Iv read many different horror stories on here before i give my experience honestly iv had nothing but GREAT things from wish yes it dose take awhile to get the things you order by mail but they do arrive and it was all quality products that i received i have ordered earrings, necklaces rings hair accessories you name it iv gotten it from them and it has all arrive just as described this is just my story im sorry to hear of the bad reviews they have gotten from others but we all most understand there are millions of people with reviews and experiences good and bad take it as you will make sure to read read read what you buy but as for e i have nothing but great things to say about Wish.com

I followed the tracking of my item and it said it was delivered to someone in California. I live in Ohio. I contacted customer service and they immediately removed my tracking number from the site. After that, I contacted PayPal and have been sending the company messages through PayPal only. After that 1st contact with customer service, I went into PayPal and found out someone had tried to get into my account and they asked me to change my password which I did. The message I am getting from the company now is that my item doesn't have a tracking number assigned because it is being shipped by a company that doesn't use tracking. What delivery company in the US doesn't use tracking numbers? They claim I am still going to get my item between 5 and 13 days from now. If not I am going to file a dispute through PayPal and hopefully get my money back.

Aweful, aweful, aweful! Can't express how BAD this site is, took over a month to deliver items, worst ever quality, I think everything I ordered was made from patterning material, didn't look anything like I ordered. They send millions of emails and the return process is so darn tedious. Oh my goodness, big mistake!

All these people who are saying it's cheap from China. You hv to realise that most products you buy from regular shops in US or Europe are also made and imported from China, you just pay more for the middle men. I'm happy to shop directly with China and save a lot of money. Up to now I got everything in time and in good order.

SCAM SITE DONT ORDER

Same situayion i ordered a drone told my drother in SC he ordered ine 1/2hr latrr. I got a notice that a refund was given to me he got a refun noticed a half an hour later I tried contacting customer support they said that was delivered to the wrong address half an hour later my brother got the same notice delivered to wrong address people to please do not order from this company. SCAM SCAM

Their customer service is by far the worst. I have dealt with bangood and gearbest and they are great. Wish/Geek... Holy moly they are bad. It's like they don't understand your question, but they try to answer it and it makes no sense and it never answers your questions. One cannot vouch for the other and vice versa. It's so bad. They need to get it together.

I purchased a Hoover board for my son for Christmas it was supposed to be delivered between the 21st-30. Of December Never came! They do not answer your emails and there is no number to contact this company! I payed 199.00. I am a single mom and It was my sons only Christmas present this year. This Company is a fraud

If there were an option for 'negative stars' I'd be doing that. There are other retailers with great products, low prices and fast distrribution out there. Like Zulily. Save yourself some real stress and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You'll never get to speak to anyone, the tracking is never accurate (dates change, location of merchandise enroute changes.) HORRIBLE!. It has been nearly a month since I ordered and still NOTHING!

I had a feeling this was too good to be true especially because of the prices. I paid the $1 for the so called free gift and chose the serving tiered platter... I received an envelope in the mail with nothing but screws! The sender was from China and it listed my account through Wish! Thank goodness it only cost me $1 to realize what a crock this was! Buyers beware!

Unacceptable

I ordered 2 items from them and they charged me for 3, therefore I was charged insufficient funds fees from my bank. Sent them multiple emails with no reply and the phone number that was on my bank statement is a false number. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING.

There okay not the best I agree with other people that's bought from wish.com items are cheap they take forever to send your item/s to you always check the reviews sizes on clothes are Asian which it's really different for US sizes on clothes there's not a Customer service to talk to them just email Like their trying to not fix the issues just becareful when buying from wish.com

Guys! O word of caution. Try not to get lured in by the lucrative offers. 90 % of the products are chinese with no quality at all. For guys in india, you can find similar product with approx similar cost in palika market, New Delhi

I have shopped from Wish for several months now. I can honestly say I have only received one item that stopped working 2 weeks after I received it. I have ordered over 10 watches for myself, friends and family and have not had a problem. We have also ordered chargers, phone accessories, necklaces as well as accessories used for manicures. Some don't look like the picture but that is why when looking at the photos, look to see if someone has taken a picture of what they have ordered.

Also, I have not received items by the date they indicate when I ordered the item. I simply contacted Customer Service and was given the option to wait or to have my money refunded. For a couple of items I waited and for others I didn't. They refunded the money and told me to keep the item if it was delivered. Yes, some things are cheap so I haven't ordered shoes or purses from them. I find it hard to believe that I will get a beautiful leather purse for $8.00 but for other items I'll continue to be a customer.

This is a all made in China website, the clothes are extremely cheap looking, I ordered 2 sweaters which are really small, I am 5' 1" 105 pounds and even tough the clothes are small, the sweaters are also literally paper thin, I don't even know how they could be called sweaters, they put the pictures of really nice clothes that looked great but what you received is horrible cheap. I think the reviews on the website are false, that can't be possible!

This is a San Fransisco based company with probably good intentions and hopes on being the next Amazon. Will they succed? Not likely.
All the suppliers on this site are direct from China, which keeps the costs very low and that is atracting millions of customers from around the world.The problem is that 90% of the suppliers are scam artists. People pay for goods and never receive them.The tracking numbers given out is almost always a fake. And the info given on this site about the location of your pkg is bull.
If you are are in the lucky 10% that actually recieves a pkg you'll soon realize that the item is total rubbish In which case you'll feel like a bigger fool.
There is little or no customer service wich means you will most likely loose your hard earned money. I don't believe that Wish's management is unaware of the problems but it seems they aren't too eager to solve them. I hear they are waiting for a buyout
Ebay and Amazon are still the safest choices. Stay clear of phoney wishes
