Wish is a scammers site, l did not order something and they charged me $101, l did not get confirmation of purchase email. I had no idea about it. Their phone line is not working and sent them at least 10 emails and no response from them. BE CAREFUL do not trust this site. DO NOT be a victim, don't buy on Wish.

Terrible - most of the items don't arrive and if they do they charge you a re stocking fee for non collection even though you have! The rare items that do arrive are cheap fake low quality tat - and you cannot contact anyone human as it's always a robot response! And if you return something they give you a fake address in Schipol! Avoid totally! Believe me I've bought many things given them the benefit of the doubt - but tooooo many times I have been scammed by this company.

Would give a zero if possible. They haven't sent anything. Nobody is answering the emails/ phone or live chat. Worst than a scam. I never had an issue like this were they have charged me for the wrong item and have zero accountability. Was $ 89.46 they emailed me $379.26 this is not the price I have agreed upon. The bank is saying I gave them authorization to charge my card, but I am disputing the charges, I must add have not received anything yet! Stay away if you want to keep your money...

I ordered on line from wish and for 4.95 it cost 5.00 postage.on my small order they took 107.00 out of my bank. I asked to give me a refund and no answer. I guess I will have to talk to the bank.It is one Big Scam.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!
I refuse to speak to anymore incompetent customer service representatives, who apparently can not comprehend the situation at hand. The amount of attempted but cancelled purchases, poor quality items, extremely late deliveries, lack of refund transaction completions, and an absolute disregard for a resolution has caused a great inconvenience! Not to mention the complete lack of urgency to remove the suspension on my account after receiving appropriate documents verifying my identity immediately upon request. The message I received from Wish.com stating a 2-3 day response to resolve the security issue would have been sufficient, however, I was compelled to wait 3 1/2 unnecessary weeks to have the suspension removed, all the while scheduled refunds couldn't process successfully. During this time, any and all attempts to contact customer support were denied until suspension was lifted.
Furthermore, after suspension was ultimately removed, my repeated demands to be connected with a supervisor were ignored and the requests to have my entitled refunds reprocessed, were completely disregarded!
I have given Wish.com and customer service agents ample time to resolve and reprocess the numerous incomplete refund transactions that occurred during my account suspension. I am utterly disappointed and my confidence in Wish.com and the customer service departments ability to resolve this matter has absolutely vanished.
Therefore, due it the inefficiency and inability of Wish, representatives and agents, consequently, I have to forward this matter to the Fraud Investigation/Legal Department of my bank to address this matter on my behalf.

I ordered 30ml of Pai rosehip oil. I was sent 10ml labelled 30ml of some total rubbish.
I also ordered some eucalyptus oil. It was rubbish too. I'm an Australian and I grew up with Eucalyptus oil so I know the smell. This wasn't Eucalyptus oil and I have no idea what it was.

I bought a progressive multifocal reading sunglasses. It says, lens color transparent, it's not, because it's not a progressive multifocal glasses I ordered. This is just a pair of reading sunglasses, but are not a progressive multifocal reading sunglasses (just like the one you can get from $1 tree) and not even comes with a case.
I told the customer service and they totally ignored my issue of my purchase, and told me I received what in the description and in the title as stated. And closed the case stated, "resolved". So ridiculous!
This store just slowly turning to a scammer are the sellers, counterfeit is the products, and customer service have no service at all! Like you paid for something you saw on the list, but you don't know what you will get after a month of waiting in the mail.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
