Cheap Chinese crap that took 2.5 months to arrive. Customer service is run by computer-generated responses that provide no useful information and you very quickly exhaust their inventory of canned responses. They pushed back the estimated delivery date for one month in order to avoid cancellation of my order that was "in transit". Customer service representative will ask you to wait until 30 days after the estimated delivery date to request a refund when the website states that refund requests must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. I suppose this is one method to avoid processing refunds. I can't decide if it's fraud or complete ignorance. I would try to return this crap product, but I'm sick of these people and it would probably be faster to bury it in the backyard and wait for it to decompose.
So far I ordered twice from this site receive one item thus far took a month second item still waiting been 2 months the quality of product seems ok but not worth the 2 month waiting period.

I have ordered in the past and have received items within the time frame indicated which was 2 weeks to a month. Now, due to pandemic, their delivery times indicated are all wrong and there is no phone # or email address to get more information. Automated system 1st stated that delivery was June 11, (order made on 4/30), I was ok with that and then changed to June 29, now stating that is tentative to be August 7th. That means 3.5 months since I ordered, not acceptable. I ended buying the same item at a local store. If I had known that would have taken more than 1 month I would not have ordered it. Now they refuse to cancel and credit my account. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered my stuff and got email on May19 items were being shipped it's now july 8th and I've gotten nothing. When I ask I get the run around it's because of Covid. And then customer service wanted to charge me to look into my order. A bunch of bull crap. I will never order again and am turning them into BBB. I only rated 1 I did not want to. I ordered and paid for three items, one which was a guarantee delivery date of two weeks. I ordered these items in may, They changed the delivery date on me 6 times and always the day before it is to arrive, the last change now is set for Oct! I ordered 14 bandanas 12 in 1 order and 2 in separate order. After repeated messages sent to them thay lost my account number, lost my order, no phones to complain to, support teams (what a joke) no one seems to know whats going on. After 2 1/2 months 3 bandanas arrived in 2 separate envelops stating untracked all in chinese no invoice to note i texted inquiry and still no response they are quick to get my money. I ordered a faucet mounted water filter for $21.00. Wish kept extending the delivery date. Wish Tracking shows proof that it was never delivered. When I asked Wish to resend the item or give me a refund they refused siting a 30 day return policy which does not apply since I never received the item.

My daughter frequently ordered from Wish.com. At the beginning of May, her wish.com account was hacked and 2 orders were sent to Russia. These charges were the only fraudulent charges on our credit card statement. We immediately cancelled our credit card.
Tried to call the customer service phone number *******172) and received a message that they do not offer phone support. I then proceeded to email the company, which I did at least 20 times. I also requested a phone call back. Providing my phone # three times and received no response.
Every time I received an email response in which I was asked to provide the account # and both order #'s, which I did. After numerous days without a response, I sent another email only to receive an email stating that due to the due to the sensitive nature "we will have to redirect your concern to the appropriate team at Wish". Again, no response! After sending another email, the cycle begins all over again with them requesting all the info, once again! This continued on with 5 or 6 additional cycles, which again elicited no resolution.
On June 30th, I received an email stating that they could not provide me with a refund because they received notice that the charge card company had disputed the charges. If they had not received notice from the bank, this cycle would have continued indefinitely!
On July 6th, I received another email stating that there are no blocks on my daughters account and she can order again!
After almost 2 months, numerous emails with no results, hours of work and endless amount of frustration, I received absolutely no resolution from the Wish company! And... no refund!

I ordered some nitrile gloves on May 9th. The gloves were supposed to be delivered in approximately 30 days. When the gloves did not arrived, I requested a refund, and was told that the delivery date had been pushed back to June 16th. When the gloves did not arrive, I was informed that the delivery date had been pushed back to July 6th. When the gloves did not arrive by July 6th, I filed a request for a refund through the web site. I was told that they were going to refund the SHIPPING COSTS ONLY, and that I would now have to wait until AUG 5th to receive the rest of my money. I bought a sewing machine to make masks for the people I work with in the NHS at an hospital in sheffield. IT like a toy. The photograph shows a MAN using it. What a waste of money. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
