I ordered an item from Wish and paid for it that day. The item took over a month to arrive and was not as advertised or portrayed. It is complete junk. I contact wish the day after it arrived and asked to return it for a refund. They informed me that I hadn't ordered anything. If that is true, why did they email me when it was shipped and where is my money. This has gone on for weeks now. Don't bother with this pack of crooks.

Terrible after sales support. I ordered an item that 1) did not fit 2) was not per the specs that was stated in the listing. I ordered a brand name but am suspecting the garment I received is not the real deal.
When asking for a return, they asked for photo evidence which was sent but they refused to do anything about it. They just said "I understand this issue caused an inconvenience. The store has fulfilled your order correctly based on the variation you have chosen." etc etc,

Aliexpress it's the same, customer service non-existent, and the buyer money guarantee also non existent, it's a scam, and if you do get a response, then only from a robot, i mean come on now, you can get on any other sites the same deal, without been scammed, this was the first time and last time that i ordered on any Chinese website, on top i have to run after my refund. Guys please do not order anything from Wish or Aliexpress it's a nightmare, if you don't want to have the same problems afterwards.

I paid 35 Euro for the goods that I never received. The courier never showed up on the specified date of receipt. The second time the same situation. I asked for a refund and to this day, nothing. They do not reply to the email and it's been 4 months since placing the order. Stay a way from these scammers JP

I orderd a popular peel from what I thought was The Ordinary. What I received was a hand made bottle that was described as The Ordinary clearly not the peel I thought I was purchasing. Very unimpressed... this boarders on fraud which is the wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. If I could give the WISH a zero I would. The product received has a very strong chemical smell. Something I would never put on my face.

You will not get what you ordered. If you want to return. Sorry, you are dealing with computer. And it take more than 1 month. At last. You might be not getting your refond. Aliexpress has much better shopping expirence.

I received a notification that an item shipped but it showed as processing still. I reached out to customer service to clarify and got a generic response. A week later the status updated to preparing to ship. Two days after that I got a refund and the item was "returned to sender." I didn't want a refund. I wanted the item. All because I wanted to know why I received a ship notification for an item that didn't ship yet. The one other item I bought i could have bought on ebay for the same price with free shipping. Do not shop on Wish.

I have ordered several things from wish over the past year. Many get cancelled and refunded, which is not a problem at all. Of the ones that don't get cancelled, I'd say about 1/3 of my orders never arrive, and once it is past a month from your order date they will not refund you, not get in contact with the company, nothing. You are SOL and left with no product and no refund. Their customer service is an automated response that is a total joke.
Of the orders that do arrive most are cheap knockoffs of the photos shown on the site.
I give two stars because we did have one order that worked out well and was amazing quality and for the price. Also a couple others that worked out fairly well.
Overall this website definitely fulfills wishful thinking, prepare to be disappointed, it most likely IS too good to be true. And cross your fingers that you even get the product delivered to your door. Ever.

I bought a wig that was gray and black mostly Gray by the description and the look on the website. What I received it it was totally different there was no gray in it whatsoever and it did not look anything like the picture. I will not be buying anything else off of which.

My purchases are all long overdue and as most people have said on their posts/reviews, it appears that Wish no longer refunds you when items are late. After 4 months of waiting, I no longer want any of the items and will NOT ever purchase from Wish again and encourage others to think carefully before placing a purchase. Basically you will get cheap rubbish (IF it ever arrives) after months and months of pointless waiting for it and now (in 2021) they have clearly changed their rules and you will not even have the option of receiving a refund.

Wish products are cheap abnormal size products. I ordered a ring from them and my ring size is 10 as with all my rings I have and fit perfect but when I received my size 10 kingdom Wish, I could not get the ring half way down my finger. It was not a 10 but smaller size with a size 10 tag on it. The ring and other products ordered are cheap fading, color fading once washed materials. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
