Seems to be a site for Chinese sellers to send stuff that gets to you in a few months, and makes items look like a deal, then inflated shipping charges are added. Don't expect to get quality items or items that meet the description of what is being sold. I got something similar to what I ordered, but a cheaper, less featured version. Wish customer service may have been a real person at first, but eventually just turned into bot replies saying that what I received is what I ordered (even though this is clearly not the case - the listing text description says one thing (96 LED lights (best version)), and the description on the package I received says something different (33 LED lights (cheap version)).
I ordered grow bags on June 2 2020, The delivery dates changed from June 18 to July 17, from July 17 now September 10. I requested a refund as I no longer need these items. Refund is impossible as the company keep changing the delivery date and the new one will always be the most recent date. As of now, I have not receive my ordered goods and refund. The company tend to scam customer this way, so customer can never get the goods and refund. There is only online Tech support and Customer Support. 1-800 phone number is just online support, no real person, or department that is in charged. My advice is not to order anything from this company.

I stupidly ordered 4 products from wish.com, because the prices were outstanding. I knew better--if it seems too good to be true, it is... and that certainly applies in this case. Only one of my products ordered ever arrived, and it was over 30 days later than originally estimated. The others, curiously enough, all had identical shipping statuses (though were ordered at different times), and after the arrival date passed for each, I reached out to their AUTOMATED customer service bot, and given partial shipping refunds. Then a new date was set by which I should check back in if the products still hadn't arrived. None of them ever did, nor did the shipping statuses change, and upon reaching back to customer service (this time, in theory, a human), was told that in each case the vendor didn't have the inventory to fulfill the order and that the product had been removed from sales. Well, if that were the case, how did shipping information get applied to the order? The reality is, it's a sham and a scam. The products were never available in the first place, and they took your money. They claim to give full refunds, but I'm still waiting. I take this as a financial lesson I had to learn the hard way. E-commerce may be the way of the future, but it's a lot easier to steal your money via e-commerce than brick and mortar stores or even more established, legitmate e-commerce sites like Amazon or ebay. Never again, wish.com, will you steal my money---wish again...

Ordered oscillating tool blades in March, here it is mid July and still no delivery. Refund seems impossible. Reported them as a scam vendor to my C. C. issuer. I will never use them again.

Wish hides a lot of details upfront during online shopping. I doubt their legitimacy. After shipping is done, then these details are going to be revealed, when you are stuck (no refund).
Wish does not show the name of the seller. They show an American or Canadian company name instead of the real company name that exist in China (faraway)- results in an infinite delivery times amid COVID-19. Showed as "Rogers" during the purchase but later on it some Chinese name.
Costumer service just wipe their shoulders off, by sending "sweet" and "indifferent" copy-paste messages. No acknowledgement at all.
Wish shows very BRIEF DELIVERY TIMES/shipping on their website. (hide it intentionally).

Ordered a product on April 10,2020, thought it was coming from within the US but tracking said coming from China and still have not received it. Customer service via email keeps giving me the runaround and extended delivery dates and only gave me the refund for the shipping and now claims if do not receive it by 7/19/2020 reach out to them on 8/3/2020 to get the balance of the refund, this is so insane. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they have yet to hear from them. Please stay away from Wish.com

Wish.com is cheating! I ordered a TV controller on Wish.com in June 16 and Wish told me it will arrive around June 23. I just paid for it. But Wish delayed 3 times from July 3, August 24 to Sep 24.
I tried to make a cancel, but Wish do not has a phone number! Finally, I found Wish.com have a return policy which said you can cancel your order within 8 hours.

They're telling me I can't get a refund because the order is still within their shipping dates. Six months? Really? I'll be delighted with my light summer dress here in cold upstate New York in late September. They just ignore all your explanations, requests, troubles, etc. I'm guessing the products will be junk, but how can I know, when they never arrive? I will NEVER order from them again, tempting and cool as their stuff might look in the photos.

It's a big scam don't buy from them... when you purchase on your debit card they didn't say anything about it coming from frieking China! Or and take forever two months to send it! And then I wrote them and requested a refund... and they said you have to wait to receive it. I was so angry I told them to keep the money, and then when my product gets here I'm gonna step on it! I have ordered many items. Half of them I don't receive at all. Getting a full refund for those takes forever. You are refunded shipping first. Two weeks later you have to request a refund for the item itself. I'm sent notifications of items that have been delivered but never arrived and Wish does nothing to figure out where it is. They continually extend delivery dates by an extra 2 MONTHS. And most recently I ordered a pair of boots. When they arrived they were the wrong color. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the situation. But they flat out refuse to fix it. They won't refund my money or even send me the correct item.

My reply to the latest Wish customer support telling me about ANOTHER shipping delay: "Just a lot of bull$#*! from you. Great customer service! Your estimated shipping window is way beyond the ship date you advertised on your site. I would never have purchased them if you had given a shipping date of July 30. Three months for a small order that I could get elsewhere in two weeks or less! You are fraudsters selling items you do not have and promising unrealistic delivery dates. I am going to let the public know how you work so maybe they will not want to buy from you."
There is a reason why you cannot leave reviews on their site, and why you can't cancel orders you do not get. They are so bad that they do not want you to tell anyone. They keep pushing back the expected shipping dates. Nobody should consider buying from this company. You only save a few dollars over Amazon, why go through the aggravation?

Yeah, so their prices are good. Almost too good to be true, right? Well... there's a reason for that. They're without a doubt a full on scam and someone should look into them. I bought some garden metal hoops To support roses that were falling over, the price looked great online and so did the product, the first notification of delivery was that I had to pay £12 as the item came straight from China and the duty wasn't paid, when it arrived finally after 3 mths I was appalled to see these mini cheap metal garden stays, if I push them in the ground they are about 4 " high so unfit for any purpose, I contacted wish support and the experience was just awful, they said that it was normal to pay duty fees and that I would t be getting any refund. Lesson learnt! By local and beware of these types of companies who prowl Facebook sites with adverts and draw you in.

My item was due for delivery on July 13th. It did not arrive - bearing in mind that had given them a month to deliver the item. I asked for a refund on their rubbish customer support system. They refused as they put a new delivery date of September in as stated I cannot have a refund whilst there is a current delivery time. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
