I ordered a bunch of stuff at the beginning of May. I have got 2 things. When I first ordered the shipping was 2.00 now it has changed multiple times and has taken money off my card. The shipping on all items was changed to $22.00. Never again will I buy anything.

Attempted. To purchase 2 items in April. 1 item arrived about a month later - very poor quality, not worth. The money. The 2nd item (was given early June delivery date) never arrived. Repeated attempts to contact Wish have been useless. Computer Bot keeps telling me to wait another 2 weeks, with commitment to refund my money on 6/29! And then on 6/29, Computer Bot tells me to wait another 2 weeks! Went back to PayPal to help me get my money back since Wish is NOT INTERESTED in Customer Service/Customer Satisfaction!

I ordered some Hyacinth seeds on Wish on May 18, and at the moment of ordering received confirmation that they would arrive within two weeks, when they did not arrive the arrival date was changed to 24th June, when you go to review the item on Wish.com, you get an automated message telling you to expect the package by Aug 2nd. Just wondering if the glowing reviews are fake! There is no way to contact them and the help site is useless - automated answers based on prescripted questions. Seems like I have been scammed

I ordered a garden hose, which I could have purchased in the states, and moving forward I won't make this mistake again. I ordered a "simple garden hose" over 2 months ago and to date is still floating across the ocean in a container. If you want anything from this company and need to use it this decade, than DO NOT BUY FROM WISH. They have thousands of complaints with the BBB and I'm not wasting my time filing one because they respond with the same generic response. "They can't control blah blah blah" I have been in logistics (UPS) for most of my career and I can tell you it doesn't take almost 3 months to get something from a "reputable company" To date, I still have no idea when I will receive this item.

I brought a triple swing chair, the only thing to arrive was the canopy cover in a 6 x 8 envelope. There is no way to contact them, most of these goods are as you would expect trash! I am waiting on orders they say they have delivered but have not! I guess I am preaching to myself as well as others, if it sounds to be too good to be true then it most probably is. What do they say if it looks like a duck, waddles like a duck and quacks like a duck then its probably a duck. Save your money and spend pennies more buying items that are returnable from within the UK. This company falsely declares goods at way less than they cost to get them through customs without duty.

Wish.com is nothing but a scam. Prices look great, but when you go to order, they increase, then they will charge you delivery fee as much as the product itself. When the delivery date comes they will just change the delivery date without any notice and cherry on the top there is no way of contacting them. No live support whatsoever, their chat bot sucks. When you finally get a refund 6 months later, if you still care, it is... you guessed it a store credit, not a refund at all. They are just a scam. Not ordering anything from now on and i suggest please don't waste your money.

Saw an ad for a cooling hat for cheep. Went to site, put it in my cart, and price more than doubled. Raised the item price and added shipping. Then started check out, and they added more shipping. Read reviews and learned their photos show items larger than actual, shipping is way slower than they represent when ordering, and customer service stinks. Decided to avoid this fraudulent Chinese front company.

You want to lose your money buy at wish! I know why they call it wish because you have to wish that they're going to actually send you the product! Your product keeps getting the delivery date pushed back mine has been several times I still haven't seen a product in 3 months stay clear stay clear stay clear stay clear! I payed foe prouds. Wish keep saying it was coming then tracking could not be found and I never did get my products. Even tho they say they were coming. I ask for a refund. They gave me a partial and then took it back out of my bank account. What a fraud and scam. Do not ever use them. They lie and cheat you out of money.

I was first to to buy one of the limited quantity special items which didn't have the black banner marking it not yet sold for the price of fifty cents plus twenty five cents shipping so I hit the buy button which triggered the black banner identifying it as one purchase only per day. Since I had a credit card on file I instantly got a receipt of sale which the popped up the black banner identifying that the first sale had been sold which was my purchase. They say that it can take up to 24 hours to confirm first sale of this item. I can't believe that I wasn't awarded the special low price. Upon notification that my sale was not processed in time to qualify as first sale they would refund my eighty cents charged to my credit card. I was not able to question their decision of not giving me the winning price as the customer service button only gives the options on refunds to select on the form as there ls no possible way to actually speak to a human. I would like to know if this promotion ls just a scam never awarding a winner of the fifty cent special price by always saying that everyone was just a little late. I suspect Wish of fraud.

I ordered a tablet that costs around 60 euro, it should have been delivered from China. The initial estimated delivery was 3 weeks, few days before the end of the 3 weeks I saw that the delivery date was updated and postponed of two other weeks, and happened the same thing, the delivery date got updated few days before it should arrive of two other weeks...
I contacted the support after one month asking for a refund and explaining the situation ( as also the tracking post reference the last update was saying returned to the merchant on the 2nd of June) and the support just keep saying (seems they do copy/paste of reply) that there could be delays... but the sad story is that I cannot ask any refund for an item that can get the delivery date updated till the next 10 years... and so doing will not get back anything because for their system everything is fine... IT IS AN ILLEGAL SYSTEM THAT WOULD REQUIRE THE ATTENTION OF SOME LAWYER TO SHUT DOWN THIS ORGANIZED STEALING SYSTEM FROM THE SELLER ON ONE SIDE AND FROM WISH ON THE OTHER THAT DOESN'T CARE...

My very first experience with Wish.com was an appalling one - an experience that I refuse to subject myself to ever again.
Post placing my order, my delivery date was changed on two occasions, resulting in a 51 day wait for my item (I am yet to receive it).
My desire was to speak to someone via telephone; however, no contact number exists for UK consumers. I was left with no other option but to communicate via email - corresponding with c. S. rep Ishmael. This concluded in my request for a full refund being refused, despite the surpassing of the delivery date, and questions regarding my order went unanswered.
I am currently in the process of filing a dispute via Paypal to recoup funds.
A horrendous experience - DO NOT BUY FROM WISH.COM.

I think Wish is the way the coronavirus got into our country. Their products certainly don't make it! Getting in touch with their Customer Support is a real treat. If you feel like pissing away your money then by all means buy from Wish.

HORRIBLE... refund policy... I ordered some headphones that were red for my wife for Valentine's Day at the end of 4 weeks I hadn't received them and I contacted them. They inform me they were delayed and did I want a refund or did I want to wait. I told them I was happy with waiting another 2 weeks went by I still hadn't received them and with quickly approaching Valentine's Day I contacted them and again they apologized and asked me if I would like to wait or want a refund I informed them I again would wait. 2 weeks later I contacted them as it was several days before Valentine's Day and they inform me that it was passed the refund time and I could NOT get a refund I contacted customer service and they said that their policy. Why are they asking me if I would like to wait when they know the time for REFUND is about to approach. This is stealing. In my opinion this Could have easily been corrected the customer service refused to refund my money this happened on 3 other orders in excess of a $150. I did contact an LEGAL and it's just not financially worth Pursuing any legal action. In my opinion... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... Often times when you receive the item it's the wrong model, color, or its broken, Often times it's flat out junk... They prey on people who have addiction for Shopping... I have been trying to unsubcribe from emails but all i get is the same list of instructions (i use the web not the app). I have unticked everything, but still i get pointless emails, and have even sent screenshots to prove it. Customer service - thats a joke - just keeps sending me same set of instructions, none of which have resulted in a resolution. In a word useless.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
