking a year trip away (South East Asia, New Zealand, South America). Hadn't heard of the service before so really thought I would get the most of it while travelling extensively.
The prices of the bundles are high but thought may be worth it. Although I should have realised early on that this wasn't going to work out when I paid extra for next day delivery and it hadn't arrived until 1 fortnight later. With very little customer care support.
The data they charge you daily is at the most expensive rates. I topped up my sim twice, maybe three times after receiving it 2 weeks before leaving country of origin (Ireland). Was still left with no credit. Thought, It will get better once I move away, but oh how this has not been the case.
Have not been able to receive any texts or phonecalls whatsoever - even free messages to sign on to public WiFi which my boyfriend has been able to get seamlessly using an Irish network company and 0 credit. Want to top up online and the prices of bundles have doubled. Have contacted the company in their annoying chatbox that nags you about discounts and they have just ended the conversation flatly with no response each time.
Not what is advertised, Recommend to avoid at all costs!

About the prices of our bundles being double, WorldSIM has never increased their rates suddenly, not once ever. We offer the lowest rates possible in the international roaming scene. I paid for NEXT DAY SHIPPING since i would be flying so I needed the item ASAP. Worldsim sent an email shortly after - they shipped it TWO DAY shipping, I contacted them right away to fix or cancel since it would not arrive in time. They did not listen. I came back 2 weeks later from our trip and the fedex envelope on my porch said TWO day ship on it and it was soaking wet, envelope was open I dont even know if the sim was inside but it was crawling with ants all over it was revolting I could not touch it. WorldSim did NOT fulfill my order as I paid, they stole my money and have refused to refund me saying they passed it onto Manager- its been a month and no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I called the company and talked to a rep to make sure I was getting the right sim card. I was told the card would work in the EU. When I got to Germany I was unable to make or receive calls or text. I called the company to determine the problem and was told that my sim card would only work in the UK. I asked them to transfer my credits to an account that would allow me to use my phone in the EU and they told me they could not do that since I knew what I was purchasing would only work in the UK. When I asked what they could do for me the answer was "nothing". Do not use this company... it is a scam.

I got a nice service from Sam, he was very fast and professional, good work, keep it up, worldsim is the best airtime provider i have used
I took a Canada plan in Oct 12 2018. They were supposed to deliver SIM in 2 days time but did not. They assured me full refund but 7 months down the line I am still waiting. Their people who were in touch have gone silent. They don't give out any office address or contact number of any useful people. They only seem to have a sales team.

Took a world sim car to USA because it was priced well but it was the worst mistake I ever made. No calls woukd go through and there was heavy disturbance in every incoming call. Mobile data was non-existent. Basically it was like not having a phone at all and even after repeated complaints they couldn't offer me any solution. I had to change the card in the middle of my trip.

1. Was the SIM broken/cracked in any place?
2. Was the APN Settings properly configured in your Smartphone?
3. Was the Smartphone compatible with the mobile networks in the country?
4. Was the SIM card had active Bundle/Credit to use?

Answer: To set up data, I believe you require to set the APN as mobiledata. And their return is around 2 weeks from the day you receive the product.
Answer: THey never answer and if they answer they just say we will solve your problem and they never do. Stay away from world sim card. They are cheeting. They just want you to buy the card and then no support.
