I ordered a headboard cover that took forever to get shipped to me. They originally refused to accept my return for this item as i misread due to odd sizing. The item was the wrong size (full) as a result and they didn't make a queen size cover. They then said my return was approved but I would have to pay shipping. I cut my losses and ran. The item was $45 & to return it would cost me $30. Never doing business again with this company. Returns are next to impossible and not overly impressed with their handling.

WARNING... HUGE SCAMS... I ordered a $29.00 hat, in good faith. I got charged $38.00 in July 25,2020. They said it will be shipped on September 2nd. I finally contacted them a week after. Their Customer Service is a computer generated questionnaire. At the end they refunded me only $9.00. THEY ARE CROOKS.

Read all of the reviews. You may have a good experience or two but they WILL screw you at some point. I've purchased things in the past I really liked, but they screwed me on a drone I paid $89 for 6 months ago. I never received it, they acknowledge it never came and then quit talking to me. No product, no refund and no help... STAY AWAY OR YOU'LL BE SCAMMED!

You never know what you're going to get, some things are exactly what they show, but overall, you get so many that are not, and you pay way too much for the order, after shipping is included. I have stopped shopping with them because I have given away more money than I saved.

Wish showed a picture of a certain product and sends a totally different product. They did this to me and when contacting support it was a waste of time. I will never buy from wish again picture is what they advertised the black clamps are what they send and are only 6 inches long. A very horrible company.

Absolutely disgraceful they are quick to take your money but refuse to refund you when your items are not delevered so far I am in dispute for 2 items that's in my country UK over month late one was dumped at a post office 30 emails and 25 constant messages i have sent on wish support agency still not resolved absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers of over 3 years getting refund which I will get after they make me wait another 2 weeks I been disputing this from beginning of August

I'll never ever consider buying again from Wish, I have ordered about 23 items a month ago they have been shipped in less than 10 days. The delivery in UAE is by using Emirates Post which cost me ( 2.7 * the order cost"378 DHS") a big amount of money because they charge 31 AED for each delivery of each item since each of the items is collected in different times. Half of the items are to my liking while others are not that high quality but ˆ-ˆ acceptable. Overall, I think some items deserve buying but the process is hella expensive and isn't worth os my money and time.

I ordered a tshirt in July right?! Something simple but was purchased as a gift. 2 weeks later I was notified from the local post office that my order was out for delivery. Only I never received it, curiously I call to question why the stand up? They send it was returned to sender because they didn't use my address, the one I gave for the billing and mailing information. Instead they used some really ancient address that they got from the google maps database that the post office doesn't even recognize, guess they didn't believe I knew my own address or that they knew better idk? That wasn't the worse part, I tried contacting customer service to maybe catch it via tracking number and maybe correct the issue if possible, NOPE never responded until the package was clear across the country (ky to cali.) Then they didn't even address my problem they just kept sending the same email just worded differently. Then after the package was here and sent back they email me saying the merchant was unable to give me what I bought you will get a refund, all this happened just shy of 2 months! That Is ridiculous that correspondence with this company is a damn joke they don't answer you and when you let them know your pissed off the just tell you they no longer have the item and rush u a refund... the absolute $#*!tiest customer service ever...

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
