When making a purchase from WW an item from another fullbeauty site showed up on my order. I immediately called and asked for it to be removed. I was told it couldn't, then told it could be removed - it wasn't. I was promised return shipping would be paid, it won't. I tried to call corporate during business hours and it goes straight to voice mail. The customer is definitely not of importance to them.
Do Not Order from this company unless you want to get your merchandise months later and have the money taken out of your bank account immediately and not be able to cancel (although they say you have 24 hours which they do not honor). They have terrible customer service, extensive hold times and are unable to get anyone in charge on the phone. Good luck!

I am giving up on this company and saving myself enormous aggravation. Sure, the clothes are cute. Turn-around times are ridiculous... weeks! Inventory monitoring is non-existent. Twice I've ordered things that have sold out 1 to 2 weeks later, so I never got product. Still waiting on my refund too. Wait time calling is more than 3 hours on hold. They take days to answer IMs and they don't REALLY answer a direct question with a direct answer. They want to take you "all around the block" instead. Used to be a decent company. Turn-around times were less than a week. Forget that now. They will blame Covid-19 till they are blue, but it all started when they became part of Full Beauty Brands. Really, really disappointing. Don't recommend to anyone unless you've got time to kill and money to waste!

I spent 179.00 on four items, two of the items did not fit, I sent them back on 5/24/21 now it is 6/24 and no refund, they are quick to take money but not return it. It took forever to get anyone on the phone and I could barely understand them, I told them I wanted my money back now as they have had my return since 6/7 and she tried to say they were slow because of covid... BS. I told her I just ordered an item that came from China and got it in one week. She said she will refund my money now and it will take 7-10 days to show up. This place needs to be shut down people are constantly having this same problem with them. This no way to run a business cheating people.

I was double billed for items not even shipped to me. After being 2 hours and 45 min, on the second phone call to correct their mistake I was told I would receive a credit for items not shipped.
I will wait and see if this is finally resolved.
Prior to this order a was a very good customer. I even gave friends and family, the website info.

Return items. I return several items since February. I still have not issued a refund. Call customer service several times, they put me on hold and then hang up on me. Call back, on hold for 2 hours.
Stay away from this company. The customer service is horrible.

WomanWithin used to be my preferred site for ordering clothes. Being plus sized the options are limited. However, in 2021 there service has been horrific. Take over 6 weeks to get an order, credits not being processed. Being told different things by different customer service reps when I call. They are horrible now. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for 2 pairs of Capris. Summer will be over before I get them. I am told the order is "processing" when I call so I cannot cancel or request express shipping. Crazy!

Placed order late March early April and it took over a month to recieve it. Day after receiving I returned most of it. Only response I receive is order still processing. It has been iver a month with no emails confirming received returns and no refund. Stuck on hold for over an hr. Simply get run around. No answers. I will never purchase anything from them again

One of the most horrible places I have dealt with for customer service. After giving me a store credit and not crediting my original form of payment as stated in the return policy. My item was returned three days after I received it and it perfect condition. I NEVER stated I wanted a store credit for my return. I tried to call THREE times only to have it ring for a good bit and then to disconnect me. I tried to email twice with no reply. I tried to CHAT to say your in line and 15min later you are still the same place in line... tried CHAT three times. I believe with Covid, Woman Within suffered financially and is now doing poor business practices to try to make up their loss. This horrible way of trying to take advantage of their customers will only contribute to more losses from customers not returning to the site to ever to business with Woman Within ever again...

Too slow with no adequate email or phone responses. Ended up paying interest on credit card because of slow credit for a return!

I will never order from this company again! I have called, and asked them to even cancel my order, since it has been shipped, and they said they can't cancel it. My total for my order was $44.95, and it's already been 18 days since I placed my order and my order is not shipped. I got a feeling it's not going to be shipped! When I did call 3 days ago, customer service said you order would be shipped out for sure the next day, if you really want to piss me off, lie to me! Or, still my money! I am highly upset! I was on the Kmart website, when I started looking up pants it went to a different website, I believe it was just someone selling items on kmart, well know this, these items come out of India. It's probably not even a real company. I plan on contacting Kmarts and ask them to remove Women Within, because I don't believe it's legit. For them putting me through so much trouble, I guarantee I'm going to return the trouble.

