Was unhappy with the goods that I was sent and wish gave me a full refund.the only problem is lengthy delivery times.
We bought a watch which not only never arrived but WISH moved the arrival date 3 times on us to avoid a refund... now they only refunded the shipping and told us we have to wait another 1.5 months for the item refund even thought it was due to arrive a week ago? What a scam... take the money and then hold it for months... basically they sell fake items and use your money to gain interest or invest it while thy hold you back! Avoid this scam site!
I ordered for the first time from wish on May 14th and was told my shipments would arrive around May 20th give or take a week or two. No big deal. Today is June 24th, I still haven't received anything and every time I check tracking its pushed back even farther. Now its saying July 13th and I really *wish* I never even placed an order

I have used wish before, never have I been robbed till now. Paid for merchandise, nothing received. Contacted wish to resolve this, nothing has been done. Stay Far Away from this site. Unless you're planning to throw your money away, it's all you will receive. Wish is a scam, not legitimate business at all. To rob customers, then do nothing after massive amounts of emails, is purely a scam. Looking for a good lawyer, to handle this situation asap.

I waited for over 2.5 mos. For several items! Wish used my $$ free of charge! Its obvious Wish is taking consumers $$ claiming to sell products but instead using our money then allegedly give the consumer a refund once they realize they can no longer keep using our funds while we wait for products that were never sent! The deadline dates expire and they just tell you to wait longer. Its not until you complain that they decide to give you a refund. This is fraudulent and will be reported to the Department of Consumer Affairs! Simply outrageous!

So I ordered a few things from wish and each experience was worst than the previous. Last order was placed on April 17 at the time I was told by the app it would arrive by May 22. That date came and went so wish changed the date to June 12. That day came and went so I reached out to their support in the app. Of course this led nowhere except they changed the date to June 22. That date came and went so I sent an email asking for a refund and was informed that they could not refund because it was still within the shipping window which was not true. So I checked the status again and of course they had changed the date again to July 1st. At that point I went to the BBB to file a complaint and received a response saying the same thing that they could not refund because the item was still in transit. I had to go back and forth with them through the bbb website. It took an additional 5 days and I expressed that I was not going to just lay down or go away for them to reluctantly refund my money wish is filled with thieves that will take your money and never ship and just hope you will give up on the refund you should get because they never actually send the product. DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR WELL DESERVED REFUND. AND IF YOU NEED ANYTHING WITHIN 6-8 months from when order it. DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH. YOU WILL EITHER GET IT MONTHS LATE OR NOT AT ALL. That is all...

My order was placed on April 19th. They claim it shipped on the 20th and would arrive on May 8th. It's June 23th and I still have not received 3 of the 4 items i ordered. I would have paid more on ebay had i known how terrible they are. Dont waste your time, energy or money or your'll be writing reviews like me.

I have been waiting more than 2 months for my order. I checked my account today and there is a further delay by another few days. No option to cancel the order. I think I just lost money as there is no hope for that this product will ever arrive. The site should be shot down!

One star to many. If you decide to order from this site take screen shots of order and delivery dates because when item misses arrival date Wish.com adds weeks to new arrival date. When you file dispute they will add weeks from new date they posted and drag out return for a item that shows no movement with tracking for over 60 days. Better off buying on Amazon item arrive and you can actually talk to a real agent not a robot with no answers to remedy situation.

On April 03,2020 I ordered some Kinky Straight Brazilian Yaki Bundle of Hair 50g, and as of this date June 23,2020 I have NOT RECEIVED THIS ORDER! I ordered many items since February that I never received it. They added 20 days more the date to arrive a couple of days before that the expire date. When you check the tracking order you find that the items never leave China. I waited almost 4 months and I don't know when I will receive it. I've put in an order 2 months ago. I ordered 7 items. I got 1 item which was delivered within a week. All of the other items estimate delivery dates keep getting pushed back. You cannot send a message to them via their website. The answers given to you are done through an robot system. Calling is a joke. I believe the number given is falsified. All the remaining items that I have left, had a delivery date for the first two weeks of June, now I am looking at mid to the end of July. All items are for my Wedding in August. I now have to order from somewhere else, because when it gets close to those dates that Wish changed them too, Wish move the items to another further date. Wish will take your money quickly before they even know if or when the item will be shipped. I am seriously researching on how to cancel this order or even suing Wish. I hope this is helpful to everyone. My advice is to stick with Amazon... it might cost more, but at least you will get what you order and get it when they say you will.

Placed order in may. Order is still in kungFlu country. I have stopped expecting delivery. Its sick that google allows this site to be accessible outside the kungflu country!

4 months have passed, no products. The dates just automatically get posponed. Products still in China. When you press the button that they have not arrived yet, it tells you the new date, as if they have not moved it up for 1 month. Products that were supposed to arrive end of april-beginning of may (ordered in March), now are shown to arrive in July and one in 2 days, but it is still seen in China. So they will just change the date again. No real support to complain to. Will never use it again. All products are marked as on 1500% discounts, everything shown as Was $1200, Now $23! I mean this is like a child's marketplace. Awful. All the hundreds or thousands of good reviews, are probably fake. The contrast of reviews of the app and here is very different, so obviously one place is not doing real reviews

I understand that items coming from over seas it will take a littler longer, however 3 months. This sucks! Plus, there is no mention that the warehouse is in CHINA.

I would give 0 stars if I could... AVOID Wish at all costs. I ordered a pack of 20 face masks for protection against COVID-19, only 2 came! Took just over 2 MONTHS to receive them! I contacted them TWICE and both times I received the same automated email. They did not deal with my personal issue, and did not answer my questions. The third time I contacted them, they did not even respond... Had to open a case against them via Paypal to receive my refund. Once again, Wish did not even bother to respond to the case. (I won the case).
Absolutely disgusting! AVOID AVOID. They will take your money.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
