I have Ordered more than 20 items to wish which i have paid all in advanced including shipping which was almost same price of the Product itself. Then it took ages to arrive. Wish is showing the status its now in china then this place and than that place. Finally Items arrived in my country. And all items are separately shipped and the Courier is asking me to pay again each and every item which is 10 times the price of every items more than i have paid to wish. Courier is asking to pay for that. I didn't get the items yet i really do not know what to do. They get the shipping for Express shipping and now again they are charging me for COD.
I orderd an item. When it was delivered it was wrong. I sent them the message telling them that. Even with the item i ordered being under the order history they insisted that i ordered a different one. They

After making several purchases from Wish I chose to delete the app. Quality and sizing are completely unreliable. I am not going to roll the dice every time I make a purchase. The cost savings are not worth the disappointment.

They do not sell what they advertise and If you complain they say "your order has been fulfilled" do yourself a favor and don't order from wish.

My refund was due to be applied back on my card 2 days ago. I just contacted them again and they are now telling me I have to wait until January 31st. I have never hated a company like wish.com. I absolutely wish I could get to them somehow because the customer service sucks!

I ordered some cologne on December 18 2020. I was sent a DHL tracking number which turned out to be no good. I tried to contact wish and they told me that the product was to be delivered by January 22nd. Well that didn't happen. Then they said the 26th of January. Still no product. I have tried to contact Wish but all I get is bogus emails. I am now trying to get a refund but get no response. I now feel that this company is a scam and in my good conscience cannot use or recommend Wish. The only thing I can Wish for is my refund

If you buy something on Wish you first don't know if you will receive it. The product may have wrong information on their description. If you try to return it they play very difficult so you essentially end up doing a charge back on your credit card. A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME.

I purchased a BS-28B Soundbar wireless speaker. It sounded tinny and distorted. I complained sent all the details they requested including a picture of the soundbar i asked why as i have the soundbar but they insisted as they wanted confirmation that i had it. Since then i have not received anything from them even though i have made contact to there offices.My advice is dont deal with them. Im in contact with trading standards. Friends and family wanted to order different products and after i explained my situation they have ordered elsewhere. Why the keep sending e-mails is beyound me as i just delete them. The product I ordered and paid for, was not what I received. I received a very evident cheaper low quality product. Their customer service is awful, their return policies protects the merchant only, no concern for the customer at all. And what is worse, there is no way I can block them from my email address, since their deceiving sales messages keep popping up in my emails. So I ordered a bidet. The one I wanted came with said proper tubing and a actual dial. Well this one I received was not what I expected to come in. A cheap piece of plastic without the right tubes would have costed me money when and if it would leak everywhere. And believe me wish if I didn't know what to look for before even attempting to install. You as a company would like to deal with that. FAKE reviews on wish. But yet I still gave them a chance on my first buy... and this is what has resulted. Although you said you'll give me a refund. I'll be checking my bank to make sure. Don't you worry.

Wish co. Has deceiving advertising. On their photos, all models are weight 40 Lbs., and 3.5-foot high; therefore all the close will not match you unless you are U.S. size XXS, or -000. The quality is extremely poor, so be on alert. They will charge you shipping for each item, nonrefundable; and that's how they make their money. BE ALERT, SCAM for profit!

I can't believe this service has no way to talk to anyone I call *******172 and you get a recording? Bad service for customers I just want to cancel by canopy rails that are to flimsy to hold up around a bed plus am mad want to cancel the rest my orders and NOT buy anymore from this company

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
