So I bought an external 8TB hard drive, I checked the listing over and over to make sure what I was getting and made the payment, 6 weeks later I get an email asking if I have received the item - I had not, 3 weeks after that an empty case came with a price on the packaging of a couple of euros for an empty hard drive case, now I can get an empty case for less than £1 here so have no need to order one from china. When I attempted to contact customer support I found out that THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE CONTACTED BY PHONE! So that set alarm bells ringing straight away, when I received a mail saying that the seller sent the correct item and now the advert suddenly says it is case only and they will not refund, basically I've just given this 'company' money for nothing. Be aware of the 'reviews by buyers' that give all 5 stars especially if they mention that customer support was excellent and if they say they received refund why and how did they contact this non existent customer support. I sent a copy of the original listing to the 'support agent' where it does not say anything about the item being an empty case and this has not been acknowledged in any way. In short if the prices seem to be too good to be true then they are, AVOID THESE SCAMMERS/MONEY LAUNDERERS!

Read everything very carefully, it may look like delivery is reasonable but before you know it the shipment is coming from China in 8-10 weeks. There are so many reviews saying the delivery dates keeps changing that i feel that is likely to happen to my order too. If you want low prices and don't mind taking a chance and can wait then just go directly through Alibaba, no need to pay a middleman.

I placed three orders on wish. Delivery date was three weeks after. The first two arrived tho month after. One was decent the 2nd not acceptable. The third never arrived. Wish has no customer service. When the automated application cannot solve your problems they sent you to their online customer service who answers 1-3 days after when you have made yourself understood they sent you back to the application automated system. I am short $117.00 on an order it is almost three month and regret ordering from Wish. Only order if loosing the money won't hurt and you can wait a long long time.

They take your money and then they do not update the status of your orders. I have been waiting 6 weeks for one item and over a month for 6 others that I ordered. All they can say via an automated bot is they're sorry. But no refund has been forthcoming and I doubt I will ever see my purchases and if I do they will be sorely out of date because it is most likely that it will be Fall or Winter before I see my summer items.

Don't buy anything from Wish. Deliveries typically 3 months and if your item arrives damaged you can forget about a return or refund. They will tie you in knots and disregard anything you say. Even photo evidence.

I placed an order on line with my credit card in April with a tracking number. Checked once a week said it was at some location in China. Then comes June, I still don't have the item. Emailed some bogus customer service email telling them to refund my money. Still got the runaround. Finally, item arrives on June 22nd and it's wrong, horrible quality, wrong style and I still haven't gotten my refund!

I ordered headphones in March 2020. They said will arrive by April 2020. Nothing so they say on the app allow for delays. I'm assuming because of COVID-19, plus items coming from China. Even to this day July 6. The app says items should be here by April 2020. After contacting them they tell me no refund after 30days of arrival date. So let me start off by saying that I used to have good luck with wish.com. Ever since the coronavirus they push out delivery dates by ridiculous amounts of weeks. I have been purchasing from other sites from China Sellers and have received my items in a reasonable amount of time. Their 1-800 number for contacting customer service is not a working number right now. In order to contact an agent you have to pretty much lie through their automated texting and state that you having a problem with my account. So buyer beware if you really want that item it's worth paying the extra dollars to get it from somewhere else

It takes a terribly long time to receive your items (i have yet not received what I ordered 2 months ago). They do not abide by their delivery dates but always keep pushing the dates forward, they do not allow you to cancel the order citing item is already shipped. All the reviews on their site/app look fishy as they mention fast delivery but everywhere else people are saying delivery is slow and uncertain. I strongly advise against using this scammy platform. Spend a little more and at least have your product!

The shipping is months long with no tracking information in the U.S. If you did not get your items, then you gets partial refund which is about 1/3 of your total purchase and not including shipping fee and tax that you paid. So, if you want to buy from them, just make sure of the risk of you will not going to get your items and you will not be fully refunded.

First they froze my account, so i cannot use it for no reason and then They asked one certain photo of my id a month ago. They said it will take three days. Now it has been over a month and i still cannot use my wish account. Bunch a scammers site i would say. Never trust this company.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
