If you go to BBB, you'll learn, like I just did, that these complaints have been the same for over 5 years... 4.5 years before Coronavirus. What were their delayed shipping reasons then?
In my experience, if thousands have complained to BBB about the estimated arrival dates (that are posted before making a purchase) then days later after Wish states items have shipped (before my order is processed), they extend the estimated arrival dates adding
Weeks or months. Couple that backwards business model with their waste of time chatbot and refusal to refund any money (because it's shipping carrier's fault), a company with integrity would listen to customers and hire a reliable shipping carrier.
On June 1,2020 I ordered 6 items for my husband for Father's day. Only 1 has arrived and the 5 others have been delayed a month longer than originally stated in emails. My tracking shows my items in a truck or on a plane at Shanghai International Airport for a couple of weeks now.
I find it very suspicious that Wish needs to email customers to ask if an item was delivered. If they actually had tracking for packages outside of China, they wouldn't need to ask the customer. Is the tracking data even real? One of my items was shipped three days before my order was processed. I find it bait and switch with estimated delivery date promises then a history of delayed arrival dates AFTER the package has "shipped." Without any photo evidence the package has actually shipped and in hands of a carrier (not waiting to be picked up from Wish) progressing towards the US, with tracking that ceases outside of China, and Wish asking the customer to verify order received, I find multiple holes in their story.
Wish has known about these complaints for over 5 years. This is an ongoing pattern... Bait and Switch. Learn the complaint history for yourself at BBB.
I'm a first time Wish customer. I didn't know products were cheaply made or source of products was China and other Asian countries. Now I do.
To summarize, I'm a one and out customer. I'm a repeat customer for businesses that have integrity. Wish (at this point) is not a business with integrity.

If I could give less than one star I would. Delivery date kept being pushed back, more than 8 weeks after I placed the order. No customer service just some automated BS with its own generic Q&A. They will charge your credit card and even when items are long overdue you can't get a refund.

Do NOT order from Wish unless you literally have no time frame to receive your item.
They have pathetic customer service.
They say you can't get a refund because the item is still within the "expected delivery window", but when it gets close to the last day of that window, they add 2 weeks to the window so you can't get a refund.
I ordered something back in February. It still isn't here, and the expected delivery time frame has been changed at least 6 times that I counted.
There's literally no way to contact the seller.
And it's a run around trying to contact Wish.
I find a Customer Service Contact button, but it is automated with multiple choice answers and none of the answers pertain to me wanting to get a refund.
I suggest you NEVER order from Wish.At this rate, it could be anywhere between now and 2022 before I get my item.
And no way to get my money refunded.

Never in all the websites I have used over many years have I come across one has bad as this, it is a complete joke how thay are still trading I've no idea. Waited over 3 months for orders was given £1 compensation do yourself a favour, get on a plane to China buy what you want. It be better

The quality of the products does not equal to the price and shipping time. You pay monay and expect 3 months to get an average items you could buy at the store...

So I put an order in beginning of may. Items were supposed to arrive a certain date, then it changed. Okay I'm fine with that then it changed it again, and again and again and then days turned Into months then all items stopped moving ( some stopped moving couple days after I put order in) Okay with everything going on I get it. But they refuse to give me a refund, constantly telling me to wait until after arrival date. Arrival date comes, go to put refund in then those sneaky aholes changed the arrival date again so I have to wait another month. Just give people their items or give back their money. Don't buy from wish. You will never see your items or your money ever again.

I placed order over a month ago and still haven't received my product. Contacted costumer service they weren't very much help at all. Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
