WISH is a horrible site. They state a shipping time, then they don't ship it. They do this enough times that it takes two months to get a product. They will of course take your money for shipping and the product within seconds though. They have been doing this way before the covid-19 panic, and are even worse now.
Their customer service is a joke. There is No customer service. It is a menu system with automatic messages just to anger you even more.
They also raise the price of items on their website once you download their software and open an account. So if you search the website without and account, you see one price. Then you open an account and the prices all go up. They even admit to it if you search online. The people selling on the site aren't raising the price, Wish raises the price to make themselves more money.
Getting a refund is a nightmare. For the few dollars you would save ordering through Wish, you are Far better off ordering the same product through someone else that's located in your country and has the product in stock. It will save you a lot of time and frustration.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY LIE CHANGE DELIVERY DATES. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a few items in the beginning of May. I was advised my items would arrive in 3 weeks. Now the time says another 3 weeks. No matter the price, I order things I need and expect a decent delivery time. Coming from China takes awhile, I know but 2 months with no guarantee of It will even arrive is just a waste. No value here from me.

I just attempted to buy a clothing item advertised at $13. As soon as I entered the size and colour, price changed to $21. Still a good deal, so I went to check out, and now the price says $27. So within 2 minutes, the advertised price more than doubled. No thanks.

I don't believe they deserve any stars whatsoever. Wish is the worse company you can order from. I visited the website, saw an item I liked so thought of buying it, I created an account and entered my credit card information - while still looking at website without ordering anything, I received 5 emails thanking me for orders placed. I immediately tried to cancel them, tried to contact them by phone (number is just that a number- no one response); I send them emails - I received response in another language and they did not cancel orders. They put 2 orders for $14.; 2 for $31. And 1 for $12. To be shipped to Israel (I know no one there by the way). It has been pure hell dealing with Wish.com; they did not cancel orders, they still charged my account and even though I reported it to my credit card they told them shipment had been done to address in Israel (I lost my money) and still they keep on sending emails that orders are being shipped. WISH DOES FRAUDULENT ORDERS. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Lots of clickbait. $5 shoes they will put in ad. Click on it then select ANY size or color and the price magically goes up 10-20 dollars. There is no $5 from the ad. I ordered bicycle pants men's large. They barely fit my 4 year old son. I wanted a refund and wish support said "Too bad for you! You order large, you got large!"

This site promised that they would deliver. They don't! They keep moving the estimated delivery so you are unable to claim a refund. They also say they will not refund the whole amount because they have shipping costs. The item was never shipped!

Do not go near. Liars and thieves. If an item is not delivered by due date they make it impossible to contact support. I waited 3 months for curtains and a tapestry. Now due date has past they've made it impossible to get a refund by not being able to contact support. They should be closed down.

People say they get cheap stuff or wrong stuff. Well I here tell you. They lie. If you read description. You know and get what u ordered. There prices show how much retailers mark things up
I bought a hose which leaked on both ends (spigot and nozzle) right out of the package. Customer support--they told me to pound sand--was crooked and refused to honor the 30 day refund policy. Here is a photo of the leaking hose.

I ordered an item on May 21,2020 to be delivered by June 9,2020, few days before the delivery date wish changed it to him 19 and after couple days changed it again to Jun 29 and yesterday changed again to jul 14,2020! Product was never sent, never received, despite constant reassurance that it was on its way. One product that I did receive was a poor imitation of the original. I know this is widely done in China, but I did not think they would allow it to be imported to the US. Very disreputable organization at every level.

Wish is a real scam. I can confirm that every time they miss a deadline they push it by two additional weeks. I have been waiting for 9 weeks now and still no news. Client service is silent. They don't want to reimburse anything. Please avoid at any cost.

They just keep changing the Arrival date for the products. More than 2 month waiting for something. And the return process is just a joke. They does not let you return the order once you have receive it...

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
