Be careful they show lower price but actually price is much more after shipping much expensive and shipping too late most products below standard. No cancellation allowed or Return policy too complicated
Ordered on 12-7-2020. When I ordered it said my order would be received by 12-21-2020 now some items say 12-30-2020, 1-14-2021 and 1-20-2021 None are going to be received by Christmas. Some haven't even been shipped as of today 12-22-2020. No number to call as they're in China so you have to send a message and all you get in return is a canned message that says your item is still on schedule for delivery on 12-30-2020 and doesn't answer questions asked so I sent another message and got the exact same canned message. Would select 0 stars if I could.

I ordered a men's ring size 11. Several weeks later I received a completely different ring size 14. I tried calling them but their published customer service number does not respond. Several emails sent and I received a letter from Wish saying they can't find any record. Several more e-mails sent with copies of the receipt, order number, tracking number, and a copy of the charge on my debit card. They responded they could not find my order.
Contacted BBB, and repeated the process. Wish responded the same way saying they couldn't locate the order. Later I receive notice from BBB saying the case is closed since the company responded.
This company is a rip off and plays stupid. Stay away from them.

I attempted to purchase some skeletons for next Halloween ($63 total). Order placed on Nov. 6. Delivery was set for ~Dec. 11. After Dec. 11 passed, I started checking on the tracking. The order was internally cancelled on Nov. 12, and Wish.com sent no notification, nor did they refund my money. Now, I'm trying to get a refund. They have NO phone support, and NO human support, just a silly 'electronic assistant' WITH NO PLACE TO APPLY FOR A REFUND. I think the whole thing is a scam.

I ordered a laptop in November 2020. It is now Dec 21st and I haven't received the item. When I requested a refund it said wait till Dec 21st. That was a lie no refund issued and no human to talk to. Total rip off don't use them

Wish displays one price when you are browsing items, but when you select the item, add it to your basket, or proceed to the checkout, Wish increases the price. Obviously this is extremely dishonest and greedy of them. Even if you do as they suggest and 'buy now to lock in this price' the price still goes up, they lie to their customers to try and trick them into paying more. This is how con artists operate so that is exactly what Wish are.
Not only that, but when I went back to check on my order because it was taking weeks to arrive, I found that the primary item I had ordered had not even been dispatched, when I contacted support they didn't bother speaking to me or even give me that option (presumably because they knew I would complain) so just fobbed me off with their automatic robot assistant, which provided no help at all, and told me the item was out of stock and I would have to order an alternative item at no extra cost, they did not offer me a refund but that is what I will be getting from them. At no point did Wish bother to contact me about the problem with my order, pressumably hoping I would just forget about it and let them keep my money for nothing! Greedy, lying, dishonest scumbags. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was charged $66 for a product that was supposed to be $0.75. I didn't realize it until I received my shipping notification. Went back and forth with "customer service" for 3 weeks, but they refuse to acknowledge my requests for a return/refund. Complete scam. Already filed a complaint with the BBB and I'll be doing a charge-back as well.

Delivery time is awful long and the update from where the package is, is out of date and most of the time not correct.
A total of 3 orders weren't delivered (Greece). Items ordered October 15th 2020!
The same issues happened when I lived in Portugal in 2019. There I thought it was the delivery man, but now I don't think that any more.
Only thing positive is that you receive your money back, but that is it.

Be very careful about the item you see, it could be just the picture of item instead of real item, the damage or return item under "part" category which just crap. Shipping cost is another trap that cost you to pay more than what you think. No room to redirect the shipping or cancel, once order place don't expect you got help. Lots of items are shipped by poor package protection, delayed, and not qualified per use specifications. The company just crazy about make value sales to go public without care of consumers.

I ordered an item on Dec 14 2020. It was then revealed that it will arrive weeks AFTER CHRISTMAS as it was going to shipped on DEC 21st! So i tried to cancel in minutes but to no avail. System tells me to contact "customer support" which tells me "item cannot be cancelled" as sometimes there is a small window of 1 or 2 hrs or 2 days but in this case it is 7 days before shipping! I cannot ever get a live person and all my efforts to follow the robotic responses failed. It is now 5 days - and item is not shipped neither can i cancel it! Horrible! The site seems to make u think u can cancel an order but no - not in my case!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
