Dont Regret after purchasing cheap from wish. Purchase bit expensive but local I purchased earth test meter for 29.99 delivery was expected in few weeks but item was not received I reported paypal they closed case as no reply from wish I emailed to wish they said sorry we are not responsible after 1 month you must have reported with in one month.
ITS CLEARLY FRAUD
I ordered some LED lights for my daughter on June 7th, when it shipped is should have been here by june 27th (which is a long time to ship really). OK my daughter accepted that, june 27th, not here. Check again, they say now July 3rd- OK I guess I have no choice- now july 3rd- still not here-- I will NEVER EVER ORDER from these Dumb A--es EVER again... Really, my daughter asks me everyday and we go down to the mailbox and nothing.
Don't ever order from them, promise, unless you Wish (ha ha) your order to take over a month to be delivered. Never again. Ridiculous. I have read many other reviews that state the same... WOW nice company

Expensive shipping costs... Items ordered in early May still not received. There is something VERY WRONG with WISH's shipping process! You may or may not ever receive your orders. Twice now I have ordered items on Wish and not received them after several months of waiting. They kept deferring the arrival date, and hoping they'd deliver, I kept allowing them to push the date back. In the end after placing an order in Feb 2020, and expecting a short arrival, I had to ask for a refund four months later! They have the audacity to tell you that you can get a partial refund, even months after waiting. It seems to me that it's a fancy way of gaining money they didn't earn. With US currency at the strength it is, if these goods are shipped by Chinese sellers then it it's easy to see how people can end up getting money for undelivered good. It's the price of a promise. Wish Leadership needs to vet, tank, certify sellers using their platform with a rigorous method of auditing performance. This will keep cheaters out of the game, or at least make it extremely difficult to participate on their platform. I'll NEVER USE WISH AGAIN!

The site promised prompt delivery - In early May it stated "Your item is expected to ship within the next 3 days". The tracker for movement of the goods has been completely unhelpful - nothing has been received by me and it is 4 July.

Often you find a too good to be true ad and you click then add or claim the item if it is a free one and though they claim, "free" their delivery charge is unusually high because what they claim is free, you're actually paying for it through their delivery fee. Check other ads with the same product and check their delivery fee to see yourself how they cheat/scam/trick us into clicking.
Other times 99% of the pictures are the ones they claim are the item they list for the low price. Yet just a single image of the actual product you're getting. Even in their, "add to cart", the single image of the 6-20 product images is at the top and the 99% of the pictures are for an item much much higher in price.
Example. I saw a flash ad pop-up on my screen and I recognized the item right away and clicked, "Add to cart"... because of the price of the item I was given the, "pay half now pay half later option"... I paid for the item. That was SEVEN months ago and they have still yet to process the order. Each day I login the processing date keeps getting updated to the current date even though I placed and now fully paid for the item seven months ago. Their useless CSR told me the only way to contact the seller is through the APP. Well that CSR is an idiot. Because when I use the contact option from the app it auto reroutes me back to the same CSR I've been speaking with all along. So now the order won't process and I am out $$$ and their lousy useless CSR said they can't do anything until the seller actually processes my order.

The website wish.com is a scam. First, in April, I purchased 4 items and to this day I'm waiting for it. Every time I go online to track the items, the delivery date is moved to two weeks later. As of today (7/3/20), all items show to be stuck in China. Second, they don't have a customer service. The phone number leads you to a recording instructing you to go through their website. When you get there, it's an automated system that shoots answers based on what you answer. You never speak to a real person. Third, they don't refund your money if the item has already shipped. If this is the case, they refund the shipping amount only.

I order my watch band on May 19th. It's June 28th and I still do not have my order. My arrival date has been extended 3 different times. I no longer want the watch band. Refund my money ASAP! The shipping wait time is unrealistic and not worth it regardless of how cheap the shipping price is. This was their response " We're sorry to hear that your Handmade for Apple Watch Band Vegan Leather Braided Fancy The adjustable Strap hasn't reached you yet! Your order is still within the estimated shipping window, and is currently set to arrive by July 12,2020. We truly appreciate your patience and hope your item arrives soon!" They hope it arrives soon smh.
July 12th is the third extended date they have given me since May 19th when I place the order.

I was so excited to see all of the very low cost and great items on this "Wish" app. I did order 2 items... it's been going on 3 MONTHS and nothing. When you go to the tracking portion of the app (it has gone ALL over CHINA many times and has never left the country to USA!) My advice is DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE. The low prices attract you, but you have no idea at all if and when the product will get to you. IF I would have checked on the the ORIGINATION OF THE PRODUCTS which seems to be mostly CHINA, I would have NEVER considered using the app. In conclusion... I WISH I had never ordered...

This company is the worst. I placed several orders with them in March and have yet to recri e my items. Not only did they not send my items but they had the nerve to remove them from my account so I can no longer view them. It is like I never ordered them at all but I am yet to receive a refund. Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
