Never ever ever ever use this company - they are fraudulent and use false advertising. They say items cost a specific amount of money but then add ridiculously inflated shipping rates and duplicate per item bought from the same store in an effort to say costs are low. If you try to dispute or request a refund - their customer service is dismal and they will say openly that they duplicate shipping costs to falsely advertise low prices but they will not actually address your concerns or prove any refunds without a very long and tiresome fight. Their mission is to ask the same question so many times and not address concerns in the hope that people will give up and stop requesting refunds for duplicated shipping costs or items not received. Stay away from this fraudulent company.

I ordered 8 flickering flame lights which I thought where large like some I already had there was no size on them

Will NEVER order from these lying shady thieves ever again. Placed 3 different orders months ago and they took my money and still have not received one order and they still have my money. And this was before the Covid bs excuse they're using now to steal ur money. Done with Wish for good. Hence their name Wish. You Wish you will get what u paid for. Ordered product to receive by May 27. Did not receive it and they said I had to wait until July 1st to ask for a refund. I asked for a refund July 2nd and they would only refund the shipping and I had to wait until July 31st to get refunded the product price which would be issued August 15th. How is this legal!

Don't bother wasting your time! I have had multiple times that an order never shows up or comes broken and then because it took so long, they won't do anything about it. No tracking updates are sent so you have to constantly log in to try to find out where your products are. I had an order charged to my card that was not mine and they refused to issue a refund. They told me that it was shipped so I couldn't do anything about it. When I continued to contact them further about it they just sent replies with no words, basically just ignoring me. I have no recourse and was basically told too bad.

They Show the Product and even give you a date of delivery, then they take your money and a week later they notify you they don't have it! Then they take your money with ALL kinds of excuses and NEVER send your money back... they have NO telephone Service, a stupid Robo Computer just writes nonsense and NO Service! Getting more and more discouraged from using the Wish app. So disappointed about so many things... I deleted the app for nearly a year. Although they made some good improvements a year ago, customer service deserves no stars. The way the app works itself, needs improvement and should be made priority... delivery time and contacting customer service has always been an issue.

On May 19 I placed 2 orders with wish.com. At the time of the order, they said delivery would be 7-10 days. I have still not received the orders and it's almost 2 months later. I get occasional emails giving a new delivery date and that passes. The last one says to expect delivery on July 12. Given it's July 9 and the order tracking still shows it in China there is no it can arrive by jul12. I think this site scams you into to buying items and then they continually give you new updates for delivery that have no basis in fact. There is no way to contact them directly on the website - they have this automated robot chat that is of no help. I'm sure if you contact them they will give you a new delivery date but as with the others this be fake.

Terrible service. I ordered some trainers, not at the headline price but at a much higher one when I clicked through. Had to buy a watch I didn't want to get even this secondary "discount" price. Estimated delivery date passed THREE TIMES (each spaced out by a month) and Wish then automatically refunded without asking me. They couldn't explain where the item I ordered was, or why it hadn't arrived.

Item took months to arrive. When it arrived it was the wrong size. Customer support was beyond awful. They spent days arguing they had fulfilled the order correctly despite me supplying photos of the item and their confirmation email, both with different sizes. Just avoid.

The items are dirt cheap; should your item ever even arrive, it will take between 8-12 weeks. The estimated delivery times they issue are all falsehoods. They seem to be an arbitrary date pulled up to pacify customers with no real basis. Shipping is also an arm and a leg, too. I'd recommend ordering something from Amazon for maybe some 15%-30% extra, and just getting your item within a week or two, as opposed to spending up to 3 months, waiting to see if your order from Wish will ever get delivered.
Another issue I don't like is that there's no way to cancel or get a refund after an item has already shipped, unlike with Amazon.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
