The company's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from issues related to product availability, quality, and inadequate customer service. Many customers report receiving incorrect or defective items, along with challenges in obtaining refunds or support. While some positive experiences highlight good deals and prompt responses to issues, these are overshadowed by a pervasive sentiment of frustration over communication lapses and perceived dishonesty. Overall, the feedback indicates a need for improved transparency, better inventory management, and a more reliable customer service approach to restore trust and enhance customer satisfaction.

I'm a return shopper, I love their deals
Some items are refurbished while others are new (you'll know when you read the description on the item). I've worried about buying refurbished items, but I'm happy to say that there was no need to fret.
Shipping will take a couple weeks, but as long as you know that going in, there's no need to get bent out of shape over it.
I highly reccomend this site
This site usually has some stellar prices on a lot of random things. Shipping is pretty fast, and so far, I have no complaints. Shirtwoot is also pretty cool, and I have found some really funny t-shirts on there.
Deals Woot is a website that allows us as consumers to share sales and deals we have encountered or know about. I have purchase items that others have shared links to and have saved good money.
Deals Woot offers a site that I use to find the best deals around. Even if it means saving 5 bucks, it's still a savings. You are under no obligation to buy anything, and you only buy something when you want. Once you find something you like, the website will have a link to the site that has the item on sale, it's that simple. Browse and view anything posted, or post a sale yourself. Once you find a good sale you woot that sale up and that helps others know that must be a good one.
Check it out it's one of a few great sites to share sales and deals that allow us as the customer to save money, it's a win win.
Wasn't impressed at all. They are offering very strange products in my opinion. Today's woot is an ION Audio Profile LP USB Turntable for $60. What the hell is this? I don't think it is even a record player. They are also offering a coffee machine and kids quilt (only $8 but no description about the size, it looks really small).
One deal One day.
Limited quantities.
I make sure to check this site each day, just to see what deal they're offering.
They normally sell a pretty decent item for a really good price. And, they also offer a flat $5 shipping rate, no matter how bit the item is or how many of it you purchase.
Great concept, but I've only "wooted" a couple of times. The things that I've bought have worked great and were at pretty good prices. But, I haven't really found myself buying items all that often.
Tips:
Tuesdays are double Tuesdays. You get 2 items for the price of 1.
I do love wootoffs though!
"wootoffs" they happen randomly. Basically it's woot selling off different items at suuper limited quantities. And once that item is sold out, it will move on to the next item, and so on. This all happens until the wootoff is done. Sometimes a wootoff can last for less than 24hours, sometimes it's more. I think it all depends on how many 'leftover' items they have.
Woot is awesome. I've ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed. Shipping is quick and no matter what you buy the shipping is always five bucks. For the people that gave it negative reviews, you really have to be a responsible consumer and do some research on the product you're buying. Check out reviews before you do the impulse buy. If you find tons of reviews about a product failing after the warranty expires, chances are the same thing might happen to you.
This site is addicting, and usually has the best deals on whatever they are selling. And as an added bonus, they have a very awesome sense of humor!
I bought a VCR/DVD combo from Woot.com. It worked for all of 2 weeks. I went to return the product but apparently the website terms dictate that you have to pay the return freight, even if they send you junk. So I had to pay $15 to return a $35 VCR/DVD player. Buyer beware. It they send you junk you must pay to send it back.
Woot.com is great! Love the snark. Love the Woot-offs. Only thing that frustrates me is that all the good stuff gets sold out so fast! I also like to shop at http://www.BuyersHQ.com. It's a similar site to Woot: one deal a day. They don't sell out so fast, though, and sometimes they have cheaper stuff than Woot does.
I was an avid user of Woot. I would follow daily and purchase thing I needed for a good price. However, when I purchased an 80 gb Zune, it was a big deal for me. It is a refurbished item, but still that should carry the same kind of expectation and warranty as a new item. I am a music fan, but refuse to fall into the IPod trap. Of course, it broke after the 90 day warranty. The return policy is set up to last just long enough to survive the operating life of your item. Woot's response was dismissive and unhelpful. I am one of many, many dissatisfied customers. $150 down the drain. There is at least one benefit to going to a brick and mortar store... customer service. Don't say you weren't warned.
I bought an MP3 player off of this site for next to nothing and now I made woot my homepage to see what they offer every single day. I am not a big online shopper, but this site has some amazing deals that just can't be beat.
Woot is like a drug for impulse shoppers. Woot provides mainly one item a day at a very good price. The business model is unique and the site is very funny. When they sell you crap they tell you right off, "don't buy this". Then you buy it anyways!
Only one bad thing... they need more products... but I get the idea behind "get it while it's hot". Great Marketing tactic.
I want to work at Woot. These guys seem like they have so much fun, and in the meantime they frequently have pretty amazing deals. Among the dozen-plus purchases I've made here have been a Dyson vacuum cleaner, a video camera, and a golf driver. All orders have been handled very well.
Woot.com sells one item a day until that item sells out or until the day is over. Usually the former happens first because the things they sell are pretty neat and are sold at very cheap prices. I've had friends buy from here, and things always come as advertised and on time. The woot community is helpful, and the owners seem like honest, likable characters who report that they predict profitability by 2043.
Why not Woot - The one thing that makes my morning is coming into work starting up the good old PC and going to woot.com. Woot is a web page that sells one item a day it could be anything I have seen anything from thumb drives to usb Rocket lunchers. The one thing though is you do have to check it pretty early in the day otherwise you won't have a chance to get what ever it may be that they are offering. So try wooting today and let me know what you think.
Daily Dose of Laughter and Daily Gadget Deal! - I heard about this site from my brother a few years back. www.Woot.com promotes ONE DEAL A DAY... meaning you snooze, you lose. The promoted product is available to buy from 12:00am-11:59pm each day. Some finds are incredible, some wacky, some just plain dumb. But it's a site I hit on a daily basis, if not just to provide me with some funny reading material. =) I've bought a few products from the site and it's completely legit. Service and delivery is professional and prompt. I've bought a digital camera, the Lemonader, random household products. My brother has bought a ton of electronic gadgets from this site since he's a gadget freak. Never had a complaint. On the plus side, after he got bored with a couple of them, he sold them on Craigslist for a profit! Check the site out and let me know what you think. =)
Answer: Not until you buy something... then you're screwed!
Answer: Only can contact through email. If you are looking to be tortured in return process it is comparable to waterboarding
