Avoid at all costs. I know its true that you get what you pay for and when it comes to wish.com, it couldn't be more true. I bought 3 different computer storage devices, (2 sd cards and a storage key) All three are rubbish. Wish told me to pay for the postage to return them so that they could send me 3 more that are completely useless too. Dont waste your time or money on this site.
I've ordered a few times from Wish with mixed success. It's incredibly sketchy - don't buy anything until you've read every review and fully considered. Some products are great, but the majority are cheap terrible knock offs. I've gotten really great stuff there, and really mediocre stuff. Don't expect anything to ship within a month.
I'm from Michigan and I've used this app multiple times and have never once had a single issue out of it. My items are great quality. But if you see something you absolutely love, buy two of them. Because once it's sold out, it's gone.

I have ordered since November I have not receive my items. If I can't get my items I need a refund am tired of waiting.
I ordered something December 3rd hoping by Christmas it would be in and its now the 30th and nothing has came in I called ups and the said they don't have any merchandize in the possession that someone made a tracking number but that they still hadn't received anything!
My daughter ordered from your site has not received merchandise or requested refund.
With the understanding these are European sizes, I purchased several items for family and have been very pleased with the value and delivery. I had an issue with one of the addresses I entered and they responded in a reasonable day or maybe two and handled the issue appropriately. I do not buy on line much ( I make my partner do it), but was surprised by this experienced. The Head phones were a huge hit as were the fingernail products I purchased, will buy again.
Don't order clothes from it, size way off. Other stuffs are ok, just not good quality. You get what you pay for...
The people complaining must not realize this is direct from china shipping. Not the quality control outsourced stuff. It's cheap chinese clowns. Also look at shipping times. Yes be prepared to wait up to a few months. You get what you pay for.
This is the best site for large sized rings, i've bought at least 10 rings now, they all fit perfectly, they all look beautiful, and they all came with no problems. For $1-$5 dollars each, i don't believe they are the stones, or are silver, but they still look great, when compared to rings you can buy at walmart for $15 dollars. I wash my hands frequently and i haven't noticed any of them with copper under the metal, so i figure they are likely stainless steel.
I ordered for Christmas and more than 5 items are broken and not working. Jewelry falls apart the first time you wear it. I ordered little toys for grand babies and they all did not work. Also a dress I ordered came in after 30 days finally and they said I can not get a refund because I ordered it so long ago... really worst customer service and site ever
The people giving it bad reviews are clearly sad because the didn't get stuff on Christmas. That is $#*!ed. It is just a holday. A day. That's it. You can give them the gift later. I have ordered several items of the past few months and I have only ever had one issue. They aren't perfect but they are from China. Things will take time. I personally am pleased with their service.
First of all, I've been ordering from here for a few months now, and it TELLS YOU that it takes QUITE SOME TIME for things to be shipped. So if you're in a hurry... DON'T ORDER from them. The stuff is so cheap that its worth the wait. They don't hack your paypal or steal your credit card information or anything like that. I'm not sure what others are talking about but I've had nothing but good experiences with them. My mom also has been ordering things for a few months from them and hasn't experienced any issues either.
I order about $100 a month from WISH and I have been happy with everything. I love the prices and variety. All clothes and shoes are made differently so sizes vary. If you read the reviews and use common sense you will be fine. Everything I have ordered has been delivered with in 30 days but usually sooner. Delivery costs are between $! & $4 anything over $25 is delivered free. Customer service checks to see if each item is delivered and if you are satisfied with the product. I LOVE WISH AND GEEK!
I was worried about using wish and my worries have been justified. The items took ages to arrive and when they did the one was broken and of very poor quality. I have been told to pay for postage to return the item even though the product is damaged. It wiill cost me more to send it back than what it cost. The customer service is poor and I will never shop from wish again.
So I have read through a lot of reviews about this App but I want to let everyone know that have ordered off this app many many times. I have always gotten every single order I places. Sure it may have taken over a month to get some of the items, but that is to be expected as most of the items come from overseas. It usually states in the expected shipping time that it will take over 20 days. There have been some items though that I have received in way less time than that. They have excellent service. There have been several items that took longer to ship than they thought it would and the seller has contacted me via the app and asked me if the item had arrived yet. If it had not arrived, I had the option to get a refund, no questions asked. I have chosen this option each time and I always get the refund. Just be mindful, the sizes run small if you are from the US. You should almost always order at least a size larger and sometimes the clothes are not well made. Usually you will get a prompt to review the item. I try to review every item I order so others will know. My reviews always show up. Even if I put a negative one because I did not like item material. When that happens I have requested a refund and they have given it to me. You just have to provide photos of the item and bag it came in. I really have never had a problem with this app. I hope this review was helpful.
As a side note: I always use Paypal to purchase from this site. I have read some reviews who have stated their information has been stolen. I have not had any problems with that but if you are wanting to order using this app I would recommend signing into your Paypal for a more secure transaction.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
