In January my husband and I bought a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff. The first few items took roughly 9weeks to come. We chalked that up to covid. Several of the items were so small my 5'2" 10yo could have fit them inspite of us ordering 2x as im 6' 200+. We then continued to wait another few months to see if all things would arrive. Fast forward 6months later we request a refund on some corsets as we NEVER RECIEVED them. They tell us there's no refund because it was past the refund date, inspite of us NEVER recieving them. So we were just fuq'd out of $40. The quality od the the clothing is poor and if it didn't cost so much for the material i would just make my own.
Avoid this online store. If you receive an item that matches your expectation, good for you! But once you have an issue with the order, your nightmare starts. They try to play dumb on your by giving your irrelevant answers. Their purpose is to discourage you from resolving the issue and they have no intention to make things right. For example, when you ask them why they cancel your order, they reply "please follow this procedure to get your refund". They want you to get frustrated and eventually give up to resolve it. Don't buy from this seller.

Gosh where to begin. They are not as cheap as they want you to believe. They might have good prices but they will get you on shipping, charging same amount even for same items. Problem is you don't really know what you will get from them. But wait till you need to return them something. It's practically impossible. I ordered 5 items from Wish.
Every item arrived in different dates and every time I opened a package- I was disappointed by the absolutely bad quality of the item. Not a single item looked like the picture or met the description. I find the company's ads are not honest. Things look very nice in pictures but the items have no quality at all. One of the items I ordered came cracked, the others are even embarrassing to display. I warn others not to take a chance with WISH. Save money, save time and avoid disappointment. Bought two tshirts, a hat and tweezers. Also bought a $2 Limited Quantity Deal, with a guarantee of a refund if not available. This is a SCAM! You shop on wish, they offer items for. 50 cents, but it ALWAYS comes back as "Your order was not processed in time to receive this price". I have asked "What time? This is site may be technically legal but it's basically a scam - will take months to arrive - shoddy quality and they will stonewall any attempts for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I've order few items from this web site after a while the automatically refunded one if the items to my credit card and I completly forgot about the other two orders.
I was checking my credit card statement and seen I've been charged for the two orders but never recived them I sent them email and told them the case their reply was you have 30 days to return the items fir refund and that's including for the items never been recived as well and will not be able to refund your not recived orders.
In my opinion they are bunch of thieves and this us the best way if stealing mo ey from the people.
Will never ever order anything from these unreliable and dishonest site.

Average products and had to wait ages for delivery. 1 item outstanding over 2 months later. Unable to submit a review of 1 star. Not going to give it anymore than that! Update - November - never delivered item - cash refund refused. Wouldn't buy anything from this bunch of jokers - ever! Avoid like the plague. Cheap Chinese crap!

Started out good for the first three days, like 30% discount. Thereafter, for about five months, there is super-good selection, prices mostly poor. Then, since about A couple of months ago, specs on items became false, ie; electrical ratings and photo illusions, and grew worse for price deception. Press BUY to experience outright false advertising pricewise. The operators of this site raised the prices.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on Wish with a 50% or less satisfaction rate, yes! It's cheap products from China but every now and then you get a winner. Since the the pandemic my experience has been awful, I ordered a small desk that's use for working at home, I knew it was going to take longer than a month but I thought it would be worth the wait, a month passes. I inquire and they (Wish) suggested I give it couple of days. I figured its worth it, i get a text it's delivered, (I have cameras) it was never delivered, I inquired and was informed I missed my REFUND DATE?!, and was given some instructions on how to go out and find my own package. I get it!, Covid-19 has messed everything up, but I also know "Wish" is raking in millions during this pandemic. It's not the $33.00, or the product! It's the fact that they feel it's not important enough to make sure I'm happy customer. The way I see it, is they're making a historical amount of money because we're trapped at home and customer satisfaction is not the priority. I get it, we're victims Covid-19, but I'll never spend another $ with this company.

Ordered cast treats, said would deliver in 2 weeks. Got notice shipped, then got notice returned to warehouse. 2 months and a bad review, got refund. Was told another provider was available and would deliver in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later was told to wait 2 months. Requested refund. Product arrived 3 weeks later. Never ordered anything again.

Not only buyers face all this problems but sellers does Some sellers sell good stuffs but wish frustrate them with their policies and penalties especially if you are not a Chinese seller.
Am surprised to see people complaining of not seeing their products in 2months or more than meanwhile if as a seller you do not ship out within 2weeks they penalize 20% each on the product.
I have experienced it severally they ripp you off and I have lost countless of goods and money.

I ordered about 20 clothing items from wish. Every single one was the wrong size, they were labeled incorrectly. Some items were doubled, others were a different cut and fabric than the photos. I am trying to return the items and get a full refund. What a nightmare. They are making it so difficult. I have to open a window with a different agent for every single item, then send pictures of every item, then photograph every label in each garment and they still haven't told me how to return this order and get a refund.
So in closing, I spent hours carefully picking each item and reading the reviews and looking at the pictures the reviewers sent. Then I waited a month and a half to receive numerous boxes all containing items that were labeled incorrectly. The fabrics were so cheap they were see threw. Dealing with wish to get a refund is ridiculous. I will stick with Amazon and Wayfair in the future.

They state how important it is to them that you are satisfied, what a joke. You can't even speak to anyone on the phone, just on line. Please don't be fooled by their add campaigns. Their suppliers are scam artists. In the end, you get what you pay for, really cheap goods, and as in my case items that are of zero use to me as they are 5 sizes to small. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
