If you buys clothing or shoes makes sure its cheap enough to just donate, you will not get a refund if it doesn't fit. The ONLY way you will recoup your cost is if they send the completely wrong item or you don't receive it at all. I no longer shop there because every article of clothing doesn't fit and the description only loosely matches what you receive in the mail. You'll save money in the long run buying from somewhere else.
I ordered a beautiful pictures on wish. The order took 3 weeks to receive and when I open it, it was rolled up pictures that had no frame. I payed 93.00 for posters. I got a hold of customers through email and they said "sorry". What they send me didn't even look like what I order and I explain that to customer service and they said, yes they know the image I saw was not going to be exactly what I would recieved. Take my advice, DON'T order from this company.

While lovely while lighted they only stay on 30 minutes to an hour. I am disappointed! The fack they were "solar: I assumed they would stay lit over my wifes grave. She loved humming birds!

I tried a few times, but every single time I try to buy anything on Wish, the system claim it has been delivered when it reality it hasn't. Today was the epitome of the SCAM evidence when while being at home the delivery was indicated and I saw the vehicle driving away, after delivering a promotional box from a local dealership INSTEAD of the purchased product. This makes the fifth and last time the same exact thing happens when buying from Wish. Beware, the whole thing is a VERITABLE scam. Replace your card if you ever provided them with the information, chances are they will get you in further trouble.

1) OK, I read the reviews and for clothing I know I have to order larger sizes than normal. But even when ordering clothes two sizes up they haven't fit more often than not. However, that is more about me failing to order the correct size. My real issue is #2)
#2) They use FedEx to deliver. FedEx claims it delivered though we were home all day the day the say it was delivered. Door bell never rang and I checked multiple times. No photo indicating they actually delivered nor delivered to correct address. FedEx system just says to contact Seller. Wish says nothing they can do because FedEx says it was delivered. If FedEx is going to suck this badly, Wish should use a different carrier.

Business: Wish.com is trying to be the Amazon.com of gifts and gadgets. Based on my experience, they are simply junk merchants who send you pennies of product for every dollar you spend.
Me: I am simply a consumer who buys regularly on Amazon.com and wanted to give them a try because they advertised that they offered the cool white LED taper candles, I was looking for. What I received was simply embarrassing as a product. In addition to being horrible quality, they also weren't cool white. They were a very warm amber. Not white at all.
I ordered 15 "premium" LED taper candles. They arrived too narrow to be useable. You could see the mechanism and wires easily from all angles rendering them useless as decor. They had visible glue on every candle and a prominent seam certifying them as complete junk. I spend $45 and got 2 dollars worth of unusable junk. They looked nothing like the picture on the site nor did they match the description. They take 2-3 days to get back to each inquiry. They made me send more photos and a day later the CS Agent told me I got what I ordered. I believe this is one of those sweatshop Customer Service operations where the agents make nothing and are incentivized based on how little they give back. With this horrible product, they are attempting to give me nothing. If I am forced to, I will do a chargeback and send them their crap. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are junk merchants who do not stand by anything they sell. If you don't get what you were expecting which is likely, they will try their hardest to stick you with a piece of junk.

Ordered a bunch of items off wish. They went ahead and cancelled all cheap items and charged me for most expensive items. False advertisement! Haven't received money paid yet! I was scammed! They trick people with false prices, and they offer no phone support at all! Warning!

Be careful what you WISH for. Sorely disappointed. Son sent for a piece of jewellery in December and received in January a pipe for tobacco. The return address was mostly obliterated with black marker. He's out money and a gift.

I ordered one lot of 10 items and only received 1 item. Their customer service agent can not understand the difference between one lot of 10 and ten lots of one. Only order using PayPal or credit card. I got my credit card company to refund my money. Don't use this site. It's not worth the effort.

Items did not ship together but in bits and pieces. After two months of waiting finally received most of the items but there are still items I have yet to receive. Some of the products had no labels and no instructions so at that point I wasn't even sure what they were. I actually had a negative reaction to one of the products. Also, wrong sizes and wrong colours. Any attempt to reach out to the seller was unsuccessful. I am a newbie at on-line shopping so was very disappointed. I think I will just stick to ordering close to home or wait until I can shop in person. I would recommend a big "NO" if you are thinking of buying from this site. Maybe I can save someone else some trouble and anxiety.

Just recently I've noticed advertising videos on YouTube from wish and the biggest problem with them is I don't have any control to shut off the video and I have to watch it to eventually watch the video I first intended to watch but it's not because I don't like advertising videos but it's because of the perverted smut in their videos because all the videos consist of is barley clothed young ladies dancing around to music and you have to look at the info on the video to realize it's from wish. Another reason why I won't mess with wish is because every time I'm shopping online for an item wish is always priced exactly the same or more than Ebay, Amazon, and etc. It's funny because when you Google an item everyone's ad pops up on that item and when wish's ad pops up it automatically comes with a cheaper price than everyone else but the problem is not the purchase price but it's the S&H charges that brings the price up to the same/more than others. Thanks for reading my reasons for never using wish.

Make sure you read the entire description before ordering. In the last sentence of the description is what you get. Example: Makita drill, you won't get the drill, the last sentence says drill bit, and that is what you get. Wish is a total scam, poor quality products, the bigger the money you pay, the harder it is to get a refund. There Blitz buys are all BS as well, the price is higher than normal. Anyone wanting to buy stuff on line and is at a decent price should go to Ali.com. This is my go to site.

I ordered a hernia support belt that looked ok from them. Needed it until surgery could happen, which I couldn't predict at the time. Estimated arrival two weeks. Actual arrival, four weeks. Hernia surgery ended up being done in about two weeks, and I was nearly healed when the belt finally arrived. With no need for it at all, I looked up the return policy. Really hard to find. Needed to indicate intention to return and then wait for an email. Weird. Explained the above and they misinterpreted it and still told me nothing about how to return it. Had to go through several emails to get instructions. Finally got some, had to pay shipping charges, high for this, and sent it. Postage applied by the post office and a week later the box comes back saying postage due! Wish is a scam operation that will give you the runaround to no end if you wish to make a return. That wish just not granted. Don't ever use them.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
