İ bought a simcard 2 month ago and i need to send it to georgia but they did not send yet, and they did not answer my emails. Very bad customer service, no one buy from this company because all thing about delivery are lie in there site
Simcard did not connect even though we have excellent at&t reception here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. They had me go through hoops in my ios settings. I asked my money back but have not heard from them since.
I bought the first Worldsim card 10 years ago at KLM. 2 years ago I bought two more for my employees for Africa. When I locked into my account recently, I had no access anymore to my 3 WorldSim cards which were loaded with app. 140 EUR. So I wrote to the customer service. The answer was: You can buy other cards... This is how they make business. I am still waiting for an answer of a decider at WorldSim in case of a cost-free solution or paying back my deposit, but I am sure - nothing will happen. Be warned with WorldSim.
I have just had to pay 32 pounds to get a new sim card as they have decided to upgrade their system from 3G to 4G and to top it all off they have told me that I will also loose my number. (13 for the new card and 19 pounds delivery fee). Don't believe the website where they say free 3-5 day shipping as the online assistant told me this was not possible...
Very disappointed to loose my number and surely if they are the ones upgrading the sim cards and no longer supporting the old ones they should at least have covered the cost. Had it not been for the large amount of credit I still had, I would have wasted my time staying with them.
They used to be excellent, but went downhill very fast. I bought my Sim because I thought it would be good for travelling, as they claim to have coverage in so many countries. For 6 months everything worked perfect and my phone picked up the correct network every time I arrived in a new country. Unfortunately my phone got stolen, and I bought a new phone and a new simcard. The balance was not transferable, but the new card arrived very fast as promised. From then on, I only had problems. Every time I went to a new country the same thing happened. I read their web page for which network they had agreements with, and searched manually and tried all of those networks without results. Every time I had to contact customer service, which was quite helpful, but timeconsuming. Most of the time they sorted it, except in one country where I never got a network, even though it is on their list, and another country where they claimed I was at SEA, while I firmly had my feet on land in the capital city! I never got a network there either... Then after various 'stuck in lockdown' things, I reached my home country and started sorting out 100's of things, including trying to get my phone to receive text messages. I have not been able to use one of my bank cards, as the bank sends me a verification code to my phone, and the sim card does not receive texts. I finally got everything working when I suddenly got this message about changing the sim card within 7 days! Now I got to start all over again updating phone numbers. At least let us keep the same phone number! When the sim arrived, my balance was in ZERO, even though I topped it up when ordering the sime and was romised that the balance from the old card would be transferred. It took them 24h to sort it out. I really do hope this new sim works as well as my very first sim and not as bad as my second sim. Totally rubbish company.
Over the years they were great so I accumulated 7 Sims for various phones and tablets.
BUT got ultimatum from them saying I had to buy replacement Sims for all the ones I have at £30+ each (I had just topped several up recently)
So looking at a lot of expense to keep the £200+ I had on the old Sims.
Can't even keep my Tel numbers. Asked for help from customer service (what a laugh) as wanted to amalgamate balances onto 3cards then replace them basically told to pay up or go away.
DONT TOUCH THEM
My cards are working fine (except for 2 I have been trying to associate with a tablet I have, still waiting for customer service to sort them out) so why fix something that isn't broken.
All it is is a money grabbing thing.
I bought a WorldSim only 2 months ago in May 2021. Spent the last 2 months informing my business contacts of the change in phone number.
Like everyone else I received the sms/email informing me of the expiration of the SIM card (and phone number with it) on July 31,2021 with 7 days notification time. This is absolutely ridiculous. They should have known about this change in May and at least give clients ample notification of such a major change.
Never again with WorldSim!
I have been using their number for a year now and all of a sudden they send me an email that my sim will stop working in less than 5 days and the number will be lost. I have all my business contacts and bank accounts on this number how do I switch to a new number in 5 days?
Customer service is even more pathetic! Please be very careful buying their numbers!
This company is smoke and mirrors. Deplorable "service", fake reviews in TrustPilot, the Facebook Page is a joke, and they take users for fools. That "taking" includes inexplicable charges, eroding of credits, that can be interpreted as silent theft. Mysterious terms of service and constantly changing fees, that make tropical weather patterns, seem stable. With over 40+ years in technology, and 6 of those being exposed to the "services" of WorldSIM, I cannot cut up my SIM card, into small enough pieces. This "company" is the epitome of being conned into parting with good money, to receive bad "service" in return. WorldSIM is to be given a VERY wide berth. Run, don't walk.
I purchase a bundle data for russian federation and no carrier accept the services
The chat service is terrible and they was not helpful
I claim my money back
But no response from worldsim
The Support email is also unresponsive
Defenetly scam services
Bought a sim and sim free phone, sim did not work was replaced, phone would not work with Brazilian sim card they told me it was the card but the card worked in every other phone I tried it in, customer service kept telling me they would get back to me but never did, returned the phone and sim they received it as signed for delivery. No refund, reported to trading standards. STAY AWAY CROOKS
I paid $135 for the Sim and another $35 for a Spanish number. The sad unfortunate part of it is that I am unable to makes calls domestically or internationally and my credit is been debited daily for services I am definitely not receiving. My UK # *******219: US# *******278: Spanish Vartual# +34 *******

First off, the company has terrible customer support. If anything goes wrong, you're left with little to no aid from them. Your bank is your best bet regarding refunds, for example.
Secondly, the US number of the International SIM card is recycled once a month. This is not something users are informed of before placing an order for the respective SIM card.
Thirdly, there is a hidden monthly fee of $1.35 not given anywhere in their price list. The price list has not even been accessible for the past year!
Stay away. Stay far, far away. This company will swallow your money once you pay them, with little to no expectation of delivering the service and/or product you paid for.
