SCAM - AVOID!

Ordered items in June to be delivered in June. Then, they changed to July. Now they are saying between September and October. The order is SUMMER SHIRTS! Trying to get a refund is a joke. Their online assistance is pathetic. Everything is just auto response. They took the money in June and I'm still waiting. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY HERE!

Late delivery

The first order I made was really disappointing. My friend mentioned the same too before saying that they take almost 6 months for delivery! At first the app says a particular date and then extends it for the longest time. With the circumstances now, they have cancelled phone support as well. I would understand if they could atleast have customer support or calculate the estimated dates. I would never shop with wish again. Really unsatisfied.

Rip off!

I ordered an endoscope and never received a receipt nor the item. Wish signed me up for an autopayment through PayPal. PayPal returned with the charge was not unauthorized? Anyway this company is a fraud

Wait time

Ordered the beginning of may still waiting mid July last updated. Site says to be delivered between 1st and 20th Oct site doesn't allow cancellation of order and they've taken money the other sweatshirt I ordered xl adult would not fit a ten year old child when I complained I was told you didn't order a child's size rediculous waste of money. Two different orders no success at all

Still waiting

Ordered a birthday gift for a grandchild whose birthday is at the end of May. They keep changing the due date and are now telling me they "might" refund if I don't get it after October.
Stick with Amazon. Wish is just a scam.

Total scam

Never received an item. Wish refused to refund claiming the item is in transit (after two months!), Wish constantly moves the delivery time to later date, and that allows them not to refund you. No item, but tons of junk advertising emails i my mailbox...

I was exited about all the good stuff for sale. I was dumb enough to buy 8 items the same night back in May., finally middle of June I was told I might get it in November to reach out to them in November. Now I am trying to get my money back. Can't reach anyone who will answer me.

SCAM

We ordered a sweatshirt in May and it keeps getting pushed back b/c it's coming from China. There is no human to talk to and their virtual customer support is a joke- since there is no real person to chat with. The sweatshirt now scheduled to be delivered late SEPTEMBER! SUCH A SCAM!

Don't order anything from this reprehensible company. They sell cheap crap to begin with and take a long time getting it to you, if your order arrives at all. I ordered June 8. Ever since they've been shoving back the expected arrival date, which is now the end of September. My item may or may not exist. Who knows? You cannot contact Wish. (Algorithms do not constitute contact.) Wish is, however, great at flooding you with email. This is just another case of greedy overpaid Silicon Valley entrepreneurs deceiving customers. Hopefully, when e-commerce shakes out after covid, Wish will be shook out.

Continued issues with changes to the arrival date. Despite waiting over 10 weeks they now have a delivery date of 8th September 2020. Unable to cancel despite not receiving the item and this has yet to leave China. I have had other items from China with no issues and delivered. I will not be using wish again. Customer service is poor and reliant on an automation system which does not help resolve the problem.

Placed an order in May. It was going to arrive on 27 May. They just keep changing the arrival date. Now it is going to arrive between Sept. And Oct. So I do not expect to receive my order. They say they can not cancel or give a refund because the order has shipped. What a joke that is.

Ordered in or around June 7th, here we are july 14 and no order now way of speaking to anyone on the phone. I got a hold of some one once via text on site. They promised June 28 delivery. Here we are at july 14th and I can't even get any one period. They keep advertising the Light for the video and people are suckering in but I know I haven't gotten it nor have anyway of contacting a person that can give an explanation. $40 gone...
