I used to order on this website all of the time for my grandmother, and never had any issues. But after this last time (last month), I will NEVER ORDER from them EVER AGAIN! This has been an absolute nightmare and has left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I placed an order last month (April 17th to be exact) for her some shoes for Mother's Day. I ordered this ahead of time, thinking it would still get here on time, but boy was I wrong!

I experienced a 2-3 week shipping delay. The shoes finally shipped out May 1st. However, I still HAVE NOT received these shoes. Thanks to this company for deciding to use PITNEY BOWES as a shipping partner. Worst mistake ever! Everyone that has packages from this company NEVER receive it.

Woman Within customer service keeps telling me I can't get a refund until June 3rd, which I think is so wrong and not even fair. It's not my fault that I tried to order the shoes ahead of time and experienced delays and now my order is LOST. QUIT blaming shipping issues on COVID, when this is not the case, and PLEASE for crying out loud stop using PITNEY BOWES as a SHIPPING COMPANY! Also, please change the refund policy!

At this point, I just want a refund because I'm not expecting for these shoes to even come at this point.

I placed an order for Woman Within on May 9,2021. Today 5/19/21, the Women Within site shows the order has not processed yet. I called Customer Service, spoke to Nicole who said the order has not processed and probably won't ship until next week (week of May24,2021). Her explaination was that there was a huge increase in orders and they were backed up. When I asked if the order could be expedited, she said "NO!" I responded that this would affect my ordering from Women Within in the future. Why would I order from a company which can not process and ship an order within a week?

Worst company ever

I wish I had never placed the order. Very quick to take the money and very slow to ship the order. Shipping is $19.99 - most of any company I've ever dealt with. Can't find or track an order online. When it does come, clothing is cheap and not worth the price. Customer service is a joke. It took over two months to get a response. It costs $10 to return something and get the money back or else you have to settle for a gift card. I returned some items but doubt I'll ever see the gift card. But I WILL be flooded with their never ending catalogs. Save your money and your sanity - shop somewhere else.

I have worked in retail and hospitality all my life and value good customer service. Woman Within has got to be, hands down, the WORSE customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely long calling waits, product unavailability, long shipping times and inferior product(s). Speaking with supervisor was absolutely no help whatsoever. I even told him I would not order again and his response was "it's your choice". Did not provide a tracking number other to say it is "probably" being shipped DHL. Very disappointed in this company.

Sizing is odd

Everything I have bought from Woman Within I have sent back. This time it was panties. They were huge everywhere except in the waist where they were too small. That makes no sense at all. Whatever you buy try for a size or two smaller. But, still, I have no idea what woman they are making their clothes for.

Horrible!

Returned items. I tracked the return and it was delivered to them on April 20th. It is now May 15th. Tried emailing and calling numerous times to find out where my refund is. No response! You can't even talk to a representative. Says unavailable. This is unacceptable! How does a company receive your return and not return your money? They need to be reported for their business practices!

Been a customer for 50 years, since they were lane bryant. Allegedly shipped 5/3, no movement on USPS tracking. USPS says not recd pkg. Bern 5+ weeks. They were never speedy, 7 - 10 days, but this is insane, and of course my.cc has been charged. Will NEVER, EVER do business w them again. Would rather take a sheet and a piece of rope and wing it. PATHETIC, EXTREMELY disappontingly long ship.and delivery dates. Shame on them

NEVER AGAIN...

I really believe they are not in the USA. I ordered accordingly and all the items were too small $110.00 worth, I since have returned them. It took 33 days to get to me and it has been 16 since i returned them. There is absolutely no one to reach out to. I tried to email them and the email is invalid. I found Full Beauty Brands on Wikipedia and found a chat page. But of course that is a brick wall.
I will never recommend or shop with them again. I really believe I will be out $110.00..

VERY Disappointed

I am a life long resident of Indianapolis Indiana where Woman Within is located. I finished and order totaling $200.00+ for my Mother in law in a nursing home. Elapsed time from placing the order and receiving it was right at one month. I even called two weeks in to see if I could come down and pick it up... No. And about one month after this order and my swearing never to use them again, I see a $14.95 debit in my bank account this morning. No way to check out what this amount was for, no description of item(s) ordered... Nothing. So, now I have to call the bank and stop payment. A royal pain in the a..