I ordered some facemasks from WorldSIM on 28th August 2020. I used a Mastercard. I received confirmation of receipt of the order and payment, and an order reference number. The amount was taken from my account immediately. I heard nothing more about the order. But I do get at least one, often two emails from WorldSIM every day, offering products, despite having tried to unsubscribe. Today, I went on to the worldsim.com website, and asked for a delivery status update. I provided the order number, but was asked for details of the order and the payment card. I provided these. After half an hour of messaging, I was told that I would get a report by email within 7 hours. I shall post an update.
I have used this company for years but it has just deteriorated progressively over time to the point where it's now completely dysfunctional. An employee currently in Spain contacted them this morning it said that their phone line (UK) was not taking calls then he got eventually through to someone on another line it asked for a number to call him back on but it seemed like the whole system is not working he's not keeping his fingers crossed because I warned him it's very unlikely they will return the call.
I don't know what has gone wrong with the company it used to be really excellent but it's so bad now it's frankly completely on usable and when you look at the reviews you can see that people are not even getting the product it's quite obvious they are tottering on the point of collapse.
The only place this card ever works is in the UK! I have tried it in AU, NZ, Spain, Germany, Mexico, US, Canada etc and it's a complete and utter waste of time occasionally you can use it to receive calls but can't make calls out other times it won't receive or enable you to make calls. Frankly it is the most horrific option for travel and causes so much stress it is absolutely 100% best avoided. If you contact support they go to all sorts of nonsense about taking the card out putting it back in waiting two minutes it just goes on and on I have another card from the Channel Islands which you just switch on and it works every time I just don't understand why with WorldSIM there is so much complication and nonsense. Looking elsewhere you can see that the whole service is clearly an absolute joke unless of course it's one of these positive reviews or something referring to someone called Annie which seems to be some sort of reply by the company themselves. I looked on Trustpilot and it was quite obvious that the reviews were in many cases false, why on earth Trustpilot themselves have not identified this I have no idea because it must be absolutely obvious to anyone with an ounce of common sense.
I made a purchase of a cellphone from world sim I paid extra for speedy delivery. I have not received anything. I can't get in contact with anyone. They screwed me out of 150.00$ this company is criminal!
Very bad company. We buy an international sim from them and now we are facing problem and they are not providing service. Neither they are replying to email or not picking up call also.
Dont buy there product.
THis is the worst servive I have met in my life. I have bought Worldsim card to be able to call united Kindom numbers 0044. And when I dial is not connected. I have sent over 15mails and contact them and the answer is always" test again and we are delighted to help you again." I have all the CAS tickets they are more than 15 cases I have sent no HELP AT ALL. You will lose your money guys. They tell you maybe the card needs update so they are asking for 30€more. Ofcourse I will not send more money. They are cheeting with our money. Even their help desk is not connected you cannot get through because 0044 cannot be called. Neither 190 their service from the mobile. They don't care and they are not willing to help. I have talked with Kathy, ROse, and others. Nothing. The anser is like robot. We are sending your issue to our technical service and we will answer you by email. AND... the answer of the email to all 10 of them was"please test again and we are willing to help you if you have no results." only this. Can you imagine? THEY ARE CHEETING ON MY TIME i have spent more than 3 weeks, loosing time and money from my job trying to have a solution and the answer is always the same. "est again and we are willing to help you" THIS IS THE WORST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Also my friends. So people stay away from them if you don't want to have problems. Try on others there is other sim cards with best service like Lebara, Travel sim, onesim, Go sim, Keep go with excellent service. I will shout to whole worls. STAY AWAY FROM INTERNATIONAL WORLD SIM.
I got wrongly charged for data usage, as data usage was off on my phone, hence an obvious billing flaw on Worldcom's side. After a month of emailing up and down Worldcom finally recognized my complaint and promised a refund on the 31st of March (CAS-*******-M8S3S7).
We are now in July and they still haven't refunded me, hence I decided to file a complaint under the applicable ADR scheme, as any telco in the UK needs to be registered under an ADR scheme according regulator Ofcom (https://www.ofcom.org.uk/complaints/complain-about-phones-or-internet-services/billing-and-charges).
Worldsim doesn't seem to be registered under any ADR scheme and when I asked support agent Nancy to tell me under which ADR scheme they are registered, she refused to answer me, but only repeatedly told me to sent yet another an email. I had already contacted Worldsim about this several days earlier and they never even answered, neither did they give me the deadlock letter I asked for.
Considering their poor customer support and reluctance to answer any questions related to regulation and dispute resolution, I wouldn't even be surprised if Worldsim deliberately tries to avoid regulatory compliance.
Therefore I highly recommend to avoid this company, even if they wouldn't deliberately try to avoid regulatory compliance, these clowns are highly unreliable and treating their clients with an utter derision.
Unknown to me, it seems that the sim card that I have has been discontinued and upon realizing that it wasn't working I contacted WorldSIM at which time I was told that I've have to pay $30 for a new one despite having $28 still in my account. Of course I'm not paying another $30 just to possibly send me another sim just to cancel that one without telling me so I've requested a refund of my balance on the books and haven't heard anything since. I've been a customer for 8 or 9 years and find it very disturbing that they would think it's right or fair to basically extort money from customers who thought they had service because WorldSIM took it upon themselves to change sims. How is that right? I'm supposed to trust you and just send you more money or you say to hell with me and keep the money of mine that you have at the same time?

Answer: To set up data, I believe you require to set the APN as mobiledata. And their return is around 2 weeks from the day you receive the product.
Answer: THey never answer and if they answer they just say we will solve your problem and they never do. Stay away from world sim card. They are cheeting.
