Several years ago I ordered a wood holder which came with a nice top cover. After several years of weather the top cover wore out & i wanted to order a new one. Unfortunately they only listed full sided covers on the web site but prominently displayed, "Questions? Call us". When I did, the representative knew who i was from caller ID & had my previous order in front of him, knew what I had previously ordered, and got me the right thing." (He did note that the replacement cover is NOT listed on the web site).
We love the fire wood rack, it was a gift for my husband. It was built well and easy to assemble!

After placing an order for outdoor patio heaters, I realized I selected the incorrect voltage. I called the help number and expected to get the usual big company run around - instead, I was able to speak with one person who fixed the issue immediately for me!

I ordered a fireplace screen and was never told I would be left with a HUGE wood Pallet. Delivery person said he was not allowed to take it. I would need to take it apart (nailed in) many places and dispose of. I would expect Woodland direct to have at least communicate the pallet situation to me.
I put it together and already have the rack half filled and that was just half a day. Im impressed with the sturdiness and quality. I also appreciate that it was made in America.

When I ordered the glass fireplace doors customer service walked me through how to take the measurements. The doors were delivered much sooner than expected and were packed very well. Installation instructions were quite easy to follow. Very happy with the finished product

My package arrived with a box severely damaged. There were scrapes on the fireplace cover, and it was bent out of shape. I thought the packaging was inferior. I bent it back into shape myself. I never expected to have an experience with a price so high.

I ordered a custom fireplace screen and am absolutely thrilled with the product and Woodland Direct's service. The company called to confirm the sizing and other specifications soon after I placed my order, and the item arrived well-packaged and ahead of schedule.
I ordered a new cast iron ash gate to replace one installed forty years ago. It arrived by regular delivery in four days of ordering and works perfectly. I am impressed with the quality of the ironwork and look forward to another 40 years of use. (Well, I'll be 118 in 40 yrs but hey)
