So I ordered off wish like three months ago and I still haven't gotten anything I ordered, it keeps estimating how long it will take then every month the date gets pushed back another month at this rate I'm only gonna get what I ordered in 2021
Now this site takes at least 2 months delivery and they give you date but then change it for 2 more months. My scarf I ordered may 4th I got july 9th. I'm never ordering from them ever ever again. Nice stuff but you wait too long. Not worth it.

I ordered a puzzle that took over two months to arrive. It came in a cheap box that was totally crumpled on arrival. The puzzle pieces were so cheap and thin they would not even stay together. The paper backing was not cut correctly so it made working on the puzzle much harder. Trying to return this junk was not easy; the site is not user friendly. Stick with Amazon. They make it so simple.

I ordered many items in early June, 2020. It's now July 11th, 2020, and no items. So I checked my order list at Wish's website and it shows the expected delivery date is September 25th, 2020. This is not reasonable and if I knew this upfront, I would NEVER have ordered. So do not order from Wish.

Wish is the worst. They have terrible customer service; they are not the least helpful and not at all apologetic for their mistakes. The ads do not mention delivery time before your order is confirmed and dispatched and it's too late to cancel. This gets even worse when they don't even stick to the delivery time provided after order confirmation; instead keep postponing the date again and again and then some more. So basically I paid 18 AUD shipping fee for a 4 month delivery time because I thought it would get delivered much sooner for such a high shipping fee instead it's taking longer than free shipping or low cost shipping by any other company like Ali Express or Shein. I ordered winter jackets and boots and by the time I will receive my products, winter will be over in Sydney. The customer support was utterly useless, rude and unhelpful when I wanted to cancel my orders and asked for a refund. So save yourself some time, money and headache and never shop using Wish.

Placed order May 31st, Wish says order will arrive July 3rd. Now they say not till September 8th. Will not be ordering from this site again. If your smart, you won't either. Their trying to blame the order delay on COVID-19. All my other packages from other companies arrive by delivery dates, no excuses. Wish has been a bad shopping experience.

I had continually reached out to WISH multiple times for several months regarding 2 items that I ordered and never received. Every WISH reply was from a different representative providing the same generic robot response. I would then have to explain the same problems/issue ALL over again. Only to receive replies that NEVER addressed my issue; they never "answered" any of my questions! There is no active phone number, and no one offered to speak with me even when I asked. It is extremely aggravating to have received such poor customer service and to be told that nothing can be done about me not recieving my order... I was told, and I quote,. I have 2 items lost in the wind. I have 1 that left US customs on May 23. Just today July 10 they are blaming international shipping and the virus. It's in the states and they think I'm an idiot. I have asked for refunds now for over 2 weeks and got a partial and BS. Do not shop with them. You'll hate them and then yourself for not listening.

I have been ordering from Wish for some time now and quite honestly am sick and tired of there bul$#*!... You can't talk with a live representative, items that I have received from Wish for the most part where broke or not what they claimed to be in there advertising, either to small or not at all what they claim it to be, for example, I ordered a 4000watt inverter for my motor homes solar power. It claimed to be able to run anything 4000watt or less... What I received was a piece of junk that was about 6 inches long, 4 inches wide that had all it could do to run an LED light bulb... So needless to say I am sick and tired of with and am quite done and over them... They can keep their junk and their cheap prices.

Seriously, I ordered 5 items not realizing all five items would come from different companies all located in CHINA. WTH. My orders were all placed on June 15th, 2020 and upon receiving email notices it seemed like everything was fine. Until I checked their status and found out delivery would be between Sept. - Oct. Of 2020. That's right 4 to 5 months shipping. One item, nail polish, cost $3.00 bucks and will arrive in 4 months. This is crazy. Had I known that shipping would be 4 to 5 months, I would have NEVER purchase from the Company again. NO WAY!

Wish is a scam. The good reviews are false(how they get you). You will never get your stuff, if you do it will take months. Most of all their customer service is nonexistent, I would say horrible but there literally no CS, just robots, automated systems and replies! They can switch your delivery date so they never have to give refunds. DO NOT TRUST WISH!

I ordered three sink faucets on May 11. First, I was notified that I would receive my order at the end of May. Then I got an email that it would be in June. Then an email that it would be in July. Now I got an email that says August 19. Looking at shipping information, my merchandise is still in China. Meanwhile, I could not wait with my construction project and I had to purchase three sink faucets from Home Depot. Now I don't need these, but I want my $300 back. There is no way to contact wish.com. All you get is an automated attendant. AWFUL SERVICE SYSTEM. I have no idea how I will be able to get my money back, if and when I ever get my faucets. I will never use wish.com again.

Took two months for me to receive one of 2 of my packages. The later arrived first. The first order is still in translation. They refunded my shipping and handling oh, but I still haven't received the package, in another place they tell me that they refunded the whole order. Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
