Wow I just posted a review where the womanwithin (Fullbeauty Brands) customer service representative was unable to help me. After talking to her I found my tracking number and phoned back. But the extremely nice gentleman I got this time helped me immediately! And he didn't even ask for the tracking number! I wish the 1st lady could have been as helpful! But it HAS restored my faith in them somewhat.
This company tried to charge my debit card for an order I didn't place. They also charged my debit card twice for an order I placed once. I called customer service and they stated they didn't do any of these. I finally got this mess straighten out through the help of my bank. When I called customer service about this issues, they called me a liar. I have not received my merchandise from them yet, everything was on back order. I will never order anything from them again.
I opened up a Woman Within credit account and placed a order. I am supposed to get a $20.00 credit. $10.00 was taken off my first statement. I made a second purchase ($89.58). The second $10.00 was not taken off my bill or statement. I called Customer Service. They redirected my call d 4 times. No one could help me. Someone suggested I place an order, which I did. I will pay the balance and cut up your credit card. You have the dumbest people working for you. They are clueless. Shame in your company
I ordered 2 pairs of pants. When I received them they were cheaply made, frumpy, and looked downright awful. Considering I'd have to pay to return them, I almost kept them to wear around the house but they were so ugly I figured I'd never even wear them at home. In addition, they slipped in a membership rewards sign up that I mistakenly signed up for. It's $16.99 a month! Per month! I can't imagine they have many sign ups for that unless people don't pay attention to their credit card charges.
Returned multiple items and was still being billed for them months later! Called and was transferred to numerous departments. They never credited my refund and charged me a late fee also. Spent hours on the phone without any resolution. I closed my account and credit card with them. Telling everyone to stay away from this company!

I placed an order for a bunch of T-shirts that were on sale. When they arrived several of them were completely see-through which didn't work for me. I exchanged four of the shirts for different colors using the form that came with my order. I shipped them out and a month later nothing. I finally get a hold of them and they give me a tracking number which tells me it has just recently been delivered which is the slowest shipping I've ever seen on anything but whatever, they say give it a few days it will be processed. Nothing happens. Several weeks and several follow-ups later they finally told me to check back at the end of the week it will be addressed. Well it was addressed by charging my card extra money. I am mediately called back and Complaint. I told them I didn't exchange not a new purchase. And they said they issued a gift card to me for the money back. I said I don't want to gift card I'm not making another purchase at this time it was supposed to be an even exchange for the same item I don't want to gift card I want my money back you charged my credit card I can see it on my credit card statement. They said they would issue a credit to my credit card. Finally now a month and a half later the order has showed up on my woman with a credit card and I can clearly see that they overcharge me for the items they exchanged, only exchanged two of the four items I sent back, and I don't have the refund. So now I've paid extra for two shirts I didn't want because I didn't even get the ones I asked for, they charge my credit card without my authorization, and I'm still waiting on a refund. No big deal just wanting to be done with them I was going to return the two shirts they overcharge me on and just call it a day. Well my receipt with the two exchanges was marked no return so now I'm stuck with shirts they overcharged me for against my will and have an extra card on my credit card. It's a complete and total scam. Do not order from them. Do not try to return or exchange anything with them. If you like their clothes go on Amazon and purchase their clothes through Amazon do not deal with the company directly you will get ripped off. And also FYI the quality has gone downhill I always ordered their plain solid color T-shirts because they used to be good they're cheap they're see-through and they're not worth what you pay now. Will never be ordering from this company ever again!
We're very sorry for this experience. Our exchanges do not work the way others do in stores. When an exchange is requested, we refund the returned items and charge the new items and ship them out. Should the new items be the same exact item as the ones returned (just a different size requested) then the price should be the same. If this is where you said you were over charged, we are happy to take a look into this. Do NOT under any circumstances order from this company. I ordered an item from them long ago for under $20 - ever since they have been charging my bank account $16.15 per month for a "membership"

Will never buy from Woman Within again! I placed an order today. I put my email through to get 40% off as promised. The email did not come through until after I placed the order. I tried to call and chat. Absolutely no one to take my call or address my situation on chat either. I was trying to get someone to honor the 40% off. No luck. I've had problems in the past with Customer service on this site before but I thought I'd give it another chance. MEVER AGAIN!