I placed an order in what I thought was in time for Mother's Day. Still has not only been shipped but hasn't even begun to be processed. Finally reach someone via telephone and was told that even though they have not yet put my order together, I can not cancel. They are blaming the covid, however I ordered once before several years ago and my ordered then took over 7 weeks to ship. I wish I had not attempted again. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered back on April 9th. Still waiting on two items that their site says are "In Stock". Spoke to customer service and was given run around and told over and over it was, "Processing". After voicing my frustrations on May 12th, they told me it would ship in 7-10 business days since the order was in the warehouse. So basically from what I was told they are getting so many orders they are taking two months to process them and upwards of two weeks to ship. Well I never received a single email in regards to a delay. Of course I am writing this on the 12th so still don't know if I will get it in two weeks. Most likely going to cancel the order since I was offered nothing for my trouble and time spent chasing this down.

I ordered 4/29/21 & my order is marked "Not shipped". They SAY because of COVID etc the shipments are slowed. Ive e mailed 3 times only to receive an "auto Res ponder". I called (was warned I may be on hold for over 30 min. & I WAS. Probably to discourage) & asked them to cancel the order & they told me they could not do that & it was in ware house process but not shipped. I asked if they had charged my card & they said they put a "hold" on the amount. They stated they could not cancel it. BS! BS! BS!. I called my Bank & they can not put a stop payment on a card. But if I do not get my products & get charged the Bank WILL go to bat for me with this company filing charges. So here I sit. This company is a rip off & I DO NOT trust them. Just do yourselves a favor & shop else where.

WORST COMPANY EVER. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Slow shipping, terrible order process and apathetic to their customers needs. They have screwed up the last two orders placed and when we pushed back all we got was "eh, so what" attitude. The last order placed was not shipped after two weeks and when we called to cancel was told no way to cancel once the order was sent to the warehouse. Still not shipped, but you cannot cancel. BULL****. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been repeatedly trying to e-mail and call Woman Within since my order of 2 weeks ago because last week they had a flash 50% off sale all week and when I tried calling to get that sale on my items, I was on hold for 30-45 minutes. There was no way to get through. Then I e-mailed them about this and they just sent me a BOT (robot) response back that they had received my e-mail and would respond in 24-48 hours (they obviously didn't). Now the sale is over and I called 3 times today. The first customer service woman I got (Camille) was from somewhere in China, which I guess now makes sense with their pricing policies and how you cannot get a REAL person in the US to handle customer service. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused to put me through. When I asked again all she did was put me on a long hold so I would hang up (which I did). I talked with 2 others who were also in some 3rd world call center, so I just gave up and e-mailed them again. At least they have not charged my Paypal or credit card yet, so I am doubly protected as I WILL be returning all of my $87 order (which I wanted to wear for Mother's Day, obviously that didn't happen). Seems like others have had issues with returns so if that's the case, I will be calling both PayPal and my CC company to dispute the charges. Buyer beware and I hope no one else purchases from this SCAM company!

Quality of Clothes Decreasing...

I have noticed that over the last several-at least four- years that the quality of the clothes has gone considerably down. Shoddy fabrics, seams crooked or threads left hanging, even seams coming apart after only 1 or 2 wearings/washings. Long sleeves that are no longer long, fabrics shrinking even washed in cold water. Yet prices keep increasing. Can no longer justify paying high prices for shoddy work.

Have been buying, usually by phone, from Woman Within catalogs off and on for many years and like the clothes. Now sometimes browse and order from the website, liking the ease and speed of it all. Though I don't like not being able to use more than one of the promo codes when ordering online.

Woman Within has great Customer Service... have never had a problem returning anything that doesn't fit right, which can happen when buying clothes online. Refunds back to their card, or whichever card used for the purchase without any hassle.

Have recommended WW to friends.
