I bought 5 products to WISH in wish.com on the 5 of Dic. And I waited long time for the delivering and the products never arrived, then I asked for my refund and they say that I have to wait 5 more days to ensure the shipping wasn't delivered, then they told me they were going to refund, then the refund never appear in my bank account, then I complained and they told me I should wait for another 14 days because the banks sometimes delay in refund the money, but the money wasn't refunded after the 14 days, and then I ask for the tracking key of the transaction of the bank transference and they never provided any information about that. They are a bunch of thieves! There should be some way to block this website and to fine and put in jail all this persons!

I HAVE FULFILLED QUITE A FEW ORDERS ON WISH for which I did get proof of postage but did not ship with tracking because it's too expensive to ship outside of the UK with a tracking number which would price my product out of the marketplace. A fact I've explained to wish. They are now refusing to pay me 4 months later saying to avoid this situation you need to post with tracking! Is this a joke? I am out of pocket both for my product and postage and wish has refused to pay me, it's beggars belief that a company can wield such power! DO NOT USE WISH!

Twice I purchased from WISH and I wished they would respond to my emails at least one time. I didn't receive the items and both times I had to file a complaint with PayPal and PayPal got me a refund. I'm surprised that a really trusted and reputable company like PayPal is dealing with WISH. If you pay by PayPal, you will get a refund back. However to save the headaches "STAY AWAY FROM WISH" I give WISH one star because zero is not available.

No help whatsoever from customer support after selling me half a product under false advertising. To actually refusing a return as they only sent me a pole from an entire workout set as advertised for over £40.00. Then to thank me for my cooperation after messaging them what an embarrassment there service is. Truly horrific experience. Avoid their glamourous advertising as you will be massively dissapointed. Wish is the most waste of space platform on the internet, im sick of their crap products, the photos always look amazing, sellers lie on adverts and I am absolutely P***ed off with them, will never use again!

There is no way to contact a human at wish.com or their north american agent who I suspect is withdrawing money out of my paypal account.

What seemed too good to be true is. I had done a number of separate orders, most of which were okay. Then I had several items that came from the same seller with multiple business names all in one shipping bag with each item over taped. Each smaller envelope had noEnglish to identify what was inside. Only numbers and Chinese characters. I found one brown watch box that was empty; another was totally missing.
When I tried customer service 3 times, the broiler plate responses seemed sincere but didn't, solve the issue. They kept sending the same reply. They had proof it was delivered. All they had was proof that a large delivery bag was delivered with who knows what is inside.
I finally just told them to keep my money for the 2 watches and that I was done with them! They probably Don't know enough English to be ashamed!

I've never seen such false advertising. The first thing they do is send you these great discount coupons but there isn't anywhere to redeem them as it places your order without hesitation. Also the prices they advertise are NOT the prices they sell their stuff for. I haven't even gotten to the point of reviewing the products which I already suspect are not worth it.

Wish needs zero stars! Ordered few things last month and one product is not shipped yet! Trying to cancel the order online but it is not going through! Looks like they designed the app/website in a way that it is easy to place an order but difficult to cancel it! Trying to get a refund and wish customer support is repeatedly sending me the same emails about steps of cancellation which don't work! Even after mentioning that multiple times still the same worded emails. I am not ordering anything from them in the future.

Wish advertises merchandise cheap which excites you passion to buy, it goes well at first as long as your purchases remain low-end. Soon as you order something substantial they either claim they are out of the item, and immediately try to sell you the expensive item they claim to have in stock. Even worse they claim they are delivering your paid for item making you wait nearly a month to be delivered a unrelated product. When you try to contact them with what must be a mistake it is impossible to get a human on the customer support line. Do yourself a favor if you want to stay at peace don't do business with them. You will WISH you didn't!

You will not get the item you pay for. The seller places deceiving photos to trick the buyer. If you order a jacket you'll only get a button. There will ofcourse be pictures showing a bunch of models wearing the jacket along with a description about it. You will not get the jacket. And no return address or manifest description of the product you received. I will never buy another mistake from this trash site ever again. Wish is trash!

So you see a laptop on Wish at a heavily discounted price. Naively you assume it to be overstocks or last year's model and think you've found a bargain. You scroll through the first 15 images and all looks good. You click on the description and read all the spec. Also good, but what you haven't spotted is that the listing is for 2 different items: the PC, which is of course unavailable, and a matching mouse (or 'mouth', just to further confuse you - I took it to be a mistranslation). If you'd scrolled through all 18 images, you might have come across one at the end which made this slightly clearer. Likewise the small paragraph right at the bottom of the description. Did you spot this within 7 hours of placing your order? No? Well good luck negotiating a refund with their extremely unhelpful customer service bot. I've seen this same approach with many other items too. This is deeply cynical, deliberately misleading and just plain dishonest. It also contravenes UK consumer rights. Wish even has a page about this in its merchants' selling policy, but they seem uninterested in enforcing it.

Delays with delivery doesn't update tracking information don't recommend using their services is definitely a better store it was the first and last time I ordered something from them it has been written that delivery is from 2021.01.06 not available from 06.01.2021 no tracking information as of that date I hope to receive a shipment

Worst shopping experience ever. Added items to cart, then went to bed with the intention of weeding duplicate items and finalizing the order the next day. The next morning I had a notification from my bank that Wish had charged me $195 for EVERYTHING in my cart, including 12 duplicate items. It has been 29 days, and Wish's automated support system won't even let me ask how to get reimbursed for the shipping I had to pay to return the crap. Every single message from Wish support is irrelevant, pre-scripted bad advice that fails to even come close to addressing problems like this. I just wanted my money back, but now I am hours into attempted communication, additional shipping expenses, and absolutely no support whatsoever from Wish.

The first thing to know is that, when you place an order, your bank account is debited the next day of course, but you never receive an order confirmation! The only proof is supposed to be listed in an "order history", which happens to be unprecise and not complete; then you loose proper trace and they are the ones to ask you for details when they should on the contrary have all elements on hand. As a matter of fact, I made a trial with 3 orders as far back as Sept. 28... only 1 was properly delivered mid-december, the second one not delivered, the third one delivered partially end-december with main item missing, another item 1 piece of of 2. The so-called after-sales service is a succession of "clones" who do not read the text and just try to transfer the issue to the next colleague. All of this to return you to the "Wish assistant" which is a robot...(Good luck for the discussion!). The order history was not complete, -one order missing- something I complained about because no order confirmation received separately for any order and, no surprise, that is the main order which was not fulfilled properly. Their system obviously is blind, you can feel that the "support" has a very low level of information about the orders and they have no reliable tracking of the orders, neither with their suppliers. The advertisement consists in luring the customer and confusing him with nice pictures, but most of the time the price is set for only a component of the product picture you see. I transmitted all snapshots, pictures of delivered items, bank debit dates (immediate!) and facts, but they would not take it into account and you face a wall. Ultimately I copied the founder's email address and Connie Chang's address of my last mail with the support. I lost most of the orders money but I drop the idea of wasting further time in arguing. Fatigue. I am sending copy of the whole correspondence to Forbes, as they interviewed and praised the founder. We'll see how they consider the real consumers'experience. FORGET ABOUT WISH!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
