2. Delivery takes a lifetime. Looking at the tracking history of items I've ordered, the trend is that product packing and international delivery takes a long time - more than 30 days. Interestingly enough, 30 days is the timeframe you MUST log a refund under their 'money-back guarantee' policy...
To be fair, I've ordered a total of 52 items from Wish. Some items are great although I have regretted a few purchases. I'm still waiting on 4 of those items to be delivered so that's a successful delivery rate of 92%. 2 of the 4 were ordered as early as April 11,2020 whilst the 4th item I'm waiting for was ordered on June 11,2020. One tracking info shows it's 'departed from EPC warehouse' whilst another shows 'Wishpost order generated' ie. No one has even packed my order so I don't even have a tracking ID for this item...
Today is Christmas Day 2020 so that's 8 months of waiting and I've missed their 30-day window. No need to contact their customer support because it's practically a bot (or multiple people copying and pasting a scripted response) who tells you repeatedly that they cannot offer a refund, even though I've repeatedly said I want them to connect me to their sellers, that I'm not asking for a refund and that I'm aware of their 30-day timeframe. Unlike other e-commerce sites like AliExpress, Wish doesn't allow you to directly contact sellers.
Bottom line - Please spend the amount that you're absolutely comfortable to lose if the products never arrive at your doorstep after 30-days.

Wish.Com WONT REFUND $30 FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED When I didn't receive TWO purchases from Wish.Com I assumed it was because of the virus so didn't mind being patient but after 3 months of waiting I was told refunds would not be available.

Very inefficient organization. My item was delivered past Christmas and was promised before. I now have no use for the item since not delivered on time. And when you try to reach them there is no contact information. Only a automated online agent with rote responses... WHERE NOTHING IS ACCOMPLISHED. This was my 1st time ordering anything from this site and it will be my LAST.

I have ordered few items of which I thought were great deals for the first time shopper on Wish web site. Out of 5 items ordered only one was received and was a very poor quality. The items which were advertised pennies on dollar were cancelled and one was never sent with a expected delivery date of Dec first, it's December 24 now and no delivery. Do not wast you time or money on Wish web site.
If it's too good to be true, it sure is.

I ordered a couple of action cameras from wish and fedex claimed they delivered my items to my porch at 6:25 12/20/20 and no items were on my porch, after reviewing camera footage of my front porch I found fedex never delivered anything. In all fairness Wish did refund me for 1 camera then sided with fedex and said delivery was verified so effectively stealing my hard earned money a few days before Christmas. Please do not purchase from them and definitely dont trust fedex, the liars that they are, spend a little more and shop elsewhere because it's a toss up if you will have your items or if these fedex drivers will have something. I bet that fedex driver is filming all kinds of cool stuff with my cameras!

Having much experience, much of this company is built on using our money (ponzi scheme) for 30 days or more! Sure you get a "no worries we refund; but don't mind us if we use that money for a bit!" Keep purchases small, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Ordered an outdoor holiday decoration on Dec 13 to decorate our house for the Christmas holiday. When I ordered the item, shipping and estimates noted we would receive before Christmas. I also paid $12 in shipping for a $41 item. I have now received an update that the item just shipped from China with estimated delivery January 13-17,30 days after order. I contacted Wish support to cancel and they refuse to cancel. The company is protecting its sale, treating the sale as final and over. This is not how the product was advertised. I will not trust my business with Wish again.

I clicked to order a shampoo soap which cost $6 but it ended up $62 after I checked 2 days later which was too late for a cancellation! When I clicked purchase it just ticked all the items I left in the cart for consideration. Moreover, it just went straight to my Paypal without asking for my second confirmation of payment. I never came across a website with such a poor app procedure! DONT EVER BUY FROM WISH!

Is shocking some of the people in Customer service are very rude and should be sacked also I purchased quite a bit off wish but two combined should have been here on the 13th December but I don't think it left China at all but Wish are too lazy to look into this it is not the first time their attitude sucks you wonder who runs this Wish Company because too many complaints

I purchased an item on Wish back on 27. 11. 20 and was sent tracking information that my order had left the shop on 3. 12. 20 and due for delivery on 23. 12. 20
I than received an email on the 20. 12. 20 advising that my item I ordered was no longer in stock and offered a Wish credit or refund
I chose a refund and than was given a refund of the item only and not postage which I paid $29 for.
I do not understand WHY I wasnt given a full refund as they did not have the item in stock.
I have been dealing with the Customer Support which are NO help and if anything are just plain RUDE.
I think they're a RIP OFF and will never ever use wish again.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
