Got Filmora Pro lifetime... it turns out that it is not lifetime, they are changing the rules now and want everyone to buy Filmora 12, what a disapointment

Bought single (lifetime) licenses on uniconveter Mac and pc and PDF software. They retrospectively changed the wording of the lifelike licenses so that it was no longer lifetime, they no longer honour what you have paid for, they don't refund and customer service was never able to solve problems with software and after the retrospective change to terms and conditions, they just quote the new terms and ignore their old licenses and what was agreed when paid for. A really poor company. Keep away.

Still Hacking to charge my card from years ago. (They deny it but I have ways to confirm, mainly by the amount. I don't buy anything for $29.99.) So I know it's them. In 2019 I purchased 1 year only. No re-newal. They tried to charge me again, fortunatly my expieration date was expired. The last few months They are aggressivly Messaging me, Posing as My Credit card Provider as they obviously have the last 4 of my card. BE SURE to check that your credit card fraud department phone number matches. - Wondershare says it's not them, it's Filmora. LOL Same Company/affiliation.

I was able to get their phone number from my credit card company: So, When you call, they say, they are a 3rd party & cannot tell you who the charge is from or what it is for, LOL They ask for your 1st & last 4 of your card, social, etc. DONT DO IT! I ingore these messagers now. My credit card company has been great is denying these suspicious charges.:-) How can we bring these guys down.?

I got the Filmore software under a 7 day free trial. The software didn't work well. When I tried to get my money back, was told that no refunds can be given. Do not purchase unless absolutely sure the software will work.

Ordered their EdrawMax software as an alternative to VISIO. Missing multiple advertised features, refund refused for multiple, constantly changing, reasons. Support will run you in circles and ask you the same questions over and over. They provide poor software with the intent to defraud.

These people will continue to email you for YEARS without an option to unsuccessfully subscribe. Don't give this predatory company any of your details or you will never escape.

It is a complete lie about support. Every Avenue via phone, email, online assistance all a lie. There is no support. Have a feeling it's a scam.

SHADY COMPANY - I have read other reviews that say the same AND I see I'm going to be scammed again on the 12 upgrade. I am not excited about that because the company, in responses I've read here and in my own email, has all kinds of "polite" logic for why you're wrong and they don't budge.

First, they pre-check any box for things you don't want. When you ask them why they are now charging you for something you didn't ask for, they will show you a very visibly checked box beside membership options to explain where and why it's your fault that you did not uncheck the box. In my case, that is NOT where the charge came from. That didn't exist in the way I purchased the "lifetime" membership but they will attempt to convince you of that. They think being polite will cause you to understand but I certainly do not.

When you've been charged for it, even for months without noticing, they WILL NOT refund your money and they WILL NOT budge. Whatever the case, it's a sub-par program. I've got one of the fastest computers available and it crashes frequently.

I recommend not even using it. At this point I've already got a "lifetime" membership but I also use an app that is MUCH more robust that you can use directly from your phone and it's an AMAZING application - fast and NEVER crashes, with plenty of artificial intelligence, bells, whistles and offers, for free, the things that Wondershare is charging for.

I purchased the software for 79 dollars. Unaware they were going to take further money on a subscription that I was unaware of. I was unable to use the software due to my computer spec not being able to process the compression. It took over 6 hours to do a simple task of overlaying music to a video. Over 12 hours to upload to you tube, and then my computer crashed. I asked for a refund due to the technical issues on my computer. They completely refused, I used the software for just 1 day then uninstalled. Most other software companies will provide a refund if you cannot use their software. This company do not. Even though they advertised to try for free for 3 days over the Christmas period. Refund policy is extremely confusing- I do not recommend using this company their customer service is appalling. Just happy to take your money - buyer beware.

I first bought Wondershare when it was version 7 and the plan clearly indicated that I would never need to pay for an upgrade again. Since then I have had to pay for 3 upgrades or my version would not be supported any longer. They are a rip-off when it comes to how they explain their plans. The software is simply "OK" or "adequate" but not the best and easiest to use.

I paid a lifetime subscription to be able to transfer my photos from my phone to an external hard drive as it seemed like a trusted application. I paid and downloaded the app on my Macbook and never managed to do it. I wrote several times to their customer service and never got an answer. They give you the option to be called back and that never happened neither.

This company tricked me into annual subscription that was 12 the price I wanted to pay for 1 month to use it once. After using I cancelled and forgot about this company, only to see them keep charging me MONTHLY 25 EUR. This is a fraud, and how the hell is it online and nobody is doing anything about it? Scammers.

I used to love this company but unfortunately recently they have changed their promises /terms at will and forced users to spend more money to get the benefits that users should have before.

They used to sell the lifetime plan but in an update, the lifetime disappeared from the page and replaced it with the Perpetual Plan. With the change of the name, the promised lifetime update became only the update of the current version. It shouldn't be if you can't fulfil your promise, you shouldn't have advertised so much and misled buyers.

Sadly that Wondershare has become such a company that doesn't keep its promises and let the customers who have supported it for a long time feel so disappointed.

Horrible company, that just charges random subscriptions to your credit card, would highly suggest you do not use any of their products

I subscribed to wondershare under the thought that it was $49.99 per year. I miss read what I was signing up for. Luckily it said I can cancel at anytime. So after 1 month I canceled it. The next month I was billed again for $22. So I emailed the support team and they said they would cancel it. I was charged again the next month. So I emailed again. I once again was told they canceled my subscription and autopay. 6 months later I have now paid $130 more than I was willing to pay for this software. I once again have reached out to the support team. It is now 12-18-22

Its AI-driven background removal tool does not work if you're wearing dark clothing.

They won't refund the purchase price, even if you ask the day after purchase, only tried it once and never saved/exported anything.

Save your money. They do not live up to the 'Lifetime Service agreement! But they are quick to want you to buy something that you have already paid for.

Purchased their PDF software on 2017. Paid for lifetime license. I had been using that for almost five years, but suddenly it turned...to trial and request purchase the license appeared. Of course - this is annual subscription now. Cannot retrieve my license # from account, they simply...removed certain website. 404 error now.

You guys are just a scammers, and your website should be 404 forever.

You are asked which payment plan you wanna go for, I chose a year worth (70ish bucks) on the third of december- not even a week later it wanted to charge me 23 bucks more for some kind of renewal. I tried to get answers from customer service, but there was just some bot. When being transferred to a 'person' there was no answer at all anymore- DO NOT PURCHASE! Worst investment