Placed an order on 5/27. Hadn't shipped in 10 days so I emailed customer service to cancel. No response. Finally on June 10, I get a email telling me my order had shipped. It is now June 17th, and tracking shows that USPS still hasn't gotten the package, just that a label was generated on June 9th and that it was in process of going to the USPS. I am really upset that my email was ignored. But I'm really really upset that I was charged on June 11th, but there has been no shipment. And I'm upset that I got an email on June 9th, with a discount coupon good for 5 days for a really great discount because of my recent purchase. Sorry, but not giving your company another chance. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

I noticed 2 charges 1 for 14 95 1 for 3425 I called them up and they tell me that I had become a member of woman within I never did that I never signed out for it I threatened legal action I told them to give me my money back I've reported them to the Attorney General's I'm an ex cop so I told them this isn't gon to be pretty and they told me that they refund my money they are a scam company

Send you wrong orders then you have to pay to ship it back even your tracking says they recieved package back still no refund cus they claim didnt get it meanwhile had reordered product again. Waited almost a month for that order to be shipped day suppose to be delivered never showed called cust service"which is a joke 3 hr wait" to be told it was delivered and that they would track it and get back to me no refund offered cuz they said they delivered it so i have to wait for them to find it before i will be offered a refund cant get a call back from corporate cant talk to anyone but the customer people over seas. Dont order from this company. They are a rip off my next call is to better business

I've been ordering from Woman Within for at least 20 yrs. I will never order from them again, however. I placed an order on May 28 and it has yet to ship. The last time I placed an order it took awhile but I attributed that to Covid but other companies get their orders out in a timely matter. It's totally ridiculous. I know I'm not the only person that is upset with their customer service as of late. They better get their act together or they will be losing a lot of long time customers.

I ordered several items from Women Within, that stated per the website that they had the items in stock however once I received my confirmation email the items I ordered were not in stock. This company charged my card for items that they can not supply to me as the customer upon ordering. I called they're customer service number and waited on the phone 1 hour and 30 minutes before I could speak to a representative. Upon cancelling the order via phone, I asked for a confirmation email stating that the order was canceled. The representative stated that they don't send out emails pertaining to cancellation. I will never order from this company ever again and would not recommend anyone order items from them.

I give these people at woman within a zero rating if i could go lower i would. Don't waste your time or money on these scam artists. They charge you twice on your credit card for the same top and refuse to admit it. It took them over a month to send me one top. I called them repeatedly trying to find out some information and kept getting the runaround. I told them i wanted a date when it would be shipped out or i would take further action... they finally gave me a shipping date and it was sent out, but charged me twice, once while it was processing, and second time when it shipped out. I thought jms was a bad clothing site, but i think this overrides them.

We asked to talk to someone higher up about our order and the person we were transfered to was RUDE for no reason and hung up on us as we were talking to him so pls take this as a warning DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM they are a scam they will not help you if something went wrong

This organization has absolutely terrible processing of orders. I have ordered from them for a long time, and they get worse and worse and worse. It is the most expensive shipping I pay for clothes to be shipped from any website. But it takes them forever to process the order, and then it takes them forever to ship it, all based on the excuse that they are having "delays". ALL websites are having delays, but literally every other one I deal with can give me at least an approximate ship date or an approximate arrival date for my order. Whenever I call their customer service here, number one I can barely understand the people because their accents are so terrible, and number two you can tell that they have absolutely no power or control as far as correcting the situation at all, which makes matters 10 times worse. All they can say is it's been delayed. This would not be a big deal if I was getting free shipping or the shipping was inexpensive or the company was small or not well known. But this place has been around for a long time, and to run their company as poorly as they do is inexcusable in 2021. I placed an order 6 days ago and they have absolutely no idea when it's even going to go out. I can see why they have terrible reviews here. As I said, it makes things 10 times worse when the customer service rep is completely clueless and has absolutely no information they can give you and no way to help you. What's the purpose of having customer service representatives? I told her to pass this information along to management, and I'm sure that won't happen, but I told her after this order I will never order from them again. It is not worth it, and they have plenty of competitors that do business in a much more ethical and efficient manner.

I just called to cancel an order that has never been shipped. They will not cancel it. It is coded "in process". It was supposed to be delivered by June 2. I leave for vacation June 18, so I only ordered items that said would be here by June 2nd. They do not know when it will be shipped. They cannot process it. They are usless. I will never order from them again. Ever!
