Since Wish won't put my reviews on their site, I figured I'd post it here. I ordered "silver" rings from one of Wish's suppliers. Their ad said 925 silver ring and garnet stones. The rings were actually copper with a very thin covering of silver paint, which wore off quickly. I also ordered a pendant that was "silver". Guess what? It was also copper. It appears any "silver" jewelry is actually copper. So this site is horribly fake. I have not received anything from Wish that I would consider worth their regular price. Luckily, I only paid shipping, which totaled about 10.00 for everything. Stay away from them. They are peddling complete junk.

I purchased 5 items on 5/30/20 and as of 7/17/20 none have arrived. I checked the app and it said I had no past orders. I reached out to customer service and they instructed me back to the app. This place is a total scam. Charged me for products that they never shopped and I never received. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and leaving several negative reviews so others aren't faced with the same dilemma. Please do not buy from this scam shop. This is a terrible website. I ordered 7 items in early April, paid 7 different shipping cost and had an issue with all 7 packages. All of the delivery dates were pushed back. 4 of those packages finally got to me. 2 of the 4 were poorly made while the other 2 were completely different items then what I ordered. Im still waiting on 3 items - with 1 delivery being pushed all the way back to October. They blame covid for poor shipping but the packages I ordered from Amazon, ebay and Ali Express - all shipped from China - got to me with no problem. There's no human customer service people which makes it hard to deal with issues. They also push your packages back multiple times to make it harder for you to get a refund. Theres also no way to report fraudulent sellers.The website is garbage and should be banned.
My advice for folks who still want to try this bs website - if your package gets to you after the original date you were given when you made the purchase - wait until the new delivery date listed for the package passes and request a refund on shipping. You paid for the the 1st delivery date not the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th.

I purchased 3 microSD chips in late May 2020. Tracking of package ended when it left international mail depot in Shanghai on June 10th. I'm now told delivery MIGHT be prior to October 8th.
This purchase was intended to test of WISH's capacity to deliver goods, as promised and in a reasonable time frame. Thy have definitely FAILED on the reasonable delivery time frame. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from these guys that you might actually NEED within the next 6 months.
IF they arrive, we'll see if the chips actually have the capacity and performance advertised. Expectations are low on that front but I'm prepared to be pleasantly surprised.

Bought phone on 9/4 for £51 supposedly arriving between 15/4 - 26/6 never received Wish ignored all my emails e Capt to email I had to search everywhere, I live in cul-de-sac so know everyone, Hermes stated phone put through letter box, impossible, on 22/4, Wish would not send my money back even after approximately 50 emails, sent Hermes about 20 emails and finally, hopefully Hermes are sending my £51 back to me. Do not use Wish.com and if you do insist that they use Royal Mail for deliveries

I have been ordering from wish before and was usually okay with the delayed delivery. However, what has been happening recently is not acceptable anymore. Placed an order on May 30th, with a delivery date set for end of June. At the end of June I received a notification it was pushed back for July delivery, then in July without even an email pushed to August 20th, and today it is changed to September 27th! Seriously! Why should I have understanding for them due to current pandemic? If they cannot deliver they should NOT TAKE ORDERS.

I order something from them on 16th May which didn't turn up, every time I track it, the delivery date is moved back a few weeks. Now estimating delivery between August and October. That is ridiculous from a May order. I think they just hang on to your money and don't intend to deliver the goods. I wouldn't go anywhere near them again. Beware

Wish owes me hundreds off dollars. No true way to communicate. They claim they gave me refunds and they did give me partial refunds which covered the shipping costs. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
