Our plumber said the gas connection would require the concrete bowl to be drilled to creat a larger diameter opening at the bottom of the bowl. He said the fire pit should not be used in cold or wet weather which i did not understand when i purchased this product. There was no obvious description of the product that i noticed about the cold weather and the wet and we planned to install it in Telluride Colorado. The plumber said it would cost $1,000 to drill the larger diameter hole and it would be risky. The fire pit was removed from the pallet but nothing was installed. How do i return it?

Ordered two fireplace grates. Fed-Ex lost one of the two, but Woodland Direct customer service was great and had it replaced quickly. Very good customer service team!

I contacted Woodland Direct for a price on a firepit bowl, and within a few days the order was placed with a small discount found online. I was told it would be up to 4 weeks before I received my bowl, and was pleasantly surprised when the delivery company called within 10 days. Still waiting on my gas line to be installed, but very much looking forward trying out my new purchase.

I had a 45 inch opening in my fire pit. When I called to place my order, l was told the logs I wanted were not in stock. The sales person suggested I order logs that were 30-36 inches and because I would get 16 pieces, the 2 extra pieces would make up the difference. I felt I was talked into this purchase, as it does not provide the log coverage I wanted. I know I can return the logs, but at age 72, repackaging a 100+ pound box is not doable. Needless to say, I am disappointed with my purchase.
I ordered Copper Fire Bowls from Woodland (Manufacturer Outdoor Plus) and had a significant issue. Had an immediate issue with the gas electronic shut off valve (dangerous issue) and the Manufacturer was extremely had to deal with and was not willing to stand behind the issue. My customer Service Rep (Steve) did all that he could to be my champion on the issue with the Manufacturer and after a significant amount of time made this statement that spoke to me about the value of working with Woodland... if the company doesnt stand behind this product, "We will do what is right by you and resolve this issue". The manufacturer ultimately did stand behind this issue with Steves prompting (should not have had to go to that extreme) but what rang loud and strong to me was what Steve said on behalf of the company. Very Pleased with Woodland.

The Chimney Cap was well made and sturdy with an attention to detail. All the rivets were evenly spaced and closed all gaps. I'd like to meet the craftsman who built my chimney cap to shake his hand.
