My account was Hacked. All of my orders were being diverted to an address in Miami. The delivery address was being changed after I placed my orders. This went on for over a year, until I Stopped ordering from this Horrible Cro. They Refused to help. They Refused to offer a Refund. Do Not use Wish. They had the audacity to tell me to stop putting down the wrong address. Why would someone living in Indiana put down an address in Florida?

I have ordered half a dozen things. They take my money, then half a month later tell me to pick something different, always offering things of less value that they say cost more. First: Never! Buy jewelry from this company! They're Alluring photos but It's dime store crap. Second: They have NO customer service, what they have is a wish assistant, a computer With preprogrammed responses. Extremely frustrating. They have no chat available unless they determine when it's warranted. I was interested in jigs for woodworking, they all were available at amazon for a slightly higher price, but with all the perks of buying from Amazon.The prices at Wish are designed to get your attention and they do but you get what you pay for! It's very cheaply made stuff. Don't waste your money. I ordered a interior light it took 3 weeks to get here and they sent the wrong one, it was 45$ now what do I send it back to China? You think that will be easy? Shop other sites before you commit and if it's not drop shipped as my first item was( it came from amazon) it will take up to a month. Buyer Beware! The purchase was advertized as a ballistic helmet with a ballistic print out, demontrating the helmets performance. The helmet was advertized as an Ops-Core helmet. The helmet is void of any identification and there is no ballistic report. I am thinking it is a China copy. I have tried over and over to get a respone from Wish. I placed an order on 26 September 2020 for 2 items. I cancelled within 20 minutes as no longer required the order. Since then they have charged me again for one of the items and shipped it. No amount of correspondence via 'Wish Assistant' has even got a response. Buyer beware do not trust this website at all.

I did an order since the end of March 2020 for three items I got only 1 after 4 months of the purchase date and I did not get the others till today, when I am texting them they are transferring me to the automatic reply, and they are saying you can not open a loser ticket, how it is closed and I did not get my items.

I have purchased several items from wish. 97 percent of their items are NOT what they advertise. They should be shut down, due to all the false advertising they do! I purchased clothes, shoes & house decorations from wish. They lie about prices, the quality & quantity of most items! They will promote a certain price, but when go to check out, the price is much more! They advertised some shoes, on sale for $2. But, when u check out the shipping fee is a bout $30 to $40! I took the leap of faith as I was going through some bad times, spinal bifa grandson born premie, central air broken (105 degrees)as I was watching my other grandson, no transportation. Purchased an item that was incorrectly described. When I notified them they took days between every tidbit of computer communication. You can't talk to anyone! They literally responded that I had to remove the item from the packaging to be able to use it! Seriously? That is how stupid I am?! Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
