The company's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from issues related to product availability, quality, and inadequate customer service. Many customers report receiving incorrect or defective items, along with challenges in obtaining refunds or support. While some positive experiences highlight good deals and prompt responses to issues, these are overshadowed by a pervasive sentiment of frustration over communication lapses and perceived dishonesty. Overall, the feedback indicates a need for improved transparency, better inventory management, and a more reliable customer service approach to restore trust and enhance customer satisfaction.

Very poor customer service. If an item arrives broken YOU have to pay to send it back and the is the only time they will ever except a return
I ordered a funny T shirt from them in a women's size. I was sent a men's T- shirt in stead. I asked about an exchange for the correct size and was told that "although they are very sorry, they do not exchange shirts that are the wrong size". So, basically, you order what you want and pay for it, and they send you whatever they want, too bad on your end. In this day and age, I am really surprised at customer service that bad. I will stick to other sites, even if the shirts cost a bit more. Do not order from them!
I have purchased numerous items from this site and never had an issue. Most things really are a bargain. Most are good quality but occasionally an item leaves something to be desired. However, that's the buyer's fault for not checking out the item since they send exactly what they advertised. There are several regular customers who usually post links to other sites for reviews of the products and they post them even if the review is not that flattering. I've never bought shirts or wine, but the other items are as advertised and the daily dialog between the talking monkeys is good for a laugh. I check this every day.
Effing terrible. I get a deal alert about Woot. I get really excited, see the deal, it's PERFECT. I sign up, place my order, get verification emails and see the charge pending on my visa account. I LOSE almost 6 hours looking for a grinder for my new toy, reading reviews, and getting my wife excited. I SHOULD have been studying for my upcoming exam. The next day, I check my account to see when the order would be shipped. Nope, nothing there. I contact their customer service, and they finally respond by saying my order was DENIED. WHAT THE HELL! Supposedly, they had "problems" with my card information. I've NEVER EVER had problems with my credit card, and they SHOULD clear the charge before sending out ANY authorization email, those bunch of TWATS.
$#*! WOOT!
Only have email customer service which take 2 or more day to get an answer by email, to solve a problem may take couple of month. Never ever buy stuff from woot again.
I check it everyday! We got HDMI cables for $4.99, a Shark Steamer for $99, a Dyson for 289.99 (refurb), Cuisineart Mixer and pot sets,... tons of stuff and everything has been great for us. In total, I've purchased about 30 items from woot. Secure checkout, easy to use with PayPal.
I like woot for what it is. It is simple, straightforward and offers really big discounts. I would give them 5 of 5 except you cannot get anyone over the phone there which is fine until you have a complex issue that takes forever to discuss back and forth via email. Still, when they have something I want which is from time to time it has been great to use.
Poor quality t-shirts. This is a bummer because the designs can be quite cool. I've bought a few of them, but they are the lowest quality of material you can find in a tshirt. They shrink significantly as well.
While they have branched away from the root idea of one item a day, they do still frequently offer great bargains on a variety of products from electronics to toys. Once in a great while they have a T-Shirt which it is criminal not to buy. They do a good job, have a great sense of humor and pretty decent fulfillment.
Unfortunately even though our new shipping address was saved in the profile, my husband's order still had it shipping to our old address. We contacted them immediately per the confirmation email to let them know what happened and their response was that they could not stop the order and we would have to wait until it was returned to them. I'm sorry, but why have a link in your confirmation emails telling customers to contact them immediately if their is a problem with the shipping address when they won't do anything about it. I'm very disappointed in this site.
I love this site except I spend way to much money. But it's at such big savings, so it's okay, right?!? I ordered some Pyrex and it was on my doorstep 4 days later. Super speedy Amazon shipping. Love love love.
I've ordered countless things from Woot due to my impulsive nature and really have never been disappointed. Although Roomba's seem to come up too much, I'm never really at a shortage of cheap stuff thanks to their daily impulse buys.
Shipping is always cheap (five bucks to ship an entire washer dryer? You for real?) and generally quick enough unless you need it in under 3-5 days. Remember, you're getting bargains. Also their partnership with Squaretrade has reignited my taste for refurbished machines considerably.
Love this site, I used to buy from them back in the day when it was pretty new and not popular. I recently rediscovered it after I stumbled upon daily steals, which is awesome too but not OG like woot!
For a deep discount website WOOT is excellent. If you do not expect timely shipping and Amazon quality customer service, you can get great deals. While it is true that most of their merchandise is refurbished, the warranty on the products are usually the same as new, and the re-certification process is often more rigid than for new. What really impresses me about WOOT is that they do issue a refund if you cannot negotiate a suitable result with the manufacturer. All sales are not final. They have a very clear return policy and state up front that you pay return postage, etc. This is somewhat rare in the world of deep discount sellers. I've placed orders for big ticket items ($250 and over), and am very satisfied. Waiting 3 weeks to receive a FANTASTIC deal is not a problem, and I've never had to return anything.
Okay prices. Bought 5 tablets last Christmas. All 5 were junk. Read the return policy...
I've been pleased with Woot.com. There was one time where I ordered a tea pitcher that was a little smaller than I expected, but it turns out it fits really well in a dorm fridge. Everything has arrived in good shape and I even bought the computer I'm typing on through Woot! I'd give them 5 stars if their shirt designs were available for a longer duration.
Always a great website to get quality deals and fast shipping. I have never had a bad experience in my years of using woot. Thanks for all the awesome woot offs along the way.
WOOT WOOT!
This site is pretty awesome, new deals everyday (starting at midnight). Some stuff sells out quick, if it's something good. Bought a few things from them, there is also a community sourced Deals tab, which people post deals they have found and were nice enough to share with everyone else. One of these days I'm going to buy a "Bag o' Crap" from them, it's their version of a Mystery Box. Definitely recommended.
Great site easy to look at and buy from as long as site not bogged down when it's a BOC. I bought something was suppose to be pc headset usable they were for Xbox and not PC they gave me a refund and told me to keep them loved this transaction.
Answer: Not until you buy something... then you're screwed!
Answer: Only can contact through email. If you are looking to be tortured in return process it is comparable to waterboarding
