Most items on this app are received damaged or broken. They are not properly shipped and if if the price is cheap the items are of no use if they are damaged. Trying to get them replaced is pointless. I would definitely NOT recommend this app or it's items. A bracelet broke when putting it own. A musical item was cracked when I received it. The toys I ordered came in damaged boxes. I have tried many times to make a favorable purchase u successfully.

When the offer item at cheap price, they play with delivery charges; at the end you pay more than others like AliExpress for the same item. Moreover, they use tactics for promo at 1$ if you are the first one to buy during the item, but you are never "the first one". They offer you loyalty promo each time you reach their site, but never get the top discount announced. Never able to talk to anyone; just notifications exchanges within 3-7 days elapse time in between.

Very poor quality products, items always end up different or broken. One time they even mailed me a wrong item. Shipping time is always delayed. Sometime shipping fee is change when you enter payment section, be careful for that. Terrible return policy, after a few time refund they block my account for that.

Bought a pair for the second time since the first never arrived, got my money back tried again, this time the delivery date kept being moved up, I dont believe the product was ever shipped. Ive stopped buying on the site, its just a Chinese scam, taking our money for products that they never ship. Beware its your loss and there gain.

I've purchased a pair of shoes in March, 2020. It's been over 6 months now, I still haven't received my shoes yet. Every time I try to reach out to their customer service on the app, the answer seems responded by the artificial intelligence algorithm, not an actual person. I ordered bicycle convention kit on the 4th of March 2020. Making my order wish promised, first you receive goods and then pay a bill. At first delivery date was at the beginning of April. I receive nothing. Then I requested what happened to my order. In email from wish was told, sorry delivery is late, new date is at the beginning of May.
The same continued in every month and so far I have not received my order, but bills started coming from Klarna bank, requesting me to pay the bill, of course I didn't pay for nothing. But bills continued to come and I refused to pay. Finally started coming bills where they threatened to my credit references. Then I was full of that case I conducted officials what to do. And sent very bitter letter to wish. Then they told they have compensated my payment, which actually I never paid, to wish cash, where I'm supposed to buy more goods. Now I try to transfer that money to my account and pay the original bill. This whole case has been so complicate and difficult, I've spent so much time and effort for nothing and tens of euro for telephone bills. I consider this company works on limit being scam or normal. I never will buy anything from that company.

Items seem cheap, but no matter how many things you order at one sitting, you pay a separate shipping charge for each item. SO. You will end up paying $12+ in shipping charges for every $8 item ordered. (EXAMPLE) Still waiting on 3 items ordered April this year. Wish website says ONTRACK FOR AUG 11 delivery. In short, you purchase items based on deceptive stock photos and false descriptions. You wait weeks to either not receive the item or receive a poor facsimile of what you thought you ordered. Of the three items you see in the picture, one was never received, one was broken, and the other poor quality. I don't recommend. If you buy, don't buy anything as a gift. You will be too embarrassed to give it. If you want to give away money find a nice charity.

They sent me a watch worth $15 instead of a gaming monitor worth $495 they have continued to ignore my request for a refund from 27/08/2020 til now 17/09/2020 i sent emails and gone on the wish every day they send me auto responses which are useless and they pretend they will refund me but they never do i hate wish for what they have done i have tried to get a managers number but to no avail i will contact my bank soon to get a charge back

I ordered a three rings on a webpage called wish, the page is very hard to maneuver, not sure if some on purpose or not. Looking at different rings, changing ring sizes, item doesn't show up in the cart so I start over and the next day my acct charged 104$ and then when of course you can't speak to anyone, so I disputewith my bank and I figure out how to email someone one they want me to send them all the is numbers I was charged for, ummmm you should have that and the ids are over 15 digits long and I'm attempting to keep a thread for my bank... beware

Beware of this site. If it seems too good to be true that's bc it is. They sold me a pool in March and told me after it would come by August 20th. They went back and forth requesting the same thing over and over and then denied a return. Bought a 15 ft pool that was 8 ft. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
