Fiz minha primeira compra a 4 meses atrás, pelo o celular da minha prima, pois o app não queria aceitar de jeito nem um o meu cartão, sendo que lá estava constando que aceitava aquele tipo de cartão, e eu liguei para a assistência do mesmo, e não havia nada de errado ( Eu até mandei uma mensagem para a equipe de atendimento, para que eles visem o que estava acontecendo, mas não obtive uma solução nem resposta), e além disso, as minhas compras ainda não chegaram, sendo que o prazo era para dia 30 de dezembro, ou seja, já estou esperando a mais de 4 meses e nada das compras chegarem. Espero muito que elas cheguem até o final desse mês ( janeiro), pois se não, vou ter que pedir reembolso, e espero que o façam!
I have ordered from Wish on 3 separate occasions, the 1st time I was charged $60 more than advertised sale price, I canceled the order immediately and was able to get my money back right away. The second time I ordered a watch and a pair of earrings. Never received either item. When I contacted them they said it was past the 30 days, so to bad for me. I've had it with this misrepresenting misguided sales scam! Back in the summer of 2020 I bought a hammock set from wish all that showed up was the rain fly. I sent a complaint to wish it was never corrected! Then I bought a 20ltr camp toilet all that showed up was a 5 dollar toilet brush. This was the last straw, I saw a pretty cool man's watch all I had to do was pay shipping and it was FREE! Not only was a different watch that actually showed up, but then they are attempting to charge me 53$ saying that it was a free trial period. Again it said FREE just pay shipping! The picture showed a pretty cool silver watch with a bunch of stuff going on under the glass. What showed up was a watch with fake leather that I could have bought at Wal-Mart for about 5 or 10 bucks! I Will not EVER use this miss guiding scam market again!

I requested refunds on 10 out of 17 clothing purchases on wish, 7 were never received! 3 were either waaay too big or very tiny. Jewelry turns your skin green! Their clothing sucks bad, material is paper thin and very cheaply made, not what the model is actually wearing! I will Never order from them again, I ordered back in August and September and received then in November and December, if I received them at all!

I was supposed to receive dec 26 or latest dec 31. Here it is jan. 5th. Still have not received nor has been shipped to ups so they can deliver.

I ordered an electronic device from Wish in April 2020 and never received it. When I asked for a refund, they said I was ineligible because the item had been shipped. When I asked where it was, they said it was in a warehouse in China. After several months and more complaints to them, I finally gave up and told them to forget it. I lost a small amount of money, as it was not an expensive item, but consumers should be warned, this is not to a credible or trustworthy company. The best I can say about them is that they are incompetent.

I ordered about 20 low cost items from Wish during the last week of November and first week of December. To date, Jan 5th, only one package, with 5 items, has arrived. One item is missing one of the 16 promised nozzles and one set of beads is not the same colour as the online picture, but the rest looks fine.
What bothers me more is the constant ads that show something at a deep discount, stating there will be x-number of the item. But when selecting the item and looking for the quantity offered in the original picture, the price escalated to an unreasonable price. Such as the ad for the 33 small cake molds, showing it at $, but then you have to select between 5 and 33 pieces, and the 33 piece set jumps to $11.
They also send emails with ads, and when clicking on the item, the price jumps up from what the original ad had said.
Thirdly, I have yet to find out how to order multiples of the same item, without having to pay the full shipping charge on each item. If 20 beads cost $3 to ship, 40 beads should not cost $6 to ship.

Wish has extremely low prices, but you still pay for it in the long run. I ordered car carbon fiber tape for my car. First of all it took 5 weeks and I still had not received it. I contacted wish and got a complete refund. Big deal! The next day it arrived. It was total crap! It was 3 meters in length and every inch was damaged. Whomever made it had several rollers with burrs that damaged the entire length of the product. Do you think they care, hell no! The have absolutely no quality control. If you get anything from Wish, first read their return policy. You have to pay to return the item on top of paying to have the item shipped to you.

I ordered a laptop that was $189.98 total. What was sent was a piece of alloy with a foreign language on it... which translated to "gold alloy". I contacted the company via their chat feature. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours. They never did so I contacted them again but I did not receive any follow up. Do not buy from this company. You may get scamed.

I ordered more than 20 items on Thanksgiving on wish.com because of their price were unbelievable low. I had to finish the order in a hurry as there was a reminding of limited time left to get those cheaper items. I thought I was lucky to have finished my order in time to take their advantage. However, shortly after I finished the order, this company sent me a series of emails to inform me that my order for those lower price items were completely cancelled one after another. They only wanted to process my order for higher priced or regular priced items. I felt I was foolish by this fraud website. Anyone read this review should be very careful to buy any cheap items on this website. You can not trust this company at all!

They were selling something for 2$, then charged me 139$, refused to refund, blocked my account and they keep lying and giving up excuses. Paypal say they can't help. Every employee i talked to is a parasite to our society.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
