The packages were sent to the wrong address several houses away from me. Fortunately the people that received it looked up my name and came down to tell me. I have not opened them yet as the roof is being repaired and I don't want them dropping anything else down to chimney. The people I dealt with were pleasant and obviously this was just an error. Is the packages did come very fast.

This is a special order item. Takes time to construct. No problem. Order was delayed, but I held out. Saddle Rack is stunning and we love it. O nly complaint with this vendor is their communication during this process. Wasn't very good and when my order was delayed, I asked for the order to be sent to a new, different address. Vendor sent the item to the original address, my sister's house where we where going to present the Saddle Rack as a gift. I changed the delivery address because of the delay. The vendor acknowledged, then sent the Saddle Rack to my sisters, several months later (7 hour drive from her house to mine). I eventually recovered the Saddle Rack from my sister's house and now have it in ours. Beautiful, but the vendor can do better communicating with its customers. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5.
Thank you for 4 stars, but I think you have us mistaken for another store. You bought a wood rack from us on 4/28. It shipped out two days later. Where you didn't make a mistake was in the rack you chose. You picked the worlds best rack and Woodland Direct was happy to help you find it. Thank you for your business.
Excellent build quality, all 1/2 inch welded steel. Tapered ends allow for deeper placement in fire box. 6 inch clearance allows for great airflow, big blazing flames. Highly recommended!

I have been ordering this very high quality outdoor grill cover for the past several years. This year when I went to order it, I noticed the lettering was in white instead of black. Since the location of our grill is near our dining room I did not want huge white letters PROGRILL facing us. Levi took the time and effort to contact the supplier to check on the lettering. He kept me in the loop as he was waiting to hear back from the supplier. The lettering is in black, thankfully! Woodland Direct has excellent customer service.
