I'm requesting a refund to all of my orders, some cannot be refunded due to excided period which was caused by COVID-19. I haven't received even a single order from wish. So now I've been SCAMED BY WISH! You should Have updated terms and conditions of a refund, knowing exactly there was a Pandemic. Which was not allowed you to cross the borders for shipping.
I purchased items in February, up to now I have not received any of the items ordered. The last time I received communication from Wish was a reassuring message that my items will be delivered but I should expect some delays due to COVID-19 pandemic.

This is a scam. I ordered 4 different items and received none so far. Each time I went on the app I was asked to wait a little bit longer and today they informed me that it's too late to ask for a refund. Do not trust these thieves.

This site is awful. I ordered 8 products that I did not receive. It has been several months and they still won't issue a refund and continue to ask me to wait longer. When I asked my bank to get the money back they said it's long gone and Wish refuses to even respond to them. Disgusting. Scam site for sure.

I ordered an item 3 weeks ago, they have taken my money and when I go to my account to track the order is shows NO ORDERs, I have contacted them through their pathetic customer service system 3 time with no response, just grateful the item was inexpensive so I am not losing a lot, didn't expect much but at least I could get what I ordered and paid for.

Cheap mass-produced Chinese junk, this website will have no hesitation to take your money and not give you any merchandise, it is surprising that anyone would buy from this company with such a bad rating with the better business bureau. Some of the worst ratings that I have seen with any company.

I ordered sunglasses in August 24. Checking the tracking, it was indicated that they were returned to China and now the estimated arrival date was Sep 28th. Checked on the tracking on Oct 1st. No progress. Canceled the item and only got a shipping refund of $8.
Lost $27 and never received the anything for it. This is a total scam, don't waste your money on Wish!

Order chair got keyboard and mouse set then was told chair was delivered to my but it wasn't it was the keyboard set I even had pictures of it but they still insist it was delivered to my home. If it was would I bother them going through this crap no I probably would still be ordering from them you cant talk to a person on the phone they keep sending you pre scripted replies I dont know what to do. Well let me start by letting everybody know that wish customer service is not what they say. The product you get is hit or miss. Most of the time their old product and when they don't work wish customer service Lord Phillips is not helpful and they expect you to keep the packaging for who knows how long and if you don't have they use it against you. Not too good for wish. Lord Phillips you need better customer service skills. After this I would let you go because you job is to help the customers. Here is the lights I bought not bright super dim. They will sell somthing really cheap I got 7 out of 8 items refunded by wish because the store could not send but they had it now at a higher price if I wanted to reorder and shipping a laugh if it's cheap the shipping is way to high like 3 dollar shoes and 25 for shipping just be careful another good one 3 dollar dress but only I size one color like xxs green I'm 5ft 90 pounds and I'm med all other sizes and color 19 that is a real problem (false advertising) why aren't they stopped? I saw a couple of womens' skirt/dresses I liked & for the price decided to give it a try. I read the return policy "within 30 days" therefore, I could exchange if item didn't fit. UNTRUE. Item received, needed a larger size. First you can only contact this company online, finally answered only online & stated item unavailable for return. Tried contacting by phone, no phone support, referred back to website. Online questionnaire came up asking if I was satisfied with response, however, you are unable to click on "no", only "yes"! Made it clear I wanted only an exchange for larger size. The item was cheaply made, however, the price was also cheap. I would NEVER do business with this company again and advise others to STAY AWAY

Wish states that they do not sell counterfeit goods thru their website. Every item I have got, watches mostly, have been knock offs of an original. Then they charge shipping for each item, which is fine, but then combine that shipping, without any savings to the consumer. Paid $32 for shipping 2 items that were. 2 kg.

You will never receive all the items, and you will never get a full refund. They will keep buying time by giving partial refund with the shipping cost and finally say the time is over for a refund. Never waste even a $1 in this site. The item I received as damaged or with very poor quality.

I paid for some soap on wish and used the paylater option they charged me 3.73 on the 25th odf September and will charge me 3.73 again on the 30th of september I saw in my order history when I purchased it, it was on pending. I had another look a daylater at order my history and it has disappeared, the information says you can pay the rest earlier just go to order history but I cant find mine. I feel abit ripped off.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
