Useless Customer Service. I was sent the wrong colour shorts, but they think that sending an alternative is acceptable. I also found wish.com was 'simplified' to the point of being too hard to actually use as a viable shopping tool and I will no longer use this site.

Have 4 items that were ordered in April and still haven't received. They are probably stuck in some shipping container in China. If Wish couldn't deliver our purchases in a timely manner they shouldn't have accept our purchases.

After making an initial purchase and finding out how long shipping would take coming from China, they gave an estimated 90 days, I made another purchase of similar products from only vendors specifically labeled "Shipped from United States". No matter where in the United States the items were shipped, they should have arrived sooner then 90 days, even using the slow USPS. There's no way to see estimated arrival or where items are shipping from till after purchase. All items that I purchased labeled "Shipped from United States" were shipped from China. I contacted customer service and told them this and gave them screen shots of the proof of advertising of shipping from United States. They refused to address the issue, they would only talk about how I had to wait for the ETA date before saying something should have arrived and other shipping excuses, nothing at all related to the false advertising. This is the worst customer service I've ever received.

I bought a pair of Apple AirPods, I also ensured they weren't the knockoff brand before I bought them. They took over a month to arrive, and when they did they don't work properly. They don't charge, and on the rare occasion they do charge, the battery died almost automatically. When I tried to contact constiper support, he just talked in circles and took days to respond each time. Eventually I was told I would receive a return label. Then the conversation closed and I couldn't respond again, I also never was notified when or how I would get this label. When I contacted them again, the same agent spoke in circles again and said he would contact the store and see what he could do, even though he already said he contacted the store and told me I would be provided a return label. After he said this, the conversation closed again and I couldn't respond. Every time I try and contact again it does the same thing. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM.

Items are very seldom delivered on time or at all. I've ordered the same item off amazon prime got it in a couple of days and not the 4 to 6 months from Wish. The price was the same when you included inflated shipping charges from Wish. Would like to show a photo, but you actually have to get what you order to take a picture of it..

DON'T order from Wish! It will take much longer to receive than they say when the order is placed and cost twice as much. I placed an order on May 4, and it finally arrived 2 1/2 months later, on July 20. The projected arrival date shown on their website changed daily. I tried twice to cancel the order and both attempts were met with silence. I found the same item on Amazon for half the price, ordered it and it arrived 2 days later. No tracking information ever indicated what company would be delivering it, so there was no way to follow delivery.

Does anyone really use Wish successfully? These guys have got to be a scam. If you decide to use this Sucker is Born Every minute website, be careful. The price you see isn't the price you will be charged. I saw an ad for a mouse pad for 5.53, pretty decent price. I clicked on the link to Wish and magically, the price went up to 6.68. Still not a terrible price, but odd. Clicked on the Add to Cart button and the magic happened again, the price went to 9.00 plus 5.00 shipping. So they wanted 14.00 for a 5.53 mouse pad. I know 14.00 isn't outrageous and I could buy it all day long, but just tell me from the beginning that you are going to lie about the price so I can just go to Amazon or Staples. FISH ON? Nope this one got away.

This is the worst marketplace ever! Seriously if you have money to give away donate it to homeless shelters at least you know someone is putting it to good use. Purchasing something from here is just like flushing money down the toilet, you see it going away, but dont know "exactly" where it went, just know that it is gone and not coming back. Customer service is automated, it has to be because there is now way that an actual human could be so inaccurate in responding to inquiries. There is no telephone customer support. I had to search high and low for a phone number to this place only to dail and get a message saying that they have no telephone support. I ordered 3 items on May 6 that were supposed to be received before the beginning of June. I needed them for June 8th. Everytime I checked the site for tracking the date for receiving the packages, dates were pushed back. In July, I was issued a refund for the shipping. I was told if the package had not been received by a certain date (which had actually come and gone) that I could request a full refund. When I requested a refund after that date, as I was instructed in a previous communication I was told since the item had already shipped I could not get a refund and would just have to wait for them to arrive. Why would anyone NOT be frustrated (kinder version of what I actually am at this point) knowingly order something, need it for a certain date, not receive it, request a refund, because it's no longer needed and was due to receive it over a month a go and are told you can't get it because it has shipped and you just need to wait for it to arrive...

I ordered a water filter on Wish and they quickly gave me a tracking number - I could not tell what delivery company it was - It turned out that they took my money and their customer service is run by a bunch of untrained, dead men, and women. Worse company doing business in the USA. Money spent on WiSH should be seen as money lost, but if you receive a product - Go to your church and give a testimony. It's a fraudulent site. I ordered some lights from Wish. Good price and date of arrival was early June. Nothing came despite stating that the item has despatched. Then on checking my original confirmation email the arrival time has been moved to mid July, and now to October. I tried to contact their customer service which is non existent and faced with a bot stating that as it is not delivery date yet, be patient. They just keep moving the date, never arriving. There are no products just a scam, and there is no one to contact either by messaging, chat, email, phone etc. Just give them your money and that's it. And now you are also subject to their spam selling emails about 5 or 6 a day each and every day. Products look good and cheap. Of course they can be cheap, as you just pay them, and get nothing. Avoid like the plague!

I have ordered Mask, Bike helmet anf posture support belt for my kid and me on June 14 and it supposed to come on July 29. But now its showing it will come on September 04. I have communicated for Wish support but the process is too lengthy and not at all user friendly. More of that they are not at all cordial. They just informed me that they can not help me. If i want to post any review i can do it. They don't give a damn at all. This is my worst experience from any selling site like this and i have big doubts that i will get my products or not. May be i am going to loose all my money. I can not cancel the order too as they are not accepting. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
