This business has been taking money since covid began and is now just saying packages are delayed. For over three months! They should be refunded but you cant even ask for one since they wont let you. The only way to get a refund is to wait out there timere then say it had never shown up. This is absolutely Horrible service and this site should be shut down for how much money its stealing from people during this national crisis!

I order projector from Wish.com. The projector doesn't work. I contact Wish about the product an ask can I return it. They tell me that they to contact the other company where the projector came from. Now after four days of going back and forth. Still no answer. I don't understand why you got to go through so much just to send a product back that I hadn't had in my possession for no more than a couple hours. And I have a protective insurance on it. No satisfaction from this company. Now the 5th day they want me to send a picture of the cord. Now I ask for my money back on top of that. I have two orders back in June that was supposed to come in July 9 now they telling me my products won't come until September. Really what's the point. Never will I order from this company or recommend it to anybody else they are truly rip off.

I ordered a small pool for my backyard on June 21st, then within the hour, I cancelled the order as I decided to look locally. They sent me a confirmation of my cancellation then proceeded to process the order. When I tried to cancel a second time, they denied me claiming that the order had already been processed. I have tried repeatedly to cancel this item but to no avail. Now upon tracking this order, I see that it is not due till September 11th. Disgusting and dishonest.

Please do not waste your time or money people, shop local instead! Of the four items I ordered in February, Three arrived in May! Past the return policy date of course, not a single peice fit, strongly believe I was sent large size, not the smalls I ordered. Cannot review the last one as it never arrived! Wish has a joke of customer service, no refunds after 30 days. Nothing arrived within the 30 day mark! So obviously no refunds. If every other business made allowances for COVID-19, why not this one? Especially since the shipping was from country of origin for the pandemic. Save your money, Wish is taking advantage of us. I allotted time for all the various shutdowns and did not freak out when all of my purchases were delayed. I find it odd that a business will not return the favor. Additionally, Wish is aware I do not have it and still will not refund! The updated delivery window is past the refund time. Oy! I cannot include photos of product as I had to donate it all. Seriously way too big. Like the crotch piece on the swimsuit came to the middle of my thighs. I am 5'3", how was that a small? The jumper had an extra 4" ALL the way around. Who are these math challanged persons posting size guidelines? Numbers are universal people. Save your money. Do not buy on Wish. Your local stores are bound to have better return policies anyway!

Wish is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered a tablet for my mom. They shipped it to some random person according to the post office when I inquired about tracking. Post office said they couldn't help because they delivered to the address on label. They said contact the seller well, you can't. Wish has no phone support. You can pick from a list of problems with their customer service automated bot on the website. If it doesn't list your problem you are out of luck. After a month goes by, the bot will give you the option to describe your issue and allegedly a person will read it. That doesn't matter. I did this 5 times and the response was the same. They said it was delivered and closed the support ticket even though I clearly explained that the item was not addressed to me and they could verify that with the post office. They simply don't care about their customers. Now I am forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company and hope they will reverse the charge. The company gets almost 3 months to respond before that can happen. I will never buy anything from them again. Nothing is a deal if they take your money and get nothing in return

Now July and they say it will arrive in September. Arrival dates keep changing, and now my order has "disappeared." No customer service, no recourse. No legitimate company does business this way. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Not only was my order never delivered, it was never even registered. Despite handing them every conceivable detail regarding product and transaction information, a complete unwillingness to even acknowledge the issue came from them. If I could give less than one star on this review I would. Wish should be disgusted at their 'support' team and entire organisational approach.

This company is trash... Out of 5 stars they get 1/8 of a star. If you want to be tricked with the prices buy from wish. Being a company from china they don't pay US taxes, but you must pay them taxes on your purchases. If you want to wait up to 6 months to get your purchases buy from wish. 99.9% of wish items can be found on amazon for the same price or cheaper in most cases and if you're a prime member get it in 4 days due to COVID 19 instead of 6 months. Please don't try to return any Item, they will make you pay shipping, and that will be more than the Item cost sending a package back to China. Refunds are not guaranteed, they want to give you wish cash that is only good for taxes and shipping. You Guys have been warned.

If the item is over 30 days in being delivered and damage. They claim too bad that you should have contacted before 30 days. How is this possible?. I asked to cancel all outstanding orders. Was told no because I ordered more than 30. Nothing will be delivered until September.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
