I am waiting for my order almost 2 months. Every 2 weeks they change date of arriving. One of item is in UK from 9 of June but still they didn't send it to me! Waste of time. I am really regret that I didn't buy items on eBay. I tried to save a few pounds and now I even don't know if I ever get my order :(
It's been two months and they still have not fulfilled my order. They will not cancel it and refuse to give me a refund. They have changed the delivery date 4 times because they are unable to fulfill the order. Each time I make an inquiry they respond with another confusing text. I will never order anything from Wish again. Don't order from them - look for a reliable seller that honors their commitment. I am so disgusted with Wish, that I WISH I could give them a minus 5 stars.

Item prices changes every time you purchase... it says free pickup but charges you and the price they publish changes when you have it in your cart... worst of all you pay by PayPal and automatically charges you without any review on your cart and confirmation... again the price changes from publish to purchase... do not use this website unless they change their policy of how to advertise and calculate purchase... they need to be. I ordered several items at the beginning to mid-may. I'm still waiting. They keep sending notifications saying the orders have shipped but they do not tell you what carrier they're using and when I demanded tracking numbers all I got was an email notification that consisted of a goofy picture of an airplane and the words "Your order is on it's way!" What am I a child? Most of my orders now show an expected arrival date that is toward the end of July! That will be months I've been waiting. THIS IS BS. They've got 2 more weeks and if I don't start seeing the items I ordered, I'm getting my damn money back(I hope) I'm notifying the Federal Trade Commission since Wish is apparently based here in the States(San Francisco)

If you buy from wish, be prepared to deal with the worst customer support in the world.
They have prewritten answers and questions, they will suite them self and never the customer. So you cannot ask question. If you enquire about your item, they will cancel the order and game over, no reason or whatsoever

Placed an order March 18th for 2 items, one had a delivery by date of June 9th, and one of June 10th.the June 10th arrived on the 9th, the item due June 9th had the due date changed on June 11th to June 29th, then a week later it was changed to July 14th, I keep getting the same run a round when I ask for a refund, "if it hasn't arrived by the due date contact us for a refund", OK, but the due date has now been changed 3 times, no refund, just the same rhetoric, wait for the (everchanging) due date.

They keep extending the expected dates and you have to wait forever to request refunds for items that aren't received. I think most of my items are lost out there somewhere. Don't buy from them!

It takes over 2 months to receive merchandise -furthermore less than 5 minutes after my purchase Wish sent me advertisements for the same product, from the same seller, at a retail price of 40% than what I paid minutes earlier. Wish is v aggressive in their marketing an v aggressive in their push of promotions/notifications. I receive at least 10 emails/day from them the most irritating emails are the ones advertising the products I purchased for up to 80% off what I paid (for items I haven't even received yet). It's been 2 months, I'm doubting that I'll ever receive my merchandise. There is no customer service or anyone to email, chat with or call. It is 100% automated. There are no physical customer service agents. It's awful. Their terms and conditions stipulate that refunds are not applicable. You'll save time and money and frustration by avoiding Wish. I wish I'd never heard of Wish.

I purchased a "NEW" power washer from WISH in March. The box came to my house all taped and obviously not just used but abused. When I opened the box, the power washer was obviously used, taken apart and leaking oil all over. When I contacted WISH via email, they said they would send me a mailing label to send the item back.
I went through this procedure 5 times and they NEVER sent a return label. Between emails, I took the washer out of the box only to find it had two flat tires and a cracked aluminum pump housing. Unbelievable! The credit card company credited my account and I never heard a word from WISH. IF YOU USE THEM, YOU WILL WISH YOU NEVER HAD!

After seeing advertisements on wish getting orders in 2 weeks decided to order on 4/29/20 order was shipped 5/4/20 it's now 6/26/20 still mo packages. This wish app is garbage. I have been waiting for my stuff upwards of over 2 months. This is ridiculous and I would not suggest any body to order from wish. Unless you wanna wait forever! I wish I had found this site before ordering from Wish. It was only after waiting a month after the first delivery date that I tried to contact Wish and came across Sitejabber. I ordered a kite in March that was to be delivered in April, then May and as yet to receive anything but emails stating they understand my disappointment. By the way my credit card was charged with in a few days of my placing the order. I will never order from these people again.

Stay away! Wish is the slowest deliverer of all time-that's if stuff ever comes. When asked they continually amend delivery dates. I am still waiting for an order placed 13 May with initial expected delivery stated as 28 May Use any other company/ website (EG ebay, Amazon)

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
