Order estimates way off and had been impossible to get a refund. Order was placed on June 17 with an estimated delivery between June 27 and July 9. Delivery date has been pushed out several times. It's now estimated for Sept 25. Had to go directly to credit card company for refund.

It's nearly three months since I ordered and I still haven't received anything.
The shipment finally got to the - 'Arrive at Departure Transit Hub' in China where it has sat for 6 weeks and is still there.
During this time I have had 5 changes to the delivery date, each time the date is close to delivery it gets changed.
You can't cancel or get a refund until the order has gone past the delivery date, which is convenient for Wish as they keep moving that further and further away!
I have contacted Wish a number of times to complain.
From a customer service point of view:
1. The positive is: someone responded within 24hrs.
2. The negative is: they just send you pre forms auto response information in the body of their reply. Nothing is addressed and you just get links to their terms and shipping info page.
For the sake of literally a few dollars I could/should have bought from Amazon, ebay or another online merchant as at least I would have got my order within a few days or at the worst a couple of weeks.
Heck even Alibaba is better!
Overall I would say Wish is a total waste of time, there is nothing on it you can't buy at a similar price from somewhere else, customer service is awful and delivery times are totally unacceptable. Their business model is off by a long way in this competitive world and unsustainable in it's present format.
I don't mind waiting a little while for an order but not 3 months and still nothing, feels like I have been scammed which isn't a good customer experience.
I won't ever buy from Wish again and I certainly wouldn't recommend Wish to anyone

One of the products I purchased was cancelled without my knowledge. I had to log in to the app to find out it was cancelled. I tried to Contact Support within the transaction but it doesn't allow me to, so I reached out through email. After more than 10 back and forth of emailing, where they keep asking for my Order # (which I provided countless times) and them asking me to Contact Support through the Wish Assistant by going to the Order History (which I informed them that it does not work and provided multiple screenshots of the app/website not working), their response always come back the same asking for an order number or for me to reach out to the Wish Assistant through the Order History. Needless to say, I am still not getting a refund to a product I purchased and was cancelled on without knowledge.

I never received items that I ordered and then they will unlawfully report that product was delivered even when product never arrived to the United States. The associates don't seem to understand English not making sense in the reply which is a way of ignoring my complaints and won't even reply to my electronic complaints and some random reply not making sense nor acknowledging my concerns, due date of some products would arrive they would change to another month delay, while product says that it is still in China. Got tired of requesting a employee contact me nor they bothered. I will be contacting AMEX to place Charge back on all of the products that they never shipped. Shame on you WISH for false advertising and not fulfilling your customers with order's that have been paid.

This is the worse app I have ever downloaded! My step sons blanket that I ordered weeks ago never shipped. It first said it was shipped from China when it said 3 to 5 days. But, now it just never shipped. It's July and it's not going to be until September! NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered a gift for Wish for a child on June 11 2020 and was quoted a latest delivery date of Jul 25. The payment went off our credit card on June 20. Tracking the package we just learned that the delivery date has moved to the 22 of September 2020. We can accept Covid will cause delays but that a delivery time of more than 3 months and two months later than the promised maximum date! So let this just serve as a warning to all. We did not realize Wish was a Chinese company. If we knew that was the case we would probably not have ordered the product from them. Lesson learned... warning extended

After placing my first and only order at Wish.com, I want to caution others! I placed my order 7 weeks ago; they charged my credit card, and still no package. I logged on today to see where it is, and the delivery date has now been changed to September 15--almost 8 weeks away! Who knows if it will ever get here! NEVER, ever order from Wish.com!

Wish is the worst company ever with zero customer service. There's no way they can compete with Amazon. I bought something in May which was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later. They kept changing the delivery window and now the delivery date is sometimes in September. Who waits 4 to 5 months for a delivery? If I knew their items are coming from China and takes ridiculously this long, I would have never shopped there.

I ordered a watch from them about 4 months ago andstill haven't gotten it. There is no way to contact the seller or customer service. I know losing one customer wont put them out of business so when I say I wont be buying from them again and I would'nt recommend them to anybody it probably doesnt matter.

The beautiful thing about buying through Amazon is that the price & shipping on known before you hit the Pay Now icon. Amazon usually delivers in 2-10 days max. Wish, is a deceitful platform, which tells you when your shipment might arrive, after you hit the Pay Now icon. Then the delivery date is 45 days out... and then they come back and give a second delivery date that is 30 days out. So 65 days and you may, or may not, get your product. Then the customer support tells me they can't "cancel" the order. What a crocked company. These guys will not last.

I ordered two items from wish.com my orders indicated order processed July 10 - July 17. Wish neglects to tell you that the items will take months to arrive. Now the arrival dates are in September. WISH SHOULD BE HONEST AND UPFRONT ON THEIR WEBSITE. When i questioned customer service was told that i have to wait to see if the orders arrive. They could not cancel nor refund my money. If it actually takes until September to see if my order arrives, when will my refund be posted NEXT YEAR! NEVER AGAIN...

It takes forever for your items to arrive and it might be broken once you receive it. Don't try and get a refund because they will just give you the run around. Spend your time and money elsewhere. They don't deserve one star but I had to give them at least that.

Products for sale are often not available. They then offer alternatives that bare no resemblance to original order. Customer service is a waste of time.

To try I ordered a 4$ facemask. It would be delivered beginning of June. That was a month after ordering. Than they messaged me it was delayed to July and after that to September. All BS excuses like due to Corona. Everything now is blamed on a virus. I ordered other things coming from China from other companies. They all arrived within 3 weeks. Not 4 months. Never again.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
