I ordered an item on May 2 and as of this date (July 1) the item has not been delivered. Tracking shows that it has resided in China since May 12. I simply want to cancel the order and receive a refund. One would think that would be a straightforward process, but no. One can spend hours trying to communicate through email and the on-line Customer Service, which is worse than awful. It's a shame that this company has such poor service. They no longer have phone support, just the computer-generated responses through on-line Customer Support. I will never, ever purchase anything else from Wish. This has been one of the worst experiences I have every had with an on-line company.
I ordered a ring and watch and it was supposed to arrive May 19th. Then the arrival date changed to June 24th. So they gave me a refund on the shipping cost. Now it says that if it's not here by July 23rd that I would get a full refund. Today is July 1st I ordered these items almost 3 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. I will never use this app to shop again.! I am advising everyone to never use this app! Also my aunt ordered a ring that said it was sterling silver but it wasn't and turned her hand green! I wrote this review to let everyone know that they should keep their money and Shop from a different app.

I ordered kitchenaid attachments and received two pieces of plastic with netting attached. I sent an email and was told to use wish assistant to get refund well that was not an option listed. See photos the first is what I received the second is what I was supposed to receive. I paid $32 for two pieces of crap and after complaining was continually told to use wish assistant again worthless.

I will never order from Wish again! I submitted an order on the last week of March and at the time Wish did not advise me of a delay in time. After reaching out to Wish (and paying for the product), I was informed that if I don't receive the product on 06/30/2020 (3 Months later) they would assist with an alternative. " Alternative"?! I immediately requested a refund so they took advantage of the Covid situation by not having any communication via telephone and simply responded call after 06/30/2020 over 3 months later. I called on 06/30/2020 and they began playing games and would send responding emails with nothing in them. I will not allow this to go unanswered! They simply doing scam, after few purchase they give option for free item and only pay the delivery charges or under the limited stock or under 1st item of stock. They charge you and the steal 1, 2, 3 euros. What you pay under these category they deduct half.
Last night I pay for 10 items and in one day the decline 2 items with half deduction and the other is still pending.

They first show delivery date within 3 weeks but as date approaches keep on changing without any notice. This is the first and last time i'm ordering from this site. Shein is so much better and good price than this.

Buyer beware! I placed an order in March and never received the item. They continued to tell me that due to Covid, shipments were delayed but not to worry. I never received the item and then their custom support told me the 30-day window for a refund has ended. Refund window for a product I never received?! This doesn't seem legal. One more item from wish.com finally arrives after a four month wait. A $25 "super powerful, ******* LM burning laser" with rechargeable batteries and a charger is delivered as a $1.99, two AAA battery (not included) laser pointer. After the "Roomba clone" robot vacuum was delivered as a 4" across child's toy running off 4 AAA batteries and this most current delivery, well, I will just flat out tell you - DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT IS ADVERTISED THERE and DON'T BELIEVE THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS.
Wish.com is nothing but a scam site hosting scam merchants. It is impossible to return items, or even contact a real customer service person. Don't waste your money there on cheap trash being passed off as something better. It isn't as advertised - you won't get what you ordered, if you do get anything at all. I still have 20+ orders that I've just written off as things I will never receive - they've been "shipping" for 90+ days and haven't arrived at a delivery facility.

I have been back and forth withthis company for over 2 weeks. They take 2 to 3 business to reply to each question. They refuse to send me a return label unless I provide them with various support materials not clearly explained right at the onset. So I am 2 weeks in, approaching a no return deadline, and they still have not provided me with a return label. Beyond frustrating. The item is new, unused, still in its wrapper. I could write a book, but I'll save you the fine details. Multiple items I order are "in stock" after waiting a month JUST FOR ORDER PROCESSING, I get notification that the item is no longer in stock. They offer "same item for replacement" which is nowhere NEAR the same. Sometimes completely different. For instance, I ordered a backpack, they offered a knife. I ordered a DMX controller, they say they're looking for another to replace it with, THERE'S PAGES OF THESE LISTED TO REPLACE IT WITH. But they can't find one.
HOW MANY OTHER PPL IS THIS HAPPENING TO?!
They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just more robots with fake names.
And NOW in order to process a refund to my card, AFTER THEY MESSED UP, I need to SEND PICTURE OF PHOTO ID!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
