I have ordered several orders of which I have not received three months ago they keep changing the dates I have had five different dates for all of my items every time the date comes up to get the stuff I never get it they change the date another six or seven weeks these people are scam artists that's all I can say! Has definitely not been a good experience I would never order from them please don't trust these people's

I ordered 3 items from this app. They keep changing the delivery date. The latest is 3 months from the date I ordered them! One was a birthday present for my niece and nephew, which I had to order again from somewhere else, leaving me out of pocket. Customer service is completely unhelpful. I think they keep changing the delivery time so they don't have to refund you for it being late. I know most things come from abroad and we are still in a pandemic, but 3 months... really?! I would not recommend it at all.

This company is a scam. 3 months no delivery. I want my money back but they refuse, I was told a date that has passed. They updated it to a longer date which has passed as well. If anyone else is have this same experience let's do a class action suit. Back to amazon for me.

My very 1st order at the end of March has yet to arrive and wish has given me a shipping refund but No refund for the product and it has been well over 2months. The last posted tracking info was dated April 8. Now they say the shipping refund was a full refund which my records don't show.

Ordered on May 11,2020 told item will be delivered by June 12,2020 it is Now July 12 and I just got a update that the item will be delivered by August 29,2020 that would be 3 months later, family members have ordered from other website that also ship from China and the delivery time is way faster then Wish DO NOT BUY FROM WISH. I made the mistake of ordering from Wish.com a few times consecutively before receiving any deliveries during Covid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
Their photos are misleading. I paid $11 for 100pcs of wipes and they send me 1 packet of 10 wipes - 2 months later! Covid or not, i still have not received 5 items on an order i placed in early may... expected delivery time is August now... 3 months for delivery!
OUTRAGEOUS, the website makes it IMPOSSIBLE to contact customer service, so cancelling or getting refund is virtually impossible!

I purchased an item on May 1 2020 where the estimated delivery time was 30 days. After that time I checked the history and it showed the item was delivered yet the tracker showed it was still being processed in China. I freaked! Finally after 7 weeks and complaints to the company with no response I took it to PayPal. I finally received it after a total of 9 weeks. I had already replaced it In the US for a few dollars more shipping.

Every one of my orders start with a shipping time of 1-2 months, then after the original delivery date passes they push the shipping time out another 2-3 months, and they will not let you cancel your order, but they sure take the money out quick when you order! There are no customer service reps you can talk to either! Save your money, you will not get what you ordered anyways!

I ordered a few items and the delivery date continues to change, now it is saying between Sept - Nov. They are refusing to cancel my order. If anyone else is having the same problem contact your card customer service and dispute the payment to get your money back and have wish investigated.

I ordered several items from Wish, based on the reviews, totaling about 150.00. I ordered the items in May 2020... it is now July. Every week the delivery date is pushed out by 1-2 weeks. Ordered 2 shirts and shorts. By the time I get these items it will be winter. The customer service is an automated chat, so you can't contact them directly and forget about a refund, because that can only happen after 8 hours of placing order. This is why their merchandise is so cheap. Stay away from this site please.

Bought four pieces of merchandise on the Wish website; about two months ago; only got a necklace as far as today. The two dresses and a charm still hasn't been delivered! They say these products won't be ""delivered" until Sept. 5 thru Oct. 5!

PLEASE BEWARE! This company does not deliver within the time frame it states. They constantly push back delivery dates. They do not comply with UK trading standards law in relation to refund for non-delivery of goods. ( 30 days after promised delivery date, you are entitled in law, to have a full refund)
I ordered on the 5th of June, delivery date 22nd, failed to deliver. Second delivery date, 17th July, failed to deliver. They now say 6th September. So all in all 3 months delivery for goods that I've now had to buy elsewhere.
THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY.

DONT SHOP ON WISH. I purchased quite a few things on my order. I get to check out and chose the option to pay later. At the time I had to pay $53.14 and pay $20.09 later. Well only 2 of my items able to be shipped because the other items were limited time deal and I wasn't the first one. Well 30 days later wish still charged my card in the amount of $20.09 even though I didn't get all the items I only got 2 items which were 2 pairs of shorts. So basically I paid $73.23 for 2 pairs of shorts. They refuse to refund the amount of $20.09. When really I should be refunded more because the cost of the shorts and shipping don't add up to $73.23 or $53.14. Wish is a scam and they take people money and don't want to give it back when a mistake has been made.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
