I ordered items from Wish by mistake. Within a couple of minutes I canceled order. They took my money and never gave me a refund. I have sent info over and over, they say they refunded and to check my bank. I have done so and over 2 months later have still not received my refund. I cannot send pictures as I canceled the order.
Please do not use them and do not use PayPal. Simply stay away whatever you do. Just not worth it at all. You will get ripped off if you use

Order says delivered so wish won't refund me but item has not been delivered! No help whatsoever, save your money, most of it is cheap junk that doesn't last 5 minutes. Items very often described as free until you put in your size for clothing then the prices change on anything over an extra small size to stupid prices.

I ordered a blanket as a birthday present for my daughter. I received the wrong blanket. I followed the procedure on Wish to report the problem. I uploaded pictures as requested by Lovely May the customer service agent. That was the last I heard. I have contacted Wish four more time and still nothing. I get the automated chat assistant that says someone will get back to me in 2-3 days. Nothing happens after the automated chat. No updated, I don't know if anything is being done. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Just don't ever buy anything from Wish, because they will TAKE OVER YOUR LIFE with emails. Constant. Doesn't matter if you unsubscribe, or complain or reason with them. Be warned.

I bought these trainers. I have been a size 8 since I was a kid. I even checked wish sizes before buying. I put them on and they are no size 8. Clearly size 7 but I was just told the size is right and pretty much tough. Thing is I have ordered another pair same day still waiting and a pile of clothes. Like I said checking the Wish sizes first. I don't know what will come but be ready to be told the size you ordered was right even if they are certainly not.
This will be the last time once bitten and all that. Please think twice before buying from Wish or order sizes far bigger and then I wouldn't trust them now.

Well it is September 25th I rode in to talk to somebody and was told that the 22nd was the longest that I could go to doctor somebody about the refund on this period so wish has screwed me out of over $32 I will never shop with wish.com again if you want to keep your hard earn money in your pocket my suggestion tell wish.com to take a long walk off a short pier

I purchased 2 items from the same seller, the seller said that he had sent my expensive item that he had put a tracking number on, but in the package was the cheaper of the 2 items that was junk in itself. I have been arguing with wish moderators for 3 weeks and sent them two pictures that showed everything they needed to find in my favor and yet they still want more pictures and I'm still arguing with them to get my money back. Yes wish has some awesome items at very cheap prices, but remember this, you may not even get those prices or your items. This website is at best a scamming website
You cannot get a refund until you send pictures to show something is wrong with the product. I purchase some cabinet LED lightings and did npt like the quality of the product and still negotiating the refund process. The customer service keep asking for a picture of the deficit item and I keep saying there is nothing that I can send a photo of. I just do not like oit and wanted to return this. Unbelievable! They just get your money and no return no refund

First things were just bad but then things stopped coming and they won't give money back! Rip off from China am I surprised NO! They miss advertise and then lie saying tracking says you got things! Just cause it made it to US A dosen't countit didn' t make it to address!

By way of they're response to my email, it takes 3 days just to respond!
They... sent me a link to my order tracking number... after using link THEY sent, they're page stated: "No such tracking number found.
Two weeks ago I ordered two simple automotive relays they're responce, I'm to wait 6 more weeks.
No refund available. As order has been shipped (?)... but no existing tracking number?.
The day after I placed order. My email was spammed with sale items from them... at least 7 emails...
I had to block them.
I'd be happy to redirect these above mentioned emails, to anyone who claims their support teams are efficient.

I actually gave them way too many chances - maybe 8-9 items, total. I have received exactly 3. One was correct; not particularly good quality, but within expectations - it took 2months longer than they said AFTER I paid for express shipping. Same thing with another order - and what finally arrived was junk. And the "Actual leather" shoulder bag was a mm thin piece of 'pleather' Total garbage. Currently trying for refund on item they kept delaying arrival date - THEN told me it's TOO LATE for a refund. Personally,, I think they should be shut down!

I thought i will be saving on wish I placed an order and the total shipping was even more than the items! I then compared the pricing with amazon after shipping and it was only $0.48 less! Totally doesn't pay to exchange good quality and fast shipping over horrible stuff and shipping that takes some times more than three months for just forty-eight cents. I really don't recommend it.

Ordered items in May 2020, kept getting emails saying delivery delayed from 20 June > 20 July > 20 September 2020.
I still have not received it, but advised I do not qualify for a refund because the time has lapsed.

In June of 2020 I placed an order for 3 ponytailil baseball caps in various colors. Each month they extended out the delivery date. After 65 days I requested a refund. I was told I could NOT get a refund because the items shipped. The caps were NEVER DELIVERED. So they only refunded the shipping cost but did not refund the money paid for the caps. I was robbed without a gun!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