Be ready that you will not receive a refund until you will not spend a month calling customer service requesting your refund.
Without constantly requesting a refund you might not receive your money back.
Finally, they will return your money but charge you a fine for the return. Never, ever buy from this company.

The last time I returned something I had to go through the BBB to get it resolved. Here I am again and they will not accept my return.

Do not do business with this company. I paid for a skirt that was never even shipped because it was more than 60 days ago they will refund my credit card.

I recently purchased blue jeans of the same style I have ordered in years past. What showed up was substandard... thin material and a poor cut.
I should just take my old jeans to a tailor and have them resized.

But they neglected to tell me I couldn't use it on clearance items
I received a bill i. Paid in full mailed a check 4 days before it was due
To my surprise I received a late charge of 25.00
I figured it just crossed in the mail
I kept getting more bills for late charge so I wrote emails explaining the payment
Bottom line is they said they got the payment late and it was my fault
They kept adding 25.00 everything I got a bill
I kept writing emails
I finally paid the late charges because I didn't want my credit rating ruined
Needless to go say I cut up the card and will never shop there again

I purchased 5 items and paid additional for "Super Fast Shipping". One of the items was incorrect. Customer service would not honor expediting the correct one to me. Not my fault they sent me the wrong item. I paid 29.98 for shipping to insure I received my items before I left for a trip. They then advised me a replacement would not be shipped until I sent them back the incorrect item, and it would be several weeks once received to get the correct item to me. No courtesy that I paid for expedited shipping. Correct customer service would be to apologize, and send me the correct shirt honoring the expedited shipping I paid for. Speaking to a "manager" was just a joke. Every sentence was like groundhog day, she couldn't even remember what we were talking about. I work in a call center and was appalled by how this one operates.

I ordered the same-shirts I ordered 2 years ago. This years-shirts are cheaper and smaller in size. Twice I ordered I received the wrong items. First time was a bra when ordered a tank top. Second time were shorts when order a blouse. They would not send me the items I ordered until they received the items back. When I asked to speak to someone higher up they told me there was no one. I emailed a complaint to the company and never received a response back. I will not order from them again.

I ordered from Woman Within a catalog offering free shipping of orders over $50. It was 2 shirts. One $27.99 the other $22.99 which equaled $50.98. It was a split order. First shirt arrived $27.99 and I was charged $9.99 for s&h. The second shirt arrived $22.99 a month later and I was charged $3.00 for s&h. So in total I was charged $12.99 for s&h. Then I noticed they reduced the price of both shirts by $1.00 to bring the total below the free shipping. When I tried to rectify the discrepancy I was given the runaround. I don't like dealing with dishonest companies so beware shoppers and check your credit card statements carefully. I will not be shopping with Woman Within or their other affiliates because I can not trust them.

I did not receive a shirt I ordered in January, 2022, from Woman Within. I did get a credit. The shirt was delivered in March but I was not charged. I called in April but was told to wait. I called again in May. Then I was charged twice. This company has lost me as a customer.

I REALLY wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from this company. First of all, the reason I ordered was because I got $20 off order for applying for credit card, so I purchased a posture bra and ordered the same size I always wear but when I got it was WAY too big. I called to set up return and they only refunded me for the price of bra (not taxes or shipping I paid) and it was a gift card to them! Return policy states "full refund" and "no return shipping costs"... LIES! I spent over $8 to open a package... REALLY! Their response to peoples reviews are pretty much... sorry we'll try to do better... what a joke. I cancelled the credit card because they will never see another penny from me. Do not waste your hard working money with this company!

If you have to return something, good luck. There's no customer service, their information online isn't that clear, and oh by the way they're going to charge you 10 bucks or more just to return something.
UPDATE: I still haven't received my exchange. I guess I'm just out the 30 bucks for the pants.
